What's most disappointing is that someone should have noticed the condition of the food before packing the order. If the sliders are clearly overcooked or burned, they shouldn't be sent out to a customer. I believe the staff needs to be retrained on quality control and knowing when food is not acceptable to serve. I've always remembered White Castle fondly, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope management addresses this because customers shouldn't receive an entire order of burned sliders.

Our food looked so good when it came out we all just dug in so i didn't even get a chance to take a pic. We were a party of 5 and we ate really good for less than $50.
