The experience we had with Boffo Video was exceptional from beginning to end! To start- Stella, who was our main point of contact, was very responsive, professional and fun in all of our emails and even in our meetings. On our wedding day we met the full team we were going to be working with- Paul, Zean and Gino. I will be forever grateful for the level of peace they brought to my life that day. They came in professional, respectful and got down to business! They definitely captured special moments we wouldn't have seen otherwise. Not only did they capture the most special moments, they did it in their own awesome style and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. It was so important to us to find a videographer(s) that understood our style. The entire team had such an fantastic energy about them and it shined through in the quality of teaser and highlight video. We're waiting for the full feature but there is no doubt in my mind it will be better than we can imagine! It really doesn't get any better than this team and anyone that chooses Boffo Video for their special event will be so thankful they did! read more

Boffo Video - Boffo video team along with our photographers! Doesn't get any better than them! - Videographers Near Me - Irvine, California

At the beginning Paul (Boffo Video) was great. These guys definitely know how to make a video and are very creative. No negative comments about their videography skills. However, when it comes to the business side, I suggest taking a class on communications (customer service). My wife and I were married in November 2011 and we were promised a 30-45 minute cinematic movie (wedding video) by mid February 2012. After several emails and excuses, we found out on May 5th that Boffo Video lost a portion of the raw footage; they did contact the hard drive manufacturer to try to recover the lost footage, but the manufacturer was not successful. Even though they lost a portion of the raw footage, Paul still promised me a wedding video. After a few more weeks, nothing that I know of was produced and my wife and I were just tired of it. After several more calls and FB messages, I finally got a hold of Paul and on June 28th I basically negotiated 60% of my prepaid money back. I've heard several wedding vendor "horror stories" and I really did not expect that with Boffo Video and I actually considered them great guys. I lost my respect and confidence with this company, not because they lost a portion of my wedding raw footage or because they never produced a 30-45 minute cinematic movie, but because of the dishonesty and lack of communication with Paul; he specifically told me he was too scared to tell me that he lost a portion of the raw footage. At that moment, I told him its better to tell the truth than to cover up with lies. There were times where I could not get a hold of them; I would send a FB message or call and not hear anything so I was forced to leave a FB posting and then finally got a response. If they were honest at the beginning, provided updates and just communicated with me, I would have more respect and confidence with Boffo Video. The highlight video I received turned out great; so I do think they are great videographers, but not so great on the business side. Paid for a 30 -45 minute cinematic movie (three DVD copies), a 3-5 minute highlights video, raw footage DVD, and eight hours of coverage (includes: high definition, two filmmakers and two cameras). Received: 60% refund, a 3-5 minute highlights video, a portion of my raw footage on DVD, and eight hours of coverage (high definition, two filmmakers and two cameras). read more

I AM AT A TOTAL LOSS FOR WORDS. (Which usually does NOT happen) BOFFO VIDEO is family, and family always has your back. From the moment I interviewed them, I didn't need to interview anyone else after, they were it, and boy am I happy I stuck with my gut. Stella and Paul were so friendly, real and knew exactly what I wanted before I even did. They showed up on time, worked so well with my photography crew (who they also loved) They traveled to another location for my first look, then came back to my venue for my ceremony and reception. It was Paul and 3 other guys for lighting and a backup camera. My wedding day was one of the best days of my life, and 3 weeks later when Stella emailed me my Vimeo 5 minute preview video, it was the most exciting email I had ever gotten! I can RE-LIVE my wedding day over and over and over again. I get chills every single time. I am crying at the thought of what that video does to me. Everyone on my Facebook couldn't believe it was an actual real video of my wedding. They literally told me they thought it was a "Hollywood production!" There were a few changes I requested with Stella, that she gladly fixed with no problem. They then sent me my DVD of the full ceremony and the important parts of the reception. I requested a few changes AGAIN. Stella fixed it with no problem AGAIN, and sent out all 3 of my DVD's ALL WITHIN 2.5 MONTHS OF MY WEDDING DAY! I watched the video last night, to make sure it was all edited perfectly (which it was) and OF COURSE I CRY EVERYTIME! This company is family owned, family professional, and EVERYTHING IS DONE WITH LOTS OF LOVE! Their work, personality and reviews ALL SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. If you don't go with BOFFO VIDEO and DON'T WANT TO RE-LIVE THE MOST SPECIAL DAY OF YOUR LIFE OVER AND OVER AGAIN... You. Are. An. Idiot. read more

