I've visited this location 3x in the past two weeks... every single time they've "been out of biscuits" for my chicken supremes orders AND no Cheerwine. Today, I ordered a supreme combo, a bacon biscuit and an egg & cheese biscuit. I watched the employee make my two biscuits and then the woman at the drive through window handed me my food and said they were out of biscuits for my supremes. I think I'll travel a little further the next time I want Bojangle's. This location is also very slow 99% of the time. Even when they're not busy, it is usually a good wait for the food. I really wish that I had read the reviews before I stopped. Only one car ahead of me and I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. I should have checked before I left but I didn't. When I got home I discovered that they had left my 10 biscuits out. The chicken tasted very bland to everyone that tried. Very disappointing for $57 and change. Lesson learned. Do not pull away before checking your order if you go through the drive through, see rest of review for more. This location has to be one of the most hit and miss restaurants I've ever been to. I have a family that clamors for Bojangles and if they don't get it at least once a week I'll hear about it. That means we go here often as it's among the closest to home and the less likely to be so busy I can't even get food. Sometimes this location has excellent food and the people are normally extremely friendly. However, sometimes this location has legitimately bad food and there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to why they go one way or the other that day. You would expect you might get stale food at off times and sometimes that is true but I've had some of the best experiences going at quiet times. As someone who goes to many Bojangles and goes to this one almost weekly for years, I have no advice for how to time it. The service here is always friendly BUT they almost always forget something and you have to chase them down to get it fixed. Essentially every time I go through the drive through I have to remind them about my drinks and 50% - 75% of the time they forget one of my fries. Sometimes they forget your biscuit if you order a chicken box, so be sure to open them before leaving. I can understand issues when they are busy - as Bojangles can get very busy at breakfast and lunch - however this has happened to me at all times of day and night at this location. I wish they would improve here but part of the problem seems to be a major transition in staff happening very frequently. I don't know if this is a training location or if they have issues keeping managers and employees at this Bojangles. Whatever the cause of the turnover, it impacts service a great deal here. read more

Rude drive thru. Zero customer service. Food was hot but the lady at the window was extremely short. Its 7::30 in the morning and she's already nasty. Bojangles is Bojangles. I feel that they have the best sausage biscuits out of the fast food biscuit choices. Bo's Chicken Sandwich is the best of the chicken sandwich war options. I wish they still carried their sweet potato pies because they were a great option for dessert. The service from the drive thru at the Elmsley location has improved drastically in recent weeks from what it has been for at least the past year. I can't rate the food in this review. I never got my food because I waited in the drive thru so long that I thought they were closed. After 10 minutes of not moving, decided to drive across the street and get food from some where else. I drove around the building to exit. I saw the workers standing around. There were no cars parked for dine in so I'm not sure what the wait was for. I went through the drive thru at the other restaurant and drove by this Bojangles again and noticed the car that was in front of me was at the order box. Customer service inside is horrible. Drive through isn't much better. They took our order, started a conversation with a coworker not about work, made me stand and wait awkwardly holding my money out. Then forgot our order and we had to stand up there like a Karen waiting for it. I stood there for 10+ minutes watching 2 singles and entire family of four get their food before my friend and I. The cashier finally asked me if I was waiting for my food, (duh) after ignoring me for 10 min. We ordered through DoorDash and had a bad experience! The first driver stole our food. The THIRD driver that came to get my order txt stating that Bojangles was trying to locate my order. I found that odd so I called. I was so upset and in tears when I found out the door dasher had stolen our food as we had officially been waiting for a hour and a half. I txt the driver asking if she was still there and while on the phone with Bojangles my order was cancelled. The MOD was so nice and she was willing to remake our food and let my husband come get it! I'm in the 15 car long drive thru because I attempted to come inside to get a Mother's Day meal for my family....but you have all the doors locked, as people still eat inside and stare at me through the windows. I went to this Bojangles, on Monday, 4/29/24 morning at 7:25Am to get breakfast for my husband and myself. I started to go through the drive thru, but the line was long, so I decided to walk inside to order and pickup our breakfast. The manager was ringing out a customer. She loudly spoke answering an employee's question whether they had bottled water for a drive thru customer. She finished with customer in front of me, then walked over to assist employees with drive thru customers. Manager, asked an employee loudly if he made decaf coffee? She stayed helping the drive thru out for awhile .... another customer and I waited to order our food. While waiting, I started looking around. There was no food in the front hot metal containers by the registers, but area had old food crumbs and pieces laying around the edges. The floors had food crumbs. It looked bad! I would think the restaurant would be clean and sanitized overnight, be spotless for the next morning, when customers started to arrive at 6am or 7am. My food was descent and hot. The cleanliness and the wait time to order was my concern. Not making the customers who actually walked into the establishment to be served a priority was bothersome. I received my food at 7:42:22Am when a male employee called my name, to pickup bag, he called me "G" not "Genell". I said "it's Genell, thank you". After waiting ten minutes I finally went in to find out what was going on. There were multiple employees standing around. At least three apparently in breaks. My order wasn't ready at all. The service was awful. I started ordering and the lady threw the speaker asked me if I wanted to make it a combo and I said sure, yeah. I did not say it in any mean tone at all and I did not seem annoyed or anything but the lady after that just said wow in a super slow almost offended tone. I have no idea what she meant or why she felt offended at that then I got to the window and she was extremely fast with everything to the point where I knew it was because she was upset, and it seemed very unprofessional that she would take her problems out on customers at work. Then when she handed me my card back, I was gonna ask for ranch because it was not in the bag of my food, and she gave me my card and receipt back with ranch and kind of shoved it at me.
