Horray!! Finally we don't have to drive to the Valley for Boiling Crab!! There's so much flavor and the shrimp was plump and juicy!! We got the original Daddy sauce (non spicy) and it was so good!! The price point was great for what we got. I've tried all the seafood boil in SCV and this one hits! I recommend if you have a big group to take it to go. Worst experience letty manager is the most unprofessional called me a pendeja cause she assumed I didn't know Spanish I traveled there a week ago ordered 70 of food everything was missing only small crab and few shrimp every else was missing so I called explain what happend I confirmed twice they would remake my order next time so I drove back to get she says no I'm doing that I ask for manager she said she was it and i asked who is above her she rolls her eyes laughs this whole time saying no she wouldn't do it I told her why would u confirm twice got me to go there an do this? She finally said she would do but don't come back I said that fine I didn't plan on after the unprofessional by you! She walks to cook by cashier and says this pendeja in front of my face! Thinking I wouldn't understand I sure did go over counter and told her to learn some respect and don't she ever call me out my name no manger should ever treat a customer that way especially since they messed the order up to begin with I will find the order and make sure she is repremanded for this!!!! Food was extremely tasty, especially given that we are from Ventura, California. Service was phenomenal, Logan was extremely friendly and super attentive, loved his energy, very magnetic! BEWARE of spending your money here. they will REFUSE to give a refund. i really loved this business but this'll be the last time i'm going there. i called in a big order for valentine's day because i knew they were busy so we would eat it at home. i always call in so they don't have the delivery services take profit id rather the business to. we went out picked up the order.we were busy and i didn't get to eat till later. but when i opened my meal the order was wrong. i ordered the deck cadets meal with lobster crab and shrimp. the only thing in there was shrimp. and i'm not paying 100+ for just shrimp. they were already closed but i tried calling in to see if they would answer and they did. i'm always polite and explained the situation i understand they were busy cause of valentine's day . but the "manager" was extremely rude. they kept saying i was at fault. and confusing my order. thinking i ordered it online. it's like the guy was even trying to listen to me. i had to explain what happened 4x. at that point i didn't want to come there again cause of the way he was speaking to me. i kept asking him just talk to me normally you don't have to be rude, im a person your a person there's no need for this. and when he put the phone down i could hear him talking about me to someone else in spanish in the background. so unprofessional. i understand i called late i wasn't expecting for them to remake it today and i made that clear. i told him id bring in the bag it was just a bag full of just shrimp. and i was initially willing to wait for them to remake it but i didn't want the food anymore after the way i was treated. he actually said it's your fault. i said it's my fault??!! and he said YES. this isn't my fault the order should've been correct in the first place. i trusted them to get the order right. i understand it was a busy day but it's not my fault you guys messed up the order. and when i asked for a refund he didn't want to give it to me. like why would i want to eat there after the way you spoke to me. ruined my valentine's day, great thanks. and i always loved coming here for crab boil ordering for me and my friends and family. but not after today. update: i spoke to the "manager" again. he apologized for the way he spoke to me. when i brought up him blaming me he tried to deny it. he's giving me excuses for not providing a refund. that the owner isn't replying and he's in san diego. it doesn't matter who's where ANY buisness CAN give refunds especially when they completely messed up the order. he just wants to remake it, but why would i want to go back. they haven't contacted me again and i left a message. At this point I'll just have to dispute the charge to my bank. i held off giving a review because i never do. but just be careful spending your money here and check your order before you leave. read more

Ordered dinner thru DoorDash for pickup. Missing paid items, there was an after taste from the shrimp and the quality went down.

Cons: We just ordered our food from DoorDash and I have to say how disappointed I was... I ordered a full order of fries and got enough to only feed one small toddler!! And the potatoes were 2 whole small potatoes cut in half instead of 5 potatoes. The rice was undercooked as well. Pros: The shrimp boil was good and the shrimps were good size. The flavor was a little bit on the sweeter side. All in all, I wasn't too happy with the portion sizes. But the flavor was decent. read more

This was our first time here. We ordered one of the family shareable options. It included shrimp, lobster, crab legs, sausage, corn and potatoes. It did not disappoint! We ate every bit of what we ordered and it was smothered in the Daddy sauce. What set this place apart is the employee Logan! When I called to see what time they closed he was so welcoming! Once we got to the establishment and walked in Logan greeted us very kindly. He made the experience even more worthwhile with his conversation and kindness! The environment is cute and quaint. As soon as you walk in the aroma is so appetizing! The food was excellent and the music was good. The service wasn't so great though. The person taking our order forgot our rice and potatoes and didn't seem to care that they had forgotten either. Then we were told they could get the rice but we'd have to wait 15 min. We said that was fine. They came back a few minutes later saying they were out of rice. The food was so good thought that I'll give it another shot. Ok, so this review is for their current state - in a soft opening. If they were fully open, my review may be slightly different. We got the Shrimp bowl (comes with rice, sausage and potatoes) and a Shrimp po boy with the cajun fries Everything tasted really good, and the place smells fantastic. Seafood was fresh and cooked perfectly. Service was friendly and helpful too. They are still about a month away from opening so the place isn't decorated yet, and they appear to be working out some other minor things. We have a few suggestions...the bowl had way way too much of the sauce in it (maybe service it with less but then offer extra if someone wants it?). The po' boy bread to filling was a bit off (good fillings but the bread is too big). The cajun fries were good but too lightly seasoned. All of these are minor and won't stop us from going again. I'm a big hot n juicy fan and I can never find a seafood boil that compares in flavor, but the boil daddy was delicious and honestly their flavors were even better. We ordered snow crab, mussels, sausage, wings and fries. My husband requested extra crispy wings and they actually made them per request. The flavors of the wings were good especially the soy garlic. We got the daddy sauce for the seafood it was very flavorful. They weren't stingy with the sauce either. And to top it all off the lady at the counter was sooo kind, she gave us tablecloths and gloves so we didn't make our hotel room a disaster LOL. It came with three sausages and a potato cut in half the crab legs are not the largest, but the food is good. The only thing I would say is the daddy sauce is beyond salty. Honestly the food was okay, nothing special when it came to the taste. Was kind of expecting more with only ordering 1/2 pound of shrimp with the heads on and had to pay extra for a small corn.
