Was greeted upon arrival and cashier helped me with my food order (wasn't sure about certain items). The biscuit with cheddar was very good (& greasy), but I was on vacation so it doesn't count! My partner got the spicy chicken sandwich, he said it was also very good and it came out very hot. Speed of service was a little slow due to the chicken sandwich, but overall we were satisfied. How this has 2 stars is a mystery. I come through town to visit my mother maybe 4 times a year. My mom likes it so I come get it for her. Every single time I come. "Sir, that will be 20 minutes on the chicken. Do you want to wait?" Sometimes they're out of chicken altogether. You're a fracking chicken restaurant, how can you be out of chicken? Today, I passed by the Williamston store on my way and figured I'd get my order there since I was driving by. Same stupid, pathetic response. That will be 20 minutes, we just started the chicken. If you open at 5:30, don't give me attitude for being at the drive thru at 5:31 patiently waiting for you to open. I used to be a restaurant manager, so I understand it takes a moment to open. But, I shouldn't get an attitude for waiting during posted hours of operation. This establishment needs new management and all the staff needs to be fired or retrained on proper customer service. After poor experiences at the two previous places we stopped for dinner, we were relieved to find a Bojangles. The drive thru was slow and we were hungry. Nonetheless, our order was accurate and customer service was good. They do have trouble hearing through the intercom so confirm your order before finalizing it. Prices and menu are similar to other bojangles locations. We usually order a 4 piece white meat meal with Cajun fries, chicken sandwich, or fish sandwich. This visit was no different, we chose the 4-piece all white meat meal and chicken sandwich with Cajun fries and a drink. The food is reasonably priced, made quickly, and tastes great. The items are heavy (fatty) so they fill you up quick and sit on your stomach for a while. This Bojangles was just what we needed on our way home from the beach. Overall, good experience. read more

It's clear there is a lack of supervision or care. The employees are either too high or don't care that they are selling a product and do not listen to what is being purchased. After waiting 35 minutes in the drive through (with 3 other cars, and after asking for and correcting my order when it was ready back to me) I got what I didn't order. From the long line and one cashier; cleverly deployed To heighten your anticipation, to the ample dining room (with booths), I was amazed and humbled to observe the multitude of culinary masterpieces I had to choose from. My road weary comrades and I all chose the Cajun Fillet Biscuit combo, with an addition of eggs and cheese for a mere two dollar more. For our sides we chose Bo-Rounds, which were freshly prepared with love and hand delivered by the charming yet distant Kayla. For refreshment we had the finest of Sweet Teas, steeped in the -old fashion way-, ensuring us the need of Kool Aid Mans insulin pump in the future. Overall our experience bordered on the edge of organismic, and the feeling one must get after being released from purgatory and being accepted into the arms of our lord and savior the Flying Spaghetti Monster. Thought I would not eat at this place anymore after the last episode, but I decided to order three biscuits and two drinks on the Bojangles app using this location; figured how bad could they mess up three biscuits? So we get to the drive through, tell them we ordered on the app and were sharply told we don't do online orders. We replied, you took our money. She then had to get a manager, we had to repeat the order, repeating what our drinks were about three times. The smell of oil that desperately needed to be changed greeted you as you arrived at the drive through window. Our food was warm, not hot and the biscuits were crunchy from sitting under a heat lamp. We got 2 steak and egg biscuit combos tonight for supper and they were horrible!!!! The steak was hard, almost like it had been cooked earlier then reheated or just very overcooked.
