First time at this location. I stopped to get my grandkids some nuggets, fries and Mac and cheese. I'm finessing the food was delicious, since they both were smacking and ate just about the entire meal. They are ages one and two, so they shared the meal. I did eat a few fries. If you want a great chicken tenders and biscuits with the best customer service and fast service then this is the place. Bojangles is a southern inspired fast food chain known for fried chicken and biscuit, plus signature sides. I got the Supreme chicken tender combo which comes with fries and medium size drink. The young man took my order and everything was great, the fries, biscuits and chicken tenders tasted fresh and tasty. The place in-side/out-side is maintained clean and neat. Ample free parking available in front of the restaurant. I think they need more items to be added to their menu. I will be sure visiting this place again soon. read more

It's Bo time!! This is a great location. Service is fast and the dining room is clean. You get your own coffee which means quick refills. They have French Vanilla coffee creamer as well as regular. The biscuits are fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Get a butter biscuit for pure extacy when combined with jelly. Kudos to the staff and manager! read more

All week I have been wanting a chicken biscuit. Monday the drive thru was too slow and I had to get to work. Thursday I left home an hour early and the drive thru yet again was crazy so I had this dumb idea to go inside. It wasn't that crowded. I ordered a chicken biscuit combo and 2 bo berry biscuits. 25 minutes later I asked for a refund. No reason was given as to what happened to my order. Food is very good and hot, is coffee fresh, they have grits too and they are just right!!! The service is always on points even when extremely busy during the morning rush. The staff has awesome chemistry on every visit. I would recommend this place to a job seeker the guys are great. The atmosphere is so great that people just don't sit in their cars and eat breakfast. They just sit down to eat inside. There is a special associate that is so epic with the joyous salutations and positive air I want to highlight her name is KAYLA. Stopped here for a bite before a graduation photoshoot I'm shooting. This is one of the nicest Bojangles I've been to. I went through the drive thru and the girl that my order was super sweet and seemed genuine when telling me to have a great day she even asked how my day was going when I drove up to pay. Same with the person who gave me my order. I ordered the Cajun filet biscuit combo with a sweet tea and 1 bo-round. My fries were perfect. Fresh and crispy I ate them all before even getting to my biscuit. The biscuit was good a little doughy in the middle but the other parts were done. They have the best sweet tea I've never gotten a bad cup. It is sweeter than most so if you wanna cut it ask for extra ice or add lemon. The customer service sucks. This is my first, and last time going to a Bojangles. Went through the Drive-through explain to the young lady that I had not been to a Bojangles. So I was trying to figure out what would be something really good to get it, I got the four piece combo chicken tenders. The fries were old wrinkled in Lavern. They gave me more ketchup up then they gave me french fries. Chicken tenders was not good at all and I do mean bad, used all the sauce, to help with the taste and still couldn't eat them. I guess because I told the lady I hadn't really been to a Bojangles before they thought it was funny I had people just coming to the window to stare at me and laugh now I know why I have not been and why I would not go again! Love there delicious warm buttery biscuits similar to what Popeyes used to be like. My next favorite is there fries fresh out the fryer. Has a lil thickness to it with a nice crunch. I'm amazed the reviews are so low. I had breakfast there grits are on point nice and creamy. My bow round crispy and my biscuits were perfect with my honey. But what has my to the point of stopping in is. The service was heart warming. To watch a worker who enjoys what she does. Go outside to bring someone in from the car in a wheelchair is fantastic. I stopped by this morning and grabbed a few biscuits for me and my coworkers. The young lady that was taking the orders and taking the payments at the window was very pleasant, she gets 5 stars and also the young lady that handed me my ice cup was great as well. This review, in no way, applies to them. They both greeted me with a smile as I approached both windows. