Solid Kolsch and the cider was great. Only issue would be we tried to get a growler of cider to go and the man working said he didn't think we could. He attempted to text the owner I guess but never could and we waited for quite a while. We told him to forget it and paid our tab minus a growler. Not the boho's fault but parents, this is not a babysitter while you drink. Others come here to relax and don't want to hear your kids screams echoing all over.

While I was in the area I finally made a stop at Boho Brewing. Boho had been on my list for a while after I tried some of their beers at the Parkville Microbrew Fest. It's a nice space to sit and enjoy company of friends or just quietly to yourself and enjoy the beers they have. It's a huge space too with a lot of choices for seating. I was there in January but it looks like the patio would be nice in warmer months. The beers are really good. They stick to the German and Czech style beers but I like that they don't pigeonhole themselves to strict guidelines of those Czech and German beer styles. For example, on this visit I had a Cold IPA (an American brew style) called Hop Mandala. It had a fruitier side rather than the piney flavors I've had with other Cold IPAs. The beertender was knowledgeable. I asked if they sell single cans to go, unfortunately they don't, but they do sell 4-packs to go. I definitely plan to make another visit this year.

I fell in love with this micro-brewery on my first visit! Since then, I've been a few times, and Boho Brewing has yet to disappoint. I love this place for many reasons. The service is always top-tier and the owners are absolutely incredible. I inquired about hosting a 30th surprise birthday party here, and they were not only extremely accommodating, but I feel like they went out of their way to ensure we all had a great time. They were so helpful and communicative in the process leading up to the event, and helped ensure the surprise party was a success! THE BEER IS LIKE TOTALLY SO GOOD. I love experimenting with micro-breweries and craft beer, and Boho Brewing is nothing short of delicious! I've tried many of their brews, and haven't had a bad yet. My personal favorite is their Kölsch- it's absolutely delicious (and actually tastes like a Kölsch)! Another thing I love about Boho Brewing is its atmosphere. While there isn't a ton of indoor seating, they've got a great bar area and there always seems to be just enough open indoor tables when I'm there. There is plenty of family-friendly outdoor seating. It's in a perfect location for the kids to play outside while the adults can hang out at the picnic tables. Additionally, they allow you to order outside food to bring in while you are there. I absolutely love Boho Brewing and will always be a big fan of theirs! Support small, y'all!

Great service and wonderful location! Great patio set up and can bring food in from nearby restaurants. Good quality beer - our favorite was the sour!

Cute little gem! There is lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is super nice. Great prices! I got the tropical double ipa and enjoyed it. We went when there was live music. Enjoyed sipping my head and listening. Would be great to go out with friends, a little date, or bring a board game and drink some of their beers! Would highly recommend.

We stopped in during their 2nd week being open and 4 beers had already sold out. That's a good sign right? We grabbed a table full of the Czech style lagers and we quite enjoyed ourselves. I dig the vibe and the indoor lighting! Barstools without backs are not my fave, but they have a big space for grabbing a beer and watching a game. Looking forward to what's to come here at Boho!

Really enjoyed this brewery! Bartender was laid back and nice. It is about a year old and had a good selection of beers.

Stopped here while I was in area and didn't disappoint. Really good beer and service was friendly. Jammin to the music overhead and having a great beer, food and good conversation can't be bad. Definitely will be back.

Unussuming little place to grab a beer and a bag of pretzels. Stopped by on a hot, lazy Sunday to check it out. It's a brewery only so don't expect food, if you're a lightweight like me. However they are connected to Whiskey River pizza & pub. As well there are multiple restaurants in this little 20 acre space. The brew was tasty and I opted for a flight. My favs were the Dar Czech and the Maibock. I was pleasantly surprise to also grab a bag of Knotty Pretzels which is s military friendly, troop supporting, Georgia company. Make a run over from Ft Leavenworth to check this out or stop by on the way from picking up fam & friends at age airport. Also stone throw from KC Sky Dive at Noah's Ark Airport.

Im very pleased with this brewery. I believe it's fairly new to the area, just a few weeks. We tried four different beers and I ca say I liked all of them. We usually visit local breweries. I was impressed with the location and the brews. We liked the all we tried. Great ambiance. Just missing local live music. A must visit.

Great beers, awesome atmosphere, friendly employees! Stumbled in here during the Easter glow party at the infield. We were looking for a bathroom, but stayed for a beer! Cherry limeade sour was great!

It's definitely a spot I'd come back to on a normal weekend. The Drinks The Hits: The Hard Cherry Mash Sour Cider and the bright green Scooby Snack were both fantastic. The Miss: The Irish Coffee. They couldn't tell me what kind of coffee they used--a major red flag for a coffee cocktail. The Food (Bay Boy Specialty Sandwiches) They were serving sandwiches from Bay Boy alongside gourmet chips. I grabbed the El Jefe with Sweet Onion Hawaiian chips. The Sandwich: A killer Cuban-inspired build on their signature Dutch Crunch bread. That bread is the real deal--super crispy on the outside and soft inside. Because of the crowds it did take about 20 minutes to get our food but the girl behind the counter was really nice despite trying to serve hordes of celebratory drunkies. The Atmosphere Beyond the beer, the parking lot was full of food vendors and some really cool cars. Definitely worth checking out for the vibes alone!

