honestly this place is a no no, zero star if I can give it that the biscuits and gravy were very bland and I also saw a small black bug crawling on my plate which immediately turned me off and just right off disgusting. Chicken tender was yes juicy and crispy but it's kinda flavorless honestly and the Sauces were mid the house sauce was ok.Fries was just not fresh and the service was just ok the guy who took our order was friendly but he sweating like crazy so that was already gross and disgusting because I'm pretty sure his sweat dripped all over everyone food including ours. I think the strawberry cobbler was the only good thing because it was covered w strawberry cobbler, it was actually good. But would i recommend this place? Definitely not. There were undesirables hanging out the front door didn't feel safety for they're guest was a thing specially after mentioning it to the workers they said it was a normal thing so tells you so much about this establishment,

This is my first time trying their combo meal. I got the three-piece chicken tender combo, which comes with three crispy chicken, a buttermilk biscuit, a choice of açai, and a drink. I was actually surprised by how juicy, tender, and crispy the pieces of chicken were and they were actually pretty decent sizes. I chose the mac & cheese side, which was pretty decent nice and cheesy without it tasting artificial. However, I wasn't sure if the three piece was going to be filling, but it was actually pretty good on the portion size and Rageous to be about $10 for it. I ordered through the app and it was ready for pick up. This location is never crowded when I go in there which is nice. A good place if you're craving southern fried fast food at a reasonable price.

I had to wipe my on table off in order to have a clean table.

The food is decent, the biscuits are dry. Service is very quick however, ladies taking the order are mostly rude. I'm glad to see both. They've got that not just the food. These women are not happy to be here. I found that ambience was OK but the restaurant was dirty. The windowsills are dirty. The tables are dirty. The floor is dirty.

So, our favorite NFL team is the Carolina Panthers, and whenever we see posts on the various IG Carolina Panthers pages we see that Bojangles is the official tailgating partner for our team. While visiting Las Vegas we saw they had a Bojangles and knew we had to try it! The workers were sort of friendly, food came out quickly. They only had chicken tenders at this location, no bone in chicken. The chicken was tasty and not greasy. They had a bunch of different sides, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, fries, dirty rice, but the biscuit.....it was huge, bigger than Popeyes or KFC, and they really tasted homemade. There was actually a guy making the biscuits in the restaurant behind a glass window, saw him rolling out the dough and cutting the biscuits. And the dipping sauces were good too! There is parking right in front of the restaurant. Clean dining area and bathroom. Good place to try if you want chicken tenders... but definitely go for the biscuits!

I had seen locations popping up in town, I was curious. I went there with my sister and brother in law. I was impressed from the moment that we walked in! We were instantly greeted in a family way! I can say that from the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, the service was WAY above and beyond my expectations. The ambiance is pretty cool. The best part is the biscuit maker behind the glass. Other than some of the sides being a bit saltier than I prefer, I loved the food. The Chicken melts in your mouth! I'll definitely go back!

My first time trying Bojangles. 3 stars is for the chicken strips only which taste really good. The mac n cheese lacked flavor. The biscuit was basic and the sweet tea tastes generic. I'll only return just for the chicken strips. Customer service was fine.

Bojangles has opened a second location and it's awesome! The food was delicious and the customer service was amazing!!! The location is great , very visible and easy accessible from the freeway with a spacious parking . The restaurant itself is new and extremely clean. It has inside dining area and a drive thru as well. The staff were all very nice and even walked around to ask if all guests were well taken care of. Everyone was smiling and happy. We have felt very welcomed and appreciated. The pricing is incredibly reasonable, and the service is top-notch--friendly, efficient, and welcoming. We have ordered a grilled chicken sandwich , chicken tenders and a milkshake. Their signature biscuits were also THE BEST and our favorite, they were warm and fluffy. The grilled chicken sandwich was sooo good and the chicken wasn't dry at all. So much flavor too! The chicken tenders were juicy and the dipping sauces complimented them well. The chicken tenders are hand-breaded and you can taste the difference ,as you'd expect from Bojangles, with that perfect balance of crispiness and seasoning. Their Bo' berry milkshake is a MUST HAVE!!! So yummy ! With its quality food and service, it's no surprise that this location is set to become a staple for the community. Bojangles is definitely worth the visit. Highly recommended for anyone craving that Southern comfort food goodness and in my opinion they are much better than Raising Cane's . We can't wait to go back and try their other menu items.

1 star (-100 's if possible) I came here excited because everyone kept telling me to try Bojangles, plus this location is new, so I expected at least decent quality. Instead, this was one of the worst fast food meals I've paid for in a long time. This was Saturday 2/7/2026 around 11:23 AM, dine-in. The place looked "clean-ish," but that didn't hold up. When my guest and I went to sit down, the table seats had crumbs all over them, just crumbs everywhere. Not a good start, especially for a new location. Service was low-effort from the beginning. The cashier seemed distracted, and even after I said it was our first time and we needed a moment, there was zero help or energy. She also asked me twice if the order was for here or to-go, and then basically checked out on customer service once the order was placed. Now the food, because that's the real problem. The fries tasted like they were cooked the day before, refrigerated, and reheated. Hot, but stale, with that old grease flavor. Like microwaved fries that never got crispy again. The chicken tenders were overcooked and dry with almost no seasoning. No real flavor at all. The dipping sauce was the best part of the tender combo, which is not a compliment. The mac and cheese was honestly insulting. Watery, clumpy, and poorly mixed, like powdered cheese sauce with noodles and then a couple slices of cheese tossed in that didn't even melt. Not creamy, not cohesive, just a mess. I couldn't finish it. The Bo's Chicken Sandwich was just as bad. The chicken was dry and over-fried, and the whole sandwich looked and tasted like it was thrown together with zero care. Mayo wasn't even spread, pickles slapped on, and the overall quality was straight mediocrity. The only "highlights" were the drink and the biscuit, and even the biscuit was weird, decent on the outside like it was brushed with artificial butter, then bland and flavorless inside. The biggest red flag should've been the empty parking lot, but now I get it. This place is a one-and-done. I wanted to like it, but I'm not wasting money here again. If you're thinking of trying this location, I'd honestly recommend skipping it unless they fix the kitchen quality, cleanliness, and consistency first.

