We can not say enough amazing things about working with Bogdan on our wedding day in June 2021. He is professional, hard working and all around a good person. His work is absolutely breathtaking and we were incredibly happy with all our photos. During the engagement session he made us both very comfortable and provided help as needed with poses. Our wedding day was just perfect and he captured all the memories we wanted and much more! I would recommend Bogdan 100% to all couples getting married! read more

Bogdan photographed our wedding and I have to say, as the bride, there really wasn't a bad photo of me. Usually you have to get the correct angle and proper lighting and I can look decent. But Bogdan made me look like a movie star in every photo. And my husband is very handsome, but Bogdan just knows how to bring out that star quality. What more could you want? He is super professional and a very nice person...definitely is an expert, knows what he's doing and is a great artist. I would highly recommend him if you're in the Bay Area. Thank you for our fabulous photos! read more

Being a fellow photographer, I felt it was my duty to find the perfect one for our perfect wedding. We were looking for someone whose style was more lifestyle/visual storyteller. We looked at 50 or so photographers in a pretty wide area. Bogdan was referred to us from a friend/colleague and we were very impressed with his portfolio. My wife and I were thrilled about our experience working with Bogdan for both our engagement and wedding photos. Bogdan did a great job of putting us both at ease and making the experience fun. He asked excellent questions that helped to ensure a detailed understanding of what was important to us in capturing our wedding day and telling our story with these images. We could not have been happier with the results. In fact, there were so many great photos to choose from for the album that we had difficulty culling down our selects. The quality of the photography and the wedding album were beyond our expectations. Throughout the entire process Bogdan was responsive, professional and offered excellent suggestions. We are grateful to him and his second camera, Curtis, for their expertise in capturing the feeling and story of the day through images that we will treasure all of the years to come. read more

Incredible photographer and even better person! Bogdan is so sweet, positive, personable, and professional. Bodgan and his team are perfect for weddings because they make everyone feel comfortable and have a gift for capturing emotion and all the special/ unique moments of a wedding. Bodgan captured all the important moments we were looking to have photographed and did a great job of helping us stay on schedule, and organized! Bodgan drove over an hour to meet us in person at our venue a week before to do a full walkthrough and check out the sun at the wedding time, he also emailed our sneak peek photos within 1 week and we had all of our wedding photos back in under 6 weeks. It was truly AMAZING! He went above and beyond, even while wearing a mask in 100+ degree heat! Truly a great photographer and we would recommend to anyone :) read more

My husband and I spent a long time trying to find a wedding photographer that not only we felt comfortable with, but also met our needs. We had a large wedding and it was a LONG day, but Bogdan not only met our expectations, he by far exceeded them. When we first met him to review cost and his work, he was very relaxed, and someone we knew we could work with. We knew we LOVED his work and couldn't wait to do our engagement session with him. He traveled anywhere we wanted, and stayed as long as necessary to make sure we had all the photos we needed. On our wedding day Bodgan showed up early, and left late, he captured all the memories and got us our photos so QUICKLY! I can not recommend Bogdan more!! read more

As soon as I first saw Bogdan's photos, I fell in love. His work is stunning and the behind-the-scene videos show exactly who he is as a person. He is one of the most professional, talented, and calm photographers that I have ever met! He made the day go by so smoothly, knew exactly what photos to take and when, and even made some executive decisions on the spot to capture some of THE MOST GORGEOUS PHOTOS EVER. Seriously, you have to book him. You won't regret it!! read more

Bogdan Condor Photography - Wedding, bride, groom, Blackhawk Country Club - Session Photography Near Me - Modesto, California

