Food - 0 BoRounds greasy and overcooked Cajun filet - greasy and flat Biscuit - undercook, doughy and crumbly Drink - flavorless, flat and clearly shows its water vs. pink lemonade Service - RUDE, sighed as if bothered from failing to give napkins or condiments. Welllll the young lady on the intercom was very hype. I ordered the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit w/ OJ but they didn't have any so I opted for a bottle of water. She also barely opened the window to take my money and hand me my food so I'm assuming she was trying to stay dry as it was drizzling. As you can see from my photo, this sandwich wasn't fresh or that was the last piece of cheese, IDK. The sausage tasted a bit old as well but I enjoyed the sandwich. Can't speak to the ambiance of the location as I just went through the drive-thru. read more

Went through the drive thru and the cashier was uncharacteristically rude, might just be a Gen Z thing. Maybe I'm not hip. I ordered two biscuits and and order of rounds and she made it so difficult at the drive thru. Didn't get a name, wanted to limit interacting with her as much as possible or otherwise I would've fulfilled the stereotype of being a rude customer and even through the rude facade I could see she would've crumbled :) read more

Employees were very rude forgot our biscuits and gravy went inside this lady was being rude to an employee made George he is the only one who told them we had biscuits and gravy and they did not listen to him George treated us with respect while the others treated us like a bother highly unprofessional environment and treated George like he was dumb when he was the other one correct and respectful. read more

That mf was so filthy from the parking lot to the dining. The restrooms give you you truck stop vibes. Restrooms haven't been cleaned in weeks or months. Never again. Bojangles kinda going down hill. The ice tea containers were so dirty and the tea so mf strong and black. Scary! The staff not busy standing around on the phones . The manager- sad. Do better! read more

Food safety not a priority...Some employees handling food without gloves. Sides should not touch chicken if handled without gloves.

So I am in town visiting friends and wanted chicken. Decided to come here. (I haven't had Bojangles before) so this is my first experiences. The drive-through had one car in line when we got there. I believe I order the number 12 . 2 dark meat, with dirty rice & fries. My bf got the bacon egg biscuit. Staff was vary friendly and nice, once we got to the window to get food we was told it was going to be 5min for the bacon and was asked to pull up and park. I received my food and began to eat. (I was starving) Food was delicious! I mean everything was seasoned perfectly, the flavors of the rice was great! The fries was seasoned so well! Chicken was cooked perfectly and not greasy. I have not had chicken this good from a fast food restaurant before. Definitely nothing this well seasoned in VA . I am only giving this a 3 star review because we had to wait a longer then 5mins for the biscuit and it appeared the young lady forgot we was there waiting. Right before I got out the car to go in she saw us and did the "oh shit" turn around and got the biscuit and brought it out. We sat there and watch at least 5 other cars come and go. Outside of that. Food was great! Staff was polite, and I'll for sure be going back next time I'm around and want chicken. PS- I did see the few other reviews of 1 star. My experience was completely opposite and hopefully that means they have been improving their services. But I will check back in and make sure it was not just a lucky day. read more

Staff was amazing and kind! Food tasted great, the food came out fresh and hot, it was worth the wait. Fries are seasoned nicely, chicken taste great and is breaded nicely with a crunch in every bite. Restaurant is clean and has little to no crumbs. Biscuit is not dry and is easy to eat. read more

They're finally open. After watching this location being built, It's now Bo Time in Graniteville. The cars were lined up for the 5am drive thru opening. The parking lot is One Way like most locations, so when you pull in, go to the right. There's nothing like a warm Bo-berry biscuit in the morning. I started to wait for the family to wake up, but biscuits are meant to be eaten warm and fresh The biscuit was nice! Buttery and sweet. Sometimes they can be dry. But these weren't... good job! They never get the order correct. Food is always missing, and you have to call or make a second trip to get the missing items. The employees are snobby and look like they are miserable. They also stand in groups staring at customers, making you feel like you are being judged. Customer service is nonexistent at this location. I do NOT recommend this location at all. read more

Stopped here to eat and the dining room hadn't been cleaned, the radio was playing static and there was no unsweet tea in the dining room or ketchup packets-had to go to the counter for both. The ceiling looked like there had been several leaks and the ceiling tiles never replaced. My Cajun Filet biscuit had cheese on it, which I didn't ask for and it was very dry. I would do zero stars if I could. The drive thru took 15 + minutes with only one car in front of us. We ordered Bo Berry biscuits, they were out. We ordered sausage biscuit, they were out of sausage (but they didn't tell us until we got to the window). We ordered 2 combo meals and only got one of the potatoes.
