It is a new year and everybody is stepping up their game. Yelp! You in there Bo J's! We came thru the drive thru and you cooked everything fresh. Bae and I got them chicken wings with some fries and green beans! This stuff here good. That delicious biscuit was the hit. The drive thru guy host was so nice and the girl who brought out the food was very accommodating too. This would have been a five star visit. But, we paid for 2 dinners and y'all gave us one. If i could rate this no stars i would. We walked in and the workers were very weird and unfriendly making us all feel uncomfortable. If the food was better than it might have made up for it but it certainly was not. The chicken was cold and i watched her put the fries in with no gloves on which makes me want to call in a health check because WOW! Overall it was just a really bad experience and I don't think it's the chains fault I would just avoid this location. The inside of the store was not clean at all and had a stench the second we walked in that was certainly not chicken. Stopped in around 7:30AM on a Sunday morning... one worker was outside walking around the building, the only other person I saw was actually sleeping in the seating area. When she woke up and saw me standing up front by the counter I had already started walking toward to door to leave. Since I am from SoCal, I have never had Bojangles before. But, on my road trip, I saw so many Bojangles and it was calling to me. I finally decided to stop by this location on my way to New Orleans. The location was very clean and the restrooms were also clean (a win in my book for a fast food location). The employees were also super nice as I was taking forever to decide. I couldn't help it because I wanted to make sure I tried a little bit of everything. I ultimately decided on their family meal and the sandwich. The food came out pretty quickly and YUMMMM! I was surprised by how tasty the chicken was. The biscuits were also tasty and delicious. I would skip the sandwich next time because I enjoyed the chicken and biscuit separately. I also got some sauces (ranch and honey mustard). They were both tasty. On my way out, I asked for a few extra since I had some leftover and they were super nice about providing them. I ate the rest on my drive. Even hours later, it was pretty tasty. I am sad that we do not have any Bojangles here in Southern California, but next time I am in the area, I am going to try it again. I've recently started stopping here in the morning on my way to work for a biscuit and they are always hot and fresh. The service has always been good and I'm very happy with the prices. They I stopped here for lunch and was very pleased with the whole experience. Macaroni macaroni and cheese is the best you'll get in a fast food setting. The chicken is pretty dang good too. I've been here at least a dozen times in the last couple of months and I haven't had one complaint. Way to go Bojangles. read more

Wish I had read the other reviews first because this is THE WORST BOJANGLES EVER! We did curbside pickup through the app. I went in to use the restroom and since it looked like they might be shorthanded, I went to offer to carry my order out. They didn't even acknowledge me. Waited about 8 more minutes in the car and still no food. My son finally went in and got our food. Our "Cajun" fries were cold and undercooked and had no seasoning. I came here for breakfast with my dad last week. First time trying this franchise, and it was pretty decent fast food. They have most of the food in front of you and already cooked, warmed, so it kinda reminded me of a cafeteria. We shared a meal of ham, eggs, grits, biscuits, gravy, and hashbrowns. The ham was good, seasoned well. The eggs were soft, but not seasoned which actually paired well with the ham. The gravy was good, as were the hashbrowns which where my favorite. The only thing I wouldn't order again were the grits. Thick chunks that lacked any flavor. To drink, we got a half gallon of their sweet tea and shared it with our friend Todd. Arrived to this location placed my to-go order at 6:25pm waited almost an hour for the family meal I ordered for my family and I. After being told to park and wait for it to be taken out to me, I checked on my order once after waiting 15 minutes and the cook told me they had JUST put my chicken in the flyer. - I don't mind waiting but if the business is slow there's not reason to wait this long. Staff was blatantly rude. I asked for a half and half tea, he said "it's already made" then turned around, made my tea sweet and handed it to me. Really rude. Nobody including the guy making our food was wearing gloves, nobody had a mask on correctly, our pint sized sides were more like 8oz portions. I ordered through the drive thru and they asked me to pull around and wait near the door and said it'd be about 5 minutes. After 16-17 minutes, I went inside and asked about my food. They asked to see my receipt and then told the cooks what I ordered. Then said literally nothing else to me while I waited for another 6-7 minutes. There were 5 workers behind the counter that I could see and not a single one cared that they lost my order and that it'd been 25 minutes since I ordered. It feels like every time we take this exit there's a new restaurant. However, I don't think anyone is going to complain about a Bojangles coming in. It's way better than the Jack's down the street and different than Zaxby's across the highway. In fact, the tenders here aren't much different than what you can expect at On Tap, yet are more affordable. Let's face it, Bojangles is no secret in Alabama. What separates this location from the 100s of others? Nothing. Which isn't a bad thing. This modern location succeeds at providing good service and the norm when it comes to Bojangles and while a few on here have complained about the service we only experienced the best. In fact, the drive through was quick and throughout and our order came out perfect. What should you order? Tops on the menu for me is the Chicken Supremes (they are better than the Homestyle Tenders) and I'll ask for them to keep the biscuit and replace it with a Cinnamon Pecan Twist. For a side, go with fries and as long as they are hot and haven't been sitting around too long you'll enjoy every last bite (just make sure they sprinkle on enough of their seasoning). Add a sweet tea and you won't be disappointed. Oh, and remember, you can order this meal all day. On the other hand my friends gravitate to the Cajun Fillet Biscuit. By the way, can you believe I've been to more than 50 Bojangles and never tried the Fried Chicken? Crazy huh? I guess you can call me a Chicken Supremes junkie. read more

Eat here more than I like to admit. The chicken is great. Decent size pieces that aren't just all breading. Love their tea as well, brewed in house and not bitter, never not been fresh. Biscuits are fantastic and baked fresh ALL DAY. Breakfast served around the clock. Unlike the other guys, they have not cheaped out to the pint of having crap food. My husband and I were on our way out of town and needed a quick pick-me-up for an early dinner. We swung by Bojangles' drive-through and ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwich combos. The server was very nice and helpful. When we pulled up to pay we had to wait awhile for their system to reboot itself. Once we got our meal it was piping hot (which is good in our book)! Typically when going through the drive-through, 9 times out of 10, our orders are wrong. To our satisfaction, ours was correct. The portion size of the chicken on the sandwich was large and it tasted perfect and juicy. Bojangles is a little pricer than your average fast food joint. I'd compare the prices to something of Zaxby's, etc. For 2 sandwich combos we spent ~$17.00. Overall we were pleased with our experience at Bojangles in Fultondale! read more

Give them back and ask again, she told me to pull behind the yellow pole, I said pull forward, no backwards.
