I wish Bojangles would hire people and literally trained them like Chick-fil-A does. I had a eight piece family pack with dirty rice and mac & cheese. I asked for an individual fries with that that was missing. I also had a three-piece dinner and it was only two pieces in there. Can't even count till three. Then I had a tender meal which was completely missing. I mean you have the order on the TV screen and you can't go down the line and fill it and make sure everything is there how hard is it to make sure there's three meals on the board plus an extra fries that everything is in there . then make sure everything in the box is in there. I had to go literally around and get it didn't realize the fries were missing until I got home. Bojangles Check, your people train better., make sure they can count till three or five whichever it's not that hard. And I didn't see any hairnets . I've been here several times, and the food is always good! They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and you really can't go wrong with a chicken biscuit. The prices are reasonable. One of the things they're best known for are their Bo-Berry Biscuits . if you haven't tried them yet, you definitely should. read more

There is a huge balloon on top of Bojangles that states "now open" so I drove home took care of all my stuff and then figured I'd come back so I drove 20 miles back and the huge balloon is a lie. The new "upgrade" feels like a downgrade to be honest. I think I'm one of the biggest Bojangles fans in the world, and didn't see anything wrong with the old restaurant. In fact, I loved it. I figured that maybe they needed to fix some minor cosmetic issues, and perhaps update the electrical wiring and plumbing. Unfortunately, they completely re-did the entire restaurant, and made it into a sleek, modernized Bojangles. Unfortunately though, that's not what Bojangles is supposed to be in my opinion. I was also somewhat disappointed to see two (2) screens that you could use to order food, and only one (1) real cashier to take your order. In addition, for the first time EVER going to Bojangles, the food was TERRIBLE. Don't get me wrong, sometimes Bojangles can miss the mark, but it's never terrible. This time, it was so awful that I could only eat half of my food. I took 1-2 bites out of my Cajun Filet Biscuit before noticing that the inside of it was this weird greyish color, which looked absolutely disgusting (see attached picture.) In addition, the fries tasted like plastic and had no seasoning on them. I'm very disappointed, as this Bojangles was one of my go-to restaurants. Went to Popeyes on Wed. on Fort Jackson, requested fresh Classic Chicken Sandwiches(2), was told it was fresh, the chicken was dipped in the hot grease as if refried or just to make it hot and not fresh, the crust of the chicken was hard and not crunchy as it should have been, also meat was hard and stringy, not good at all. Stop wanting to give customers what you want them to have, but what they request, your food is expensive, but it does not meet the price you charge for it. Actually the most disgusting experience I have ever had at any establishment, ever. They served me and my friends completely raw chicken breasts that were not cooked at all. We went back in and they gave us ONE voucher for ONE free biscuit. I was given just a steak biscuit sandwich. I drove 3 miles back only to be accommodated with remaking the sandwich over. No incentive or compensation was expressed but a threat of calling 911because I refused to give her the sandwich back. That is NOT customer service friendly because in fact it was NOT my fault for their mistake. I had to use my gas to return to get what I paid for. Instead I received ridiculous amount of disrespect and rudeness. This always seems to occur when it is predominately African American staffing. I am also African American so this is not a race issue. I have eaten at this Bojangles throughout my life. It used to be great, but our last visit was less than desirable. When we arrived, most of the restaurant staff were hanging out in the dining room. It was a slow night, and I certainly do not begrudge teenagers time with their friends. However, every table was filthy. There wasn't any food ready, either. The food was merely okay.