We planned our wedding from NYC in SF Sept 2018 and all I can say is thank goodness we found Bogdan. I had been looking EVERYWHERE for a photographer and probably vetted at least 40-50 before we decided on Bogdan; and even then, before meeting him, I was still skeptical. When we had our first video meeting I'll admit, I was worried. I had originally wanted a female photographer, and Bogdan's deep voice had me envisioning him being gruff when directing us, haha. Not that he was rude at ALL, but you could never tell from these first vendor meetings if people were fake and your chemistry with your photographer is so important! But I could not have been MORE WRONG. Bogdan is the NICEST and is so awesome to work with. He will lie down on the pavement, fling a fur jacket over his shoulder, dodge downtown SF traffic and prance to show you the look he wants, to get the shot, and to make you comfortable. And talk about PATIENT! My husband and I were both pretty unsure of what to wear for our engagement shoot and unsure of locations (and we are not low maintenance people), especially since we didn't have time to scout locations prior to coming to SF. Bogdan patiently worked with us through many location ideas and outfit ideas to find the perfect ones for us. AND when I idiotically forgot a pair of shoes that I really wanted to wear with some of my outfits and we lost sunlight early due to the fog Bogdan was INCREDIBLE and offered to meet with us for a second engagement shoot. [Disclaimer: I don't think that this is a normal thing for Bogdan to do or that 99% of photographers would ever even offer this; there were lots of mitigating factors and Bogdan was so gracious to us.] Even though we were super crunched for time, Bogdan worked with our schedules for whenever we were in town and we squeezed in a second engagement shoot. My husband and I were super stressed as this was literally the week of the wedding but we had had soooo much fun the first time with Bogdan and had seen the pictures he had produced that we rallied ourselves to do a second shoot. I am so happy that we did because my goodness; all our photos were amazing and now we had two sets. Literally, people saw our photos and told us we looked like movie stores (HK pop stars maybe :D). They are unbelievable and make me feel gorgeous. Bogdan's ability to frame a shot out of what seemed to us like chaos or crap in the background at the time, is a beautiful talent. I loved that he didn't go for cheap and easy scenery shots which is exactly what I wanted to avoid. Our first time around, we tried to make background suggestions to him, and he would patiently shoot what we requested (even if these ended up being the more boring pictures of the whole shoot), but the second time around, we just told him to direct us; he had earned our trust completely. On our wedding day, he and his assistant were punctual and prepared (he is always punctual by the way). He worked so hard that day and was sooooo incredibly patient. Dealing with a large group of family and friends to get meaningful, beautiful photographs, is literally like herding cats and Bogdan NEVER lost his cool, even towards the end when people were obviously getting tipsy and were less than helpful taking a group photo together.  He listened and captured all the photos that were important to us and was also flexible and accommodating to us. My bridesmaids still talk about him and how nice and funny he was (especially when demonstrating to us ladies, how we should be posing). Would I hire Bogdan again for our wedding? A HUNDRED TIMES OVER YES.We feel so grateful to have met him and to have had his talent present on our big day. Thank you Bogdan! read more

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We hired Bogdan to be our wedding photographer, and OH MY GOD AMAZING! First of all, what a great, nice guy! Great sense of humor, great at putting us at ease, and clearly passionate about his job and his work product above all else! He drove out and met us at our house at the beginning to meet us and to show us his portfolio, and we were immediately impressed. Just go to his website and check it out. His romantic, artistic photos are what hooked me, but he is also great at catching candid, genuine moments. We picked his middle-road package, which at the time cost $5900. It was by far the best value package we had found among all the wedding photographers we had interviewed. It included an engagement shoot, photobooth at the wedding, unlimited hours of wedding day coverage, 1 large custom designed wedding book for us, 2 smaller identical wedding books for our parents, a secondary photographer (important to catch as many moments as possible at the wedding), free album cover upgrade, a personal private online gallery to view images, full res digital negatives, all printing rights, and 4 large fine art prints. The value was just no contest when compared to other photographers in the area and at his caliber! And I have to talk about what a difficult couple we were! We tried to schedule then canceled on him several times for our engagement shoot because I was so indecisive. Then when we finally met up for the shoot, my fiancee got food poisoning and we had to call it off again! By then it was too late to schedule another try. Bogdan was so so patient about it all, and instead of the engagement shoot, he came to our rehearsal dinner/tea ceremony and photographed that. That was so special for our family to remember. Also, my husband and I have no idea how to take photos, and Bogdan was so great at offering suggestions on how to pose, what body parts to move in what way for the most flattering silhouette, and creative new images, all with good nature and a sense of humor, making us laugh and genuinely comfortable. My husband HATES taking photos, but even he loosened up! He had to deal with our very demanding families that wanted to take excessive posed portraits after the ceremony, us running late almost the entire day, our girl-heavy uneven and untraditional wedding party, and my drunk cousin knocking one of his cameras on the floor. He took everything so patiently and with understanding. Then, just 2 days after the wedding, he sent me 81 photo previews. 2 DAYS! He is incredible. I can't wait for the rest of the photos and the wedding book. I posted some of his previews here, which can already give an indication of his work quality. Thank you, Bogdan! read more

Excellent wedding photographer. I'm tired so will just bullet point this: creative shots, ideas, locations extremely hardworking - stayed all night! And had more energy than us at the engagement shoot hahaha not intrusive, no one complained that he was in the way very fair prices - I actually think they are really good for the quality (we did a lot of comparing) willing to travel multiple times for meetings, engagement shoots, seeing the venue, etc. took the time to make us feel comfortable about being photographed quick turnaround time for photos amazing pictures! Of all the vendors we hired for the wedding, Bogdan was the best. Can't wait to get my album! FYI it was an Indian wedding and he captured all of the important moments. ok, I tried to add some pics but can't figure it out right now. I really need to sleep. read more