I can't say enough great things about Boffo. Our wedding video was absolutely amazing, they were great to do business with, the videographers at the wedding were extremely friendly and they kindly sent us all of our raw footage in an extremely friendly and timely manner. Our wedding photographer let us down horribly and stopped calling us back after our wedding so that made us appreciate Boffo all the more!! We recommend Boffo 100% to everyone who wants to capture the magic and atmosphere of their wedding in a great video. Thanks again Boffo, you guys are awesome. read more

Boffo Video - We are FOREVER GRATEFUL to you guys!!! Thank you BOFFO VIDEO! - Videographers Near Me - Irvine, California

To be honest, I did not care for a wedding video. I never liked watching myself or hearing my voice on playback. My friends kept asking if I was going to get a videographer and my answer would always be an unwavering no. Until one day, I started watching other couples wedding videos as well as my friend's and I didn't want to have any regrets, so I started my journey in finding the perfect videographer. Long story short, I'm so so so glad I found Boffo and decided to record our special day! It's honestly one of the most cherished memory we have of our wedding. Our wedding day ended in a blink of an eye and I'm so happy that we had it all captured and the only real way to relive that day is through video. I thought photos was the most important thing to have to capture the day, but now I realize video is even better because it captures the emotions. My husband and I are so blown away by Boffo's team's talent, friendliness, and professionalism. We initially interfaced with Stella for our wedding video inquires. She was very welcoming and friendly in person, through phone and by email. Right of the bat, I knew it would be easy to work with her. It wasn't until closer to the wedding day that we had met one of our videographers, Zean. He turned out to be just like Stella! They're both very personable, fun, friendly and hilarious! We would lose track of time in our meetings and end up talking for over an hour. It's just like hanging out with our close friends! Come our wedding day, we met our second videographer, Patrick. Again, he had a easy going, friendly personality. Zean and Patrick were such troopers for sticking to our 15 hours boot camp inspired timeline! They were both so easy to work with, so easy going that they worked really well with all of our other vendors. We were so excited to see our wedding video after having such a fun day with them. To our surprise, they had finished our video soon after the wedding! They asked if we wanted to change anything, but it was already all too perfect. We ended up spending the night watching our lovely wedding day on replay as husband and wife :) We are so thankful for Boffo Video! read more

Boffo Video - Patrick and Zean on our wedding day! - Videographers Near Me - Irvine, California

Wow wow wow! The team at Boffo video definitely exceeds expectations. My Husband and I really wanted a videographer for our wedding. When it's your big day you tend to miss out on a lot of things because you're practically being pulled in every direction. But time was passing on and we still hadn't decided on a videographer for our upcoming day. My Husband had seen all the excellent reviews on yelp and wedding wire and really had his heart set with Boffo. No joke, we were down to pretty much the week before our wedding and still had not booked anything. Boffo was so amazing in taking us in last minute! And we were so fortunate they still had an opening. The team was so sweet and amazing and really wanted to get a feel of the type of wedding we were going for. They were attentive and definitely listened to what we wanted. I mean, we had one week til our wedding so we didn't have a long time to prep them. But that goes to show their professionalism of listening and communicating. Day of the wedding the crew was great! I didn't even notice them capturing all the great moments of our wedding. Paul and William made a good team. They made themselves part of the wedding which was great. You get nervous leaving your special day in the hands of someone to capture. And I've been traumatized watching all those cheesy wedding videos. But when we received our highlights video I absolutely adored it! I choked up reliving our special day... and it was only a 5 minute highlight video! Which by the way I loved because lets be honest no one really wants to see the entire wedding video except maybe the family... maybe. I've been sharing my highlight with everyone! It's better than anything I could have imagined. Thank you thank you thank you to the entire team at Boffo! You made us look good, maybe even better than how we usually look. I am beyond thrilled we found you and Melvin and I proudly recommend you to people looking into a videographer. read more