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness to their customers. While waiting for my food to be handed to me, I was transferring my ice from the paper cup that they give to my personal insulated cup so that it would not melt so fast. Two pieces of ice fell on my carpet and I picked them up and tossed them out the window so that my carpet would not get wet. Well a few seconds later and older lady burst the window. I automatically held my hand out the window because I assumed it was my food. She did not have my bag in her hand. Instead, she started looking down on the ground as if she had dropped something, or was looking for someone and was ready to fight. Mind you, I was the only one in the line at this time. Then she closed the window with the look of disappointment on her face. She shortly returned to the window with my bag and handed it to me really quick and hurried to close the window. When she opened the window the second time, I heard the guy in the back that was fixing the biscuits (directly in front of the drive thru window) in black, older guy with dreads, going off talking about people need to keep their trash in their own cars and so on and so on. She did not speak a word either time. Probably did not bother to tell him that she did not see anything out there. This whole little one minute ordeal was very ghetto at 7:30 AM, too early!! I didn't bother to go in and address the situation because I did not want anyone's negativity to ruin my day. The moral of the story is: Make sure you have all your evidence and facts straight before you start accusing people of doing things. Everyone would not just brush it off and continue unbothered with their day as I did. Save your money unless you want poor service and slow food. Stopped in today because they are usually fast and pleasant seeing as how most of the food is cafeteria style. Today, they were slow, lost my ticket, and arguing with each other. I was inside and it took over 20 minutes to get food that I was looking at. When I brought it to their attention they acted like it was my fault they ain't have my ticket. A woman behind me with several items including fries got her food before me and walked in awhile after I did. If you want to play order roulette, this is the spot to go to. On my last two visits I was given the wrong order. The first time I ordered the 3 wing dinner and got home only to find a box of biscuits. They corrected the order and took back the box of biscuits, which made me think they were going to sell those to someone....which is a health code violation. The most recent time, I got something better than what I ordered but I'm not willing to continue gambling with location. When this location opened, service was great. Recently service has gone down hill, drive thru especially. There is one girl that has a bad attitude for no apparent reason. It looks like business has dropped off as well. The 1st Saturday after they opened, my chicken biscuit was half-cooked! The first couple of bites was good until I bit into raw chicken. Horrifying. Returned a long time later and had 2 good experiences (clean and friendly) but then got another chicken biscuit that wasn't cooked thoroughly! NORMALLY, this Bojangles rocks! Customer service, food, everything but today changed all that. I won't come back. I placed an order something that was small---the tender supreme with dirty rice, large sweet tea. I get to the window and this guy tries to give Me a dripping cup(it had a hole in the bottom); I make a comment like "could you get another one?" and he takes another large cup and places the torn one into the new cup and tries to hand that to me. I ask for a fresh tea....so he takes the cup on the bottom off of the torn cup and pours the tea from the torn cup into the cup that was on the bottom. UNSANITARY!!!! ...AND HE HAS THE SUPPORT OF THE MANAGER. He hands Me this cup and then has the audacity to tell Me to move to the area where you wait if it's taking longer to fill an order. I sit another 5 minutes or so while two orders are filled at the drive-thru window. I decide to go in and get a refund. Even that took longer than necessary. food was good, but sorriest customer service i ever in countered from front counter to manager who didn't want to help. came in store to eat. placed ordered was asked if inside or carry out we said in store. asked did we want drinks we said yes gave drink order. paid and went to get food. food was put in togo bag no big deal. took food to table to son and wife. went back up for drinks, was told we didn't order drinks. they were not on ticket no big deal you would think. ok i said could i have sweet tea and medium diet coke. i was told i would have to go back to cashier and pay first, there was at least 8 people in line. i asked if i could pay her since so many people in line , she said no. i said i would like to get drinks before food got cold. she said no. i said i would like to speak to manager. she's right behind us. she told manager and manager responded she was to busy to speak to me. i then asked if i could have drinks now and come back and pay went line wasn't so long. she turned to manager and said this mans wants drinks now and would come back to pay later the manager said we don't do that, i asked can i leave money with you get my drinks and come back for change, she said no thats against our policy. i again asked to speak to manager again she said i'm to busy, i said i not leaving this counter till i talk to you. she then came out and said whats the problem. she knew what it was she no more than 5 feet from us. i gave the manager the money she went to drive thru area got drinks and my change. this could have all been resolved so simply if either had any customer service training. this took close to 15 minute . read more