Bogdan was our best and most favorite vendor to work with. He is very professional, and responsive. He is also easy to work with. He makes everyone feel comfortable when taking photos and his work shows. He took the time to meet with my husband and me prior to the wedding day to understand our preferences and to practice taking our photos. This was very helpful. Thank you so much for capturing our special day so beautifully. We hope to work with you again in the future. read more

Where can I even begin? Bogdan is honestly the best photographer ever. He's so professional in all aspects, and has the eye for perfect moments to be captured. I honestly cannot say enough great words about him. Just take my advice and meet up with him, first impression will be enough. We were sold the moment we met with him, and he took control of everything for us. He was so great with giving us directions about how to stand, pose, and what not to do. All in all he's amazing. Oh btw, expect to get your pictures within the timeline he has suggested in his contract. Its a miracle finding someone as talented and professional as him. He got my wedding pictures all even sooner than I expected. We will definitely use him for future events. read more

The moment we decided on having our wedding at Union Hill, we knew we must also get Bogdan to photograph. His pictures are absolutely incredible - from the framing to the way he plays with light. But really, there's not enough I can say about his pictures - they speak for themselves (a thousand words and all). What I really respected and appreciated was that Bogdan was a total professional, but at the same time easy to talk to. He established a rapport and shorthand with us during our first meeting, and only improved upon this during our engagement photo shoot. By the time the wedding came, he felt like just another guest we were happy to have share in our special day, and we definitely were not disappointed with the results. We highly recommend Bogdan and couldn't be happier with our wedding pictures. read more

Bogdan is literally as good as it gets. I think he is one of the best photographers in the area (in the USA for that matter). I grew up in a house of photography and always have held light to be an important quality in any photograph. Bogdan is able to create realistic light and transform scenes into wonderful pictures. He is either a magician or a photographer, I am not sure. Our engagement pictures turned out legendary ... I know many might think due to Photoshop, however he shows us the pictures on his camera and they looked AMAZING! Bogdan is extremely easy to work with and one of the easiest parts of the wedding (but really turned out to be one of the best). The venue even asked for a picture of his to put in the entry way ... and this is a pretty swanky place. Overall, we loved him and could not ask for anything more. (PS. his prices are extremely reasonable for the quality) read more

I can't fully express how happy my husband and I are with our photos. Working with Bogdan was so easy and effortless, I never once through our whole planning process had to worry or stress, he was easy to reach and answered any questions we had. Bogdan did an absolute amazing job shooting our wedding. From our first conversation with him through receiving all of our photos, he was extremely responsive. He usually answered emails within minutes, which is a huge relief when planning a wedding. We have also received a ton of complements on both our engagement photos and wedding photos. We could not have picked a better photographer for the event. On the day of our wedding, Bogdan was extremely punctual and was able to shoot the bridal party, groomsmen, and first look before the wedding. He seemed to never stop working through the entire day and truly captured every special moment of our day, without being intrusive. We barely even noticed he was there. We received our photos within a couple weeks of the event, where most photographers take couple of months. It was truly a pleasure to work with Bogdan, and I would highly recommend him to any one looking for a wedding photographer! read more

When we were looking for a photographer, we were having the most difficult time trying to find someone within our budget without compromising the professional look that we were trying to achieve. Bogdan worked with our budget, and delivered the most professional service! We loved how he was more focused on action shots rather that posed photos. The results were amazing and some of our shots looked like magazine material. One of my bridesmaids just booked him for her upcoming wedding! He captured our details, and made the day very comfortable. You can certainly count on him to 'WOW' your photos! read more

Of all the people we met during our wedding planning experience, Bogdan Condor restored our faith in the wedding industry. :) Truly. I'll get to his phenomenal photography skills in a moment, but most important to us - Bogdan was extremely accommodating, gracious, thoughtful and incredibly hardworking throughout the entire process. He has a wonderful way about him and we felt comfortable with him immediately. As for his photography - all you need to do is go to his website and you will understand what you are getting. He captures every moment and every detail so artistically. He stayed long after the allotted time that we paid him for and he got us our pictures back incredibly quickly. I can't recommend him enough. We loved him! read more

First person to review the great service, weird. Well Bogdan did my wedding photography and did an amazing job. I haven't gotten all the pictures back yet but it's okay I can tell by the ones I have seen and my engagement photos they are going to be wonderful! From the first time we met I knew Bogdan had great ideas. He was professional, and VERY creative. He did our engagement photos at AT&T park in SF which turned out amazing - see for yourself. He went above and beyond taking more pictures and suggesting more places to go. I felt as though he was more excited then we where which was great. Who doesn't want a photographer that wants to keep taking more pictures to get perfect shots!?!? At the wedding he stayed all day and night to ensure he got every moment. He listened to certain pictures I wanted and made sure to get them (ie the bridesmaid cover shoot)! Top notch service and creative. If you're looking for an amazing photographer look no more - Bogdan is just that. Thanks! read more