Our server was incredibly pleasant and attentive, hands down one of the best we've had in a while. She made our dine-in visit smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, even though the place was packed with people, TVs showing games, and music playing in the background. We had no trouble carrying on a conversation and truly enjoying our meal without feeling overwhelmed. We started with the Pepper Jack cheese bites, which were perfectly fried to golden perfection and came with a generous side of ranch. Huge portion, definitely a standout appetizer! For mains, we went with the chicken tenders (hand-breaded and super moist) paired with crispy golden fries and honey mustard dipping sauce that was spot-on. Then the pork tenderloin sandwich, wow, it's massive! It barely fits on the oversized bun, just like a classic Midwestern tenderloin should be. Juicy, flavorful, and served with all the veggie fixings on the side plus options for raw or creamy horseradish. Absolutely delicious. Beers were ice-cold, as they should be in a great pub. Overall, solid food, great service, and a welcoming vibe. We'll definitely be back soon! Highly recommend for anyone craving hearty pub fare.

So we loaded up and showed up one day around Noon. Ambiance was really cool. It's in the middle of some sort of progressive looking shanty-esque suburb. The kind of place that does drag queen bingo. I was right at home. Inside was college sport bar, but with a nice, huge board on the wall of all their beer selection. It Was quite expansive. Service was top notch, too. Nice server took care of us, made sure our glasses were never empty. The food came out at a good clips, and we got an unexpected bonus of free little beignet-like donuts with some delicious dipping sauces. As for food, we started off with a jumbo order of the Truffle Parmesan Hand-Cut Fries for the table. We got to choose two from their extensive list of aioli dipping sauces. Fries were good. Dusted with the perfect amounts of truffle and parmesan. And the sauces were my oh my. I recommend paying the upcharge to just try them all. I mentioned the time earlier, because we had no idea we were stumbling upon their brunch menu. Even more options to choose from! I got the Crispy Waffle Smash Burger (smashed hertzog beef patties, fried egg, smoked bacon, merkt's cheddar, caramelized onion, maple aioli, crispy buttermilk waffle). This thing was really nice. Perfect waffle, not too small, not too big, and no oily or anything obtrusive. A nice bun option. Eggs and bacon sometime get lost against giant burger patties, but with these smash patties, the extra accoutrements really stand out and make this burger really stand out in my mind. I also for the try the Smokestack Burger (smoked burnt ends, smoked gouda, whiskey bbq glaze, pickle relish, chipotle aioli & crispy jalapeño straws). Uhhh, as you can read, this thing was loaded with goodness. Fatty burger, smokey burnt ends, sweet boozy glaze, acidic pickles, and texture from that jalapeno. This was the perfect burger. I insist you order this. Overall, my research did not reveal Beer Kitchen to me, locals recommendation did. Shows that you gotta use your street smarts instead of your book smarts sometimes. I have been acquainted with Callsign brews for a while but had never stepped foot into the actual brewery space. Thanks to pub pass that all changes because nothing entices me more than a bogo beer! And to top it off Tuesdays happen to be $10 beer flights so it was a double win. As far as the food menu goes, it's nothing innovative just good bar food classics like sandwiches, burgers, wings, wraps, and appetizers. This time around we went with beer drinking staples- wings and loaded tots. The wing prices I thought were pretty fair ten bone in wings for $16 ($1.60 a wing isn't too bad nowadays). You also could split the ten count with two flavors which is what we did. The first flavor that caught my eye was Parmesan Truffle which I thought was a unique rift on the classic Parmesan Garlic, I was pleasantly surprised when these came out and were dry rub. I prefer a dry rubbed wing because first of all, I love salt and these tend to be definitely more on the salty seasoned side than saucy wings that can be syrupy sweet sometimes depending on the flavor. Secondly, with a flavor adjacent to Garlic Parmesan a wet wing can be very heavy and thus, have the tendency to get soggy. The only qualm I have with these wings is that the flavor didn't exactly live up to expectations, it had nice seasoning and the Parmesan flavor was detectable however, I never got any of that umami flavor of Truffle. They were extremely crispy though and I would order them again. Now onto the next flavor, I decided to order the other creative flavor on the menu (the other two were Hot and Mild) this was a hot honey bourbon glaze. Again, this flavor promised a punch of flavor and didn't fully deliver, I got the notes of the sweet bourbon glaze but none of the heat from the hot honey. The wings themselves weren't over-drenched in sauce so they did stay rather crispy but, it wasn't anything special. The last appetizer we ordered to munch on were the loaded tots which were pretty standard but, good drinking food. They were indeed loaded with lots of liquid cheese, crispy pieces of bacon and a healthy drizzle of ranch. Just so you know, these are listed as loaded fries on the menu but you can sub tots which I was grateful for since I think a tot stays more crispy than a traditional fry when toppings are piled on. Now onto the star of the show, the beers of course. We started with a flight to share so we could each choose a favorite brew to over a full pour of and utilize our Pub Pass. The smoothie sour was my favorite of the bunch which surprised me since I'm usually a hazy IPA girl. That was also a solid choice though and it's what my friend ordered as his full pour. The smoothie sour though was peach cobbler flavored and had the sweetness of ripe peaches, I instantly fell in love, it wasn't as sharp and sour and instead had a smooth finish. Some sours are tougher to drink but this went down easy. The other beer that stood out on our flight was the wine beer, almost akin to a cider but stronger in flavor with a base of Malbec (my favorite red wine). The color was vibrant and it had a rich flavor profile of grapes. Not sure I could have drank a full pour of it though if I'm being honest, it was a little too intense.
