I've been here several times, and the food is always good! They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and you really can't go wrong with a chicken biscuit. The prices are reasonable. One of the things they're best known for are their Bo-Berry Biscuits . if you haven't tried them yet, you definitely should. read more

The new "upgrade" feels like a downgrade to be honest. I think I'm one of the biggest Bojangles fans in the world, and didn't see anything wrong with the old restaurant. In fact, I loved it. I figured that maybe they needed to fix some minor cosmetic issues, and perhaps update the electrical wiring and plumbing. Unfortunately, they completely re-did the entire restaurant, and made it into a sleek, modernized Bojangles. Unfortunately though, that's not what Bojangles is supposed to be in my opinion. I was also somewhat disappointed to see two (2) screens that you could use to order food, and only one (1) real cashier to take your order. In addition, for the first time EVER going to Bojangles, the food was TERRIBLE. Don't get me wrong, sometimes Bojangles can miss the mark, but it's never terrible. This time, it was so awful that I could only eat half of my food. I took 1-2 bites out of my Cajun Filet Biscuit before noticing that the inside of it was this weird greyish color, which looked absolutely disgusting (see attached picture.) In addition, the fries tasted like plastic and had no seasoning on them. I'm very disappointed, as this Bojangles was one of my go-to restaurants.
