She and her office staff were always respectful and attentive, and I never had any billing issues. The maintenance medication I take isn't much of a guessing game, and she kept me on it - didn't try anything crazy like pushing new meds for kickbacks (which I have seen happen unfortunately). I felt that our sessions were always productive and she paid attention when I had concerns.