yummmmm.

3 pc Bo's Chicken Tenders Combo $10.29

This review is only based on that I had to reheat my food. My wife decided to surprise me with trying Bojangles for the first time. She got the 3 piece chicken tenders combo and she got me the chicken sandwich combo. She had the Honey Mustard Sauce and the Peach Honey Pepper. She liked the honey mustard, but the peach honey pepper has an interesting taste. Once she put some honey on her biscuit she said it was pretty good and moist. I love the fries 10/10; I can eat them all day with that seasoning. My sandwich I give a 7/10. I had a little spice by took a while to get to the meat as it tasted like I was eating more breading than actual meat and they gave me a spec of mayo. My wife had to give me some of her Peach Honey Pepper to give it some more flavor. The Bo Berry Biscuit I give a 7/10 it was a little dry. Once again this is me having to reheat my food. I still want to try this place again and maybe try the tenders next time but definitely coming for those fries. They are building a location near me in North LV which would easier.

Bojangles decent size location with good chicken. They even have salads. They have good biscuits and Bo berry cookies.

I love trying food from different areas. The chicken tenders were great and seasoned well. That's it though. The baked macaroni and cheese tasted like macaroni from an elementary school cafeteria. The peach cobbler was peaches on top of a biscuit. Speaking of the biscuits, flavorless and dry. The sweet tea wasn't even sweet. Customer service was good. The ambiance is a typical fast food joint with no bells or whistles. Yeah, its a no for me dawg. Send this back to North Carolina.

Sebastian G.

Terrible customer service. Food took forever and was not fresh. Had an $80 order and even paid for extra sauces, got home and there was not a single one in any bag. Would not recommend. Absolutely not coming back.

Cane's Las Vegas, do better.

Driving across country and hailing from the land of Royal Farms has taught me not to scoff at "gas station chicken." I was not disappointed! Generally I like to include a chicken breast with my bone-in selection, but unfortunately they don't carry that part. I guess it's not popular. They were kind enough to let me try a tender instead and I have to say either way, the crust is crunchy and the perfect amount of spice/seasoning. The staff was pleasant and attentive, which was above average in my book from a gas station and being used to east coast customer service lol Anyway, it was about $12 for a 4 piece (my choice) with a side (mac & cheese!) and a biscuit. I was told the blueberry biscuit was great but I opted for the honey. So...that honey biscuit might have been the best damn honey biscuit I've ever had - and that's saying a lot growing up in Texas - and if the lady told me the blueberry was the bomb then I can only imagine just how good it must be! I will definitely be back when I get a craving for fried chicken and biscuits! Not breaking the bank in this economy really helps too!

They are located in the Cosmopolitan food hall serving up nashville fried chicken, sides, and some boozy drinks. There's seating shared with the rest of the places in the food hall, and you order at the counter then self-seat. Service was fast and friendly. This is a super casual no-frills spot and food came out quick. Big portions (3 tender meal was enough to share between 2) and tasty drinks! Pricing was a bit less than what I saw from other chicken tender meals at other food courts. PARKING : N/A -- we walked here since we were staying on the Strip and ended up at the Cosmo FOOD/DRINKS : Tenders - 3 big tenders served with 1 side and 1 sauce + slice of white bread - We got mid spicy but they had several other spice levels. The tenders were BIG and shareable, but not the juiciest and got a tad salty after eating for a while. Comeback sauce was really good to pair with everything though! For the side, we chose Pimento Mac and Cheese. So creamy and cheesy with good pimento flavor! A la Carte Side - We got some fries on the side and it was the best decision! The fries were thick cut, SO well seasoned, and stayed crisp despite sitting for a while as we ate. Big portion too! Peach Vodka Sweet Tea Slush - Had to get a boozy slush since we were in Vegas! This def had the peach vodka flavor front and center -- a fun and tasty drink!

( this new tipping in fast food is ridiculous) Eye roll included. Not a great start. Yes, the chicken came out hot that's the one thing it got right. But the breading is nowhere close to real Southern fried chicken. It's heavy, OVERLY greasy, and misses the mark completely. The ranch tasted bottled, the sweet tea wasn't fresh (straight dispenser vibes), and the peach cobbler had zero flavor only saved by the vanilla ice cream. It smells amazing walking up, but don't fall for it. $31 for a greasy, underwhelming meal with attitude on the side? Hard pass. Wouldn't come back or recommend. * it just leaves me thinking, of all the amazing Mom and pop spots in the small southern towns that I call home. I know a handful of restaurants that could absolutely flourish if given the chance in a location such as the cosmopolitan.
