How this has 2 stars is a mystery. I come through town to visit my mother maybe 4 times a year. My mom likes it so I come get it for her. Every single time I come. "Sir, that will be 20 minutes on the chicken. Do you want to wait?" Sometimes they're out of chicken altogether. You're a fracking chicken restaurant, how can you be out of chicken? Today, I passed by the Williamston store on my way and figured I'd get my order there since I was driving by. Same stupid, pathetic response. That will be 20 minutes, we just started the chicken. WTAF? Who's managing these places? Literally no one cares from the top down. It's been this way for a few years now, and from what I understand it's the same story across the state. Bojangles apparently feels they can give horrible service and their customers will remain loyal. How much business is this company losing if the most consistent thing they do is ask their customers if they want to wait 20 minutes? You lost me as a customer. lol. Customer just walked in from being pulled over to wait from the drive through asking if they forgot about him. Pathetic. read more

Bojangles - No chicken. Nobody working. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Plymouth, North Carolina

If I could give this place a zero I would! As soon as we walk in we had to wait 5 minutes to get our order taken! The guy that was taking orders was very rude and nasty! The ceiling was leaking on the floor! They had no side! The women in the back was just standing around laughing and talking with coworkers! Food was terrible! I tried to get the original honey mustard and the guy told me that they never had it but I seen it in the box just too lazy to grab it! And the trash was over my head! Very dirty place! Shut this place down and put something else with different workers!!! read more

If I could give this a place a zero star rating I would. absolutely terrible service. the person who works up front was taking our order and startes shaking his head and said "what time is it" and pulled out his phone . I started to order and while still talking he yelled out what I was saying and wouldn't let me finish talking. While he was grabbing our food everyone in the back just stared at us and did absolutely nothing. he was very disrespectful, when asking for him to grab you something he would look at you and walk away. the ceiling was leaking, the trash was overflowing, and like I said CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL. that man deserves a shack and a rat as his pet for how nasty and disrespectful he was to our party and to others around. read more

If you open at 5:30, don't give me attitude for being at the drive thru at 5:31 patiently waiting for you to open. I used to be a restaurant manager, so I understand it takes a moment to open. But, I shouldn't get an attitude for waiting during posted hours of operation. This establishment needs new management and all the staff needs to be fired or retrained on proper customer service. This is not the first time I've had an experience like this at this location. Also, a half and half tea is half sweet, half unsweet, but apparently we can never get that right neither. read more

After poor experiences at the two previous places we stopped for dinner, we were relieved to find a Bojangles. The drive thru was slow and we were hungry. Nonetheless, our order was accurate and customer service was good. They do have trouble hearing through the intercom so confirm your order before finalizing it. Prices and menu are similar to other bojangles locations. We usually order a 4 piece white meat meal with Cajun fries, chicken sandwich, or fish sandwich. This visit was no different, we chose the 4-piece all white meat meal and chicken sandwich with Cajun fries and a drink. The food is reasonably priced, made quickly, and tastes great. The items are heavy (fatty) so they fill you up quick and sit on your stomach for a while. This Bojangles was just what we needed on our way home from the beach. Overall, good experience. read more

The worst food. No sides and gave me old food. All employees were standing around and hanging in parking lot. Didn't even give me the food I ordered. Extremely dirty and nasty. read more

It's clear there is a lack of supervision or care. The employees are either too high or don't care that they are selling a product and do not listen to what is being purchased. After waiting 35 minutes in the drive through (with 3 other cars, and after asking for and correcting my order when it was ready back to me) I got what I didn't order. If you want fried chicken don't go to this bojangles. read more

Was greeted upon arrival and cashier helped me with my food order (wasn't sure about certain items). The biscuit with cheddar was very good (& greasy), but I was on vacation so it doesn't count! My partner got the spicy chicken sandwich, he said it was also very good and it came out very hot. Speed of service was a little slow due to the chicken sandwich, but overall we were satisfied. The HC bathroom was relatively clean, just looks old. This store would be a good candidate for a remodel. read more

Employees were very nice and restaurant was clean! I loved my biscuit as well. The sweet potato pie wasn't my favorite though

