I usually come here for my family to occasionally get dinner. Upon entering, the place looked pretty clean and well-kept. The attitude of the staff was friendly and respectful. Though, I've ordered a family meal with Mac and cheese, dirty rice, and Cole slaw, but they gave me the wrong size of coleslaw. Then, they didn't include plates and cups for my sweet tea, but I'm not sure if you have to ask for them. Besides that, this is a decent location and I find it suitable myself to get something quick. read more

Robin is amazing! He is Professional, kind, funny, and works very hard. Service was great. Food was hot, chicken was juicy, watermelon tea was delicious! The peach sauce is also a must try. We will be back everytime we are in town. read more

Whenever I come to the Carolinas , I have to hit up Bojangle's . I really like the Cajun Chicken Biscuit . I have to say though , this time it didn't seem to be up to the usual standard . I had one in Waynesville , NC and it was the bomb . This one in Laurinburg almost seemed like they should have cooked it a little longer , it didn't seem all the way done . So I didn't finish it , only ate the outside . I was here October 7 , 2021 . The Bo Rounds were delicious and I had a Cheerwine to go with it . Whenever I would visit my Mom in Laurinburg , I would always stop and get her a breast , biscuit , and a side . It was her favorite place for chicken . Unfortunately she passed a few years ago , but I still make it to Laurinburg and the Carolinas every few years since I still have family there . The restaurant was clean and had a few people in the dining area . There is a new biscuit place a few buildings over that just opened , so a lot of people were trying it for breakfast . This place was closed for a long while due to having burned down previously. When they reopened, everyone was excited and ready to be able to get Bojangles again. That was short lived for me. I went to this new location twice, so you can't say I didn't give them a fair shot. The first time, I ordered online and waited in the parking spot for mobile orders. The food was so bad everyone of my family of 4 complained that the biscuits were hard as rocks. The BISCUITS, for the biscuit sandwiches. We ate what we could and then just went about our lives. About a year later I was really in the mood for a Cajun filet biscuit combo so I stopped by and ordered at the drive thru. The money exchange was fine, but I was told to pull up, assuming that some food item wasn't ready and they needed to keep the line moving. So, even tho there was no line, I did. After literally waiting 10 minutes and not seeing anyone, I got out of my car and locked the door, walked in the restaurant side door and politely said in a joking tone "you guys forgot about me eh?" As I was simply going to pick it up at the counter and go about my day. The cashier at the front desk, who was dressed in filthy clothes and literally wearing a big shower cap, snapped at me "I ain't forgot shit! I ain't the fuckin' DRIVE THRU!". I was speechless. Someone poked out and handed me my bag, and that was the last time I ever and will ever visit that location. Sad, because Bojangles is a NC staple, but Laurinburg needs to start over with this failure. read more

I love Bojangles. We ain't got one in California so I eat here repeatedly whenever I'm in town. I love it when people post bad reviews stemming from ONE visit when they've probably eaten here five times in a week and probably for 10+ years. The law of averages proves that you're going to have a bad experience once in a while and I've way more good ones than bad ones. Still, I think that's how most people get started on Yelp; they've waited too long or their order is messed up so they create an account and exact "revenge" with a negative review. Nothing wrong with a negative review if it's honest after multiple visits but then again, how stupid do you have to be to keep patronizing a business after continuous bad service. ANNNNNYWAY...........Bojangles is awesome. Steak biscuits are my favorite but the chicken and everything else are awesome, too. I miss Sunday dinners with a big ol' box of chicken and all the fixins'. read more

It was horrible!!!! We we're getting getting back from Sandhills and ordered some stuff. Then my dad drives backwards because some thing was odd about the way she was scooping the fries. So he backs up and ...... wait for it the lady was scooping the fries of the bare counter. He calls the manager and demands a refund. We are not coming back here until we are sure that all of them are fired. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you have kids and with the coronavirus. read more

Passing through and thought we would get our yearly Bojangles Fix. 45 minutes in the drive thru after ordering, decided it wasn't worth it.

One of the worst Bojangles I have been to. I can never leave the drive thru with everything I ordered! I just don't understand it. The customer service sucks! If I'm asked about my sauce preference, then why is it I never get it??? No one likes to get home and realize your order is not correct. This is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Why does it take 20 minutes to bag up 3 sausage biscuits and 1 large bo round? Total incompetence at the pass. Customer prior to me had to get manager involved because he was charged individually for 12 bo-berry biscuits instead of 2 six packs. Had to wait 10 minutes in line while the manager processed the refund. The employees have either lack of training or plain just don't care about customer service and experience. Very, very slow. Incredibly slow. Most of the people in this place are waiting for their food. I can't believe how slow this is.

My husband and I waited over 30 minutes for a cinnamon twist while they only make 5 minutes to make & we also ordered two combo's when we get home we found that they had given us cold hard dark dried pieces of uneatable chicken. Based on the reviews, we decided to stop here for lunch on our way home from the beach. The staff was very friendly and the dining room was clean. The chicken supremes combo was solid. My friend got the chicken supremes too and he was pleased. The only drawback was the drink. I really wanted Mountain Dew but the syrup-to-soda ratio just wasn't what it should have been.