Bogdan is beyond amazing. Not only are his pictures absolutely amazing, but he is 100% professional and very easy going which makes him great to work with. My husband and I said we would not cut corners on our wedding photographer, and Bogdan is by far the best decision we made the entire planning process (next to marrying each other of course). Bogdan captured every single moment we wanted, and every candid moment in between. We have so may pictures of little moments captured on camera that not even a videographer could catch. I cannot say enough good things about Bogdan, if you are getting married he NEEDS to be your photographer!! read more

Bogdan is an incredible person and photographer. He made us feel comfortable during our engagement and wedding photo shoots and was really responsive, engaging and kind. It was easy to take pictures in front of him and he really helped us capture several beautiful moments. He stood with us in the freezing cold to capture an incredible photo of us in front of the Golden Gate Bridge. We just wish we could have had more time with Bogdan so that he can take pictures of EVERYTHING we do :) He's a true professional and great photographer for any bride looking to capture her wedding! read more

I could not have picked a better photographer for my wedding. Bogdan was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning, offering helpful advice on picking out "must have" shots, planning the timeline, and generally calming my nerves. He is incredibly professional and genuinely loves his work, which showed both during my wedding and in the pictures. He was unobtrusive but also not afraid to get the difficult shots. He showed up early and stayed late, and my whole bridal party really enjoyed working with him. And the pictures turned out fantastic!! His work is also a great value compared to other Tahoe-based photographers. Just take a look at his work. I feel so lucky to have found and worked with Bogdan! read more

Bogdan's photography work is outstanding! My husband and I are very impressed with our photos! He was our photographer for our "Love & Commitment" ceremony on December 8, 2017 at the beautiful historic Victorian Inn at Park Winters. The venue is amazing and Bogdan was able to capture the most spectacular photos of our special day that we will treasure for a lifetime. He has a distinct talent for choosing the best lighting. When it was dark, he used fill and back lighting to provide us the most incredible photos! One of the photos he took looks like a magazine advertisement for an elegant fragrance. He has an eye for beauty and a clear vision of what he wanted our photos to look like. While taking the photos, he gave us clear directions, resulting in beautiful natural looking photos. He was prompt and we had great communication with him via the phone and email. When we reached out to him initially to book our ceremony, he got back to us within a few hours on his availability, which fortunately for us, he had an opening. He was very nice, professional and a pleasure to work with. He did exemplary work and we would highly recommend him. read more

We really enjoyed working with Bogdan for our wedding photography. He was the only photographer I contacted who offered to meet in person. He met me at a coffee shop in Mountain View where we live and he is from Modesto, so it's not like we were close to each other. I appreciated that he took time out of his busy schedule to do this. We had our engagement session in San Francisco and received the photos just a few days later. Bogdan gave us instructions and demonstrates the poses he's looking for. He is personable, funny, easy to be around, flexible and made us feel comfortable. On the day of our wedding in Lake Tahoe, he and his second photographer arrived on time. I trusted him 100% with getting all the photos we wanted and that they would look great. He gave us a preview of the photos just a few days after the wedding which is so exciting and helped us relive the moments and see other parts that we couldn't be there for. We received the full resolution files about 6 weeks later. He did not charge us any travel fees for all the places he went to (Mountain View, San Francisco, South Lake Tahoe) which I think is rare! Best of all, the pictures came out great and we are completely satisfied with the work that he did. We would highly recommend him as your wedding photographer! read more

Bogdan was great! He really took the time to find the best pictures we were looking for and adapted easily to all the different things that occurred during our wedding to get the best shot. He was extremely easy to work with was very quick to get back to us about any questions or changes we had. But in the end, his pictures really speak for how good he is. They turned out great and had the exact feel we were looking for. He did everything from artsy poses to candid shots that really captured the feel of the wedding. We highly recommend him! read more

Bogdan was without a doubt the perfect photographer for our wedding! From our very first meeting with him it was clear that he takes a lot of pride in his work, he is very professional, and has a great eye for capturing beautiful images. During our engagement session he worked very hard to make us feel comfortable in front of the camera, and this was very helpful on the big day because we trusted we were going to have great images and we were already familiar with how he works. I also appreciated that Bogdan doesn't set a time limit on your event - he was much more concerned with capturing all of the moments rather than the time it took to accomplish that. With all of the other details involved in the planning process it was such a relief to not have to worry about how the photos would turn out. On the day of the wedding the weather was less than ideal, but with Bogdan's experience and knowledge of how to manipulate the light, you can hardly tell. We highly recommend Bogdan! read more