The word exceptional gets thrown around a lot these days, but my experience at this particular Bojangles was the height of exceptional excellence. From the long line and one cashier; cleverly deployed To heighten your anticipation, to the ample dining room (with booths), I was amazed and humbled to observe the multitude of culinary masterpieces I had to choose from. My road weary comrades and I all chose the Cajun Fillet Biscuit combo, with an addition of eggs and cheese for a mere two dollar more. For our sides we chose Bo-Rounds, which were freshly prepared with love and hand delivered by the charming yet distant Kayla. For refreshment we had the finest of Sweet Teas, steeped in the -old fashion way-, ensuring us the need of Kool Aid Mans insulin pump in the future. Overall our experience bordered on the edge of organismic, and the feeling one must get after being released from purgatory and being accepted into the arms of our lord and savior the Flying Spaghetti Monster. Today we were truly touched by his noodley appendage. -Pro Tip, if you wear a child size octopus tank top you can really get ReMenshas number. She is a looker! read more

Bojangles - A satisfied Bojangles consumer - Chicken Wings Near Me - Plymouth, North Carolina

Simply one of the best fast food places you will get in the south. I can only wish it was one in the north. Love that they continue trying new dishes and new pies. But this one people are saying hello as you walk in the door. Super friendly. The chicken is always hot. New this time is the chicken rice bowl. Interesting combination taste. It's worth the try. I need to get down here more then every two years read more

Thought I would not eat at this place anymore after the last episode, but I decided to order three biscuits and two drinks on the Bojangles app using this location; figured how bad could they mess up three biscuits? So we get to the drive through, tell them we ordered on the app and were sharply told we don't do online orders. We replied, you took our money. She then had to get a manager, we had to repeat the order, repeating what our drinks were about three times. The smell of oil that desperately needed to be changed greeted you as you arrived at the drive through window. Our food was warm, not hot and the biscuits were crunchy from sitting under a heat lamp. We love Bojangles food but this location has become a nightmare. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Can someone PLEASE tell me how a Bojangles can be so bad? Well this place IS! Words can not describe this experience! I've eaten at plenty of Bojangles and they are delicious. Avoid this place at all expenses. Not many options around this place but I'd rather have stayed hungry. read more

We stopped here on the way back from the Outer Banks at around 12:45 pm. There was a long line, but it moved quickly. The dining room was clean and spacious. The food was fresh and delicious. The bathrooms were clean. Couldn't have asked for more than that. read more

This is the SLOWEST BOJANGLES I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE! A trip through the drive thru lasted over 30 minutes! When they don't give you stale chicken and cold sides, the food is great. Be warned- you are probably better off frying your own chicken at home. read more

This place was terrible! They didn't have any chicken, Mac and cheese or cinnamon twists! They also told us it would be 45 mins before they would have chicken! Terrible service. read more

The worse service EVER! Food was cold. Took it back and the replacement was also cold! Slow is an understatement! Never again!

This is the second time we've been here. And both times our food was cold and soggy. The drinks were flat. Rude employees. The employees ignored me every time I asked them a question and when someone finally answered me they would interrupt me. It took 30 minutes to get our food. Others that were behind me got their food before me. We didn't have much on our order. Never again will we come here. The absolute WORST Bojangles I've ever been to. read more

Food was decent when they finally got my order right. The lady behind the counter seemed to have difficulty understanding what I was saying, a problem I've never had ordering face to face. read more

Found hair in my food and they messed up the order, asked for mashed potatoes and got fries.

Hot, fresh, and fast. Despite a line out the door, we had our food in less than 10 minutes from pulling into the lot.

Okay, so yesterday Sunday December23, 2018. I go into the Bojangles in Plymouth NC I ordered a 3 piece white. A couple came up behind me and placed two separate orders. We were told five minutes we waited a half an hour, and then not like they said since you waited so long would you like a free piece of chicken or something. No, nothing just thank you for waiting. While we were waiting we were saying that was one of the reason we would stop going there. They are so, bad and they don't try to keep your business. Sad. Oh yeah they didn't have enough wings to fill the couples order. Go figure. ‍ read more

The map shows it in the wrong place; this location is a few miles further west. There is a subway near this location though.

We got 2 steak and egg biscuit combos tonight for supper and they were horrible!!!! The steak was hard, almost like it had been cooked earlier then reheated or just very overcooked. It wasn't even warm and we had to wait. The fries were cold also, I ended up throwing them away. The manger did offered us fresh food though. read more