It has been such a pleasure getting to know the Boffo family (and when you meet the team, and you spend a little time with them, you'll truly get the sense of a close-knit family!) They shot our wedding but also prepared a slide show for us and a short trailer. Even though we haven't received the dvd yet, if the slide show and trailer are any indication of the final product, it is a solid 5 stars from us!!! We felt so comfortable and welcome around Boffo from the first meeting at their office in Fullerton to the actual wedding day and follow up afterwards. At the initial meeting, we watched some of the other videos/weddings they shot and I found myself in tears from how beautifully they captured the best day of these couples' lives. It was a sneak peek into the treat that was coming our way! Paul and Bea have a great sense of humor, are super creative, and have a good sense of their couples' unique styles. Boffo just isn't your run of the mill wedding videographer - they have a secret weapon in Tyler and his digital art/special effects ninja skills. My husband and I are unfortunately really camera shy which made brainstorming our thank you snippet awkward. We ran a bunch of ideas and came up with a cute "flower graffiti" idea. To be honest, I was skeptical and wasn't sure how it was going to turn out but when we saw the slideshow and the special effects, we were blown away. Tyler simulated us spray painting blossoming flowers on a grass wall. It's hard to explain but it was definitely a pleasure and joy to experience and share with our wedding guests! I absolutely, positively can not wait for the final product/dvd. It will be nothing short of stellar. read more

Before I provide the review, to all the newly engaged couples contemplating on whether or not to choose videography for their big day, just do it, you won't regret it. Yes, you have pictures and that's great, but video makes you re-live the moments over and over again. :) My husband was against us getting a videographer, we spent a quite a chunk of our budget on a great photographer, and he thought videography was not necessary. I told him to just meet the vendors and check out the products, and if he was still not certain, we can omit the choice. Our first vendor was BoffoVideo. We met Paul and Stella at their studio and the setting was very comfortable. We felt as if we were visiting friends, instead of vetting vendors for our wedding. We watched a lot of clips and actual weddings and brainstormed different ideas i had in mind. After we left that first meeting, we met a few more vendors (higher in cost), and no other vendor came close to how comfortable Paul and Stella made us feel. Other vendors made us feel like business, vs Paul and Stella treated us like friends. It was a no brainer for my husband to say yes. Paul and Stella worker with us on every step of the way. They worked with our budget, helped us pick our songs and even edited our highlight a few times till it was just the way i liked it. Boffo Video goes above and beyond than any other vendor I have ever worked with, you won't regret choosing them. read more

It's difficult to write reviews for a vendor that did everything so perfectly. From the moment we met Paul and Stella in their Fullerton offices, we loved the Boffo team. Kind, welcoming, easy to work with, and super professional, all qualities you look for in your wedding vendors. With Boffo, here are the things you don't have to worry about: You don't have to worry that they'll be on time, because they're early. You don't have to worry about overpowering artist egos, because they are flexible and will work with you, and any other vendors you have. You don't have to worry about capturing all your most important wedding moments, because they get your schedule ahead of time. You don't have to worry about ANYTHING, BOFFO is amazing. Paul, Tyler, and Cevana shot our wedding, and they were great. Each of them went above and beyond the call of duty, Paul even helped the groom calm his nerves a bit while waiting for the first look. They captured every shot, every moment, and even threw in a few surprises for us that we didn't see until the end of the night. They were great. They even surprised us with a little "gift" while we were still on our honeymoon! Nothing more can be said. BOFFO was perfect. If you're in the OC/LA/SD area, and you don't hire BOFFO you're doing yourself a disservice. read more

You can't go wrong with Boffo Video!!! Initially, we didn't think we wanted to have a videographer for our wedding because of the costs (and I hate seeing myself on video), but we are so so SO happy that we did. We recently received the Highlights video, which was perfect! They captured the most important moments beautifully and creatively. You can choose your own music, which we felt made our video even more special since the songs we chose have special meaning to us. We couldn't have been happier with the end result and cannot wait for the full length video. The entire Boffo team are the utmost professionals from start to finish. Stella handled all of the business aspects, organization, and communication (she is super friendly and very on top of everything). The videographers for our wedding, Maria and Tyler, made sure they captured all of the special moments without being intrusive or in the way of the photographer (you barely noticed they were there!). Last, but not least, Boffo's prices really cannot be beat especially considering the quality of their product. We researched a LOT of videographers (especially since we didn't initially think we wanted to have a wedding video, but then were convinced by family members to have it, so we knew we didn't want to spend a fortune) and Boffo was one of the most (if not THE most) reasonably priced. Again, we are so happy that we ended up having a videographer for our wedding. We truly believe this is a video we will be watching years to come with our kids and grandkids! read more

Boffo Video is not just another video company - Stella, Paul and their team have hundreds and hundreds of weddings under their belt - from all over the world! They offer expertise, customization and produce videos that will bring up all the emotions from that special day. They intimately capture your moments in their own way and once you view the final product, you are moved by how they are able to tell your story so well. As a wedding + event professional (planner), it is important to me to have quality, experienced, talented vendors like the Boffo team to refer my clients too. When I initially set up the appointment with Stella over the phone, I couldn't have been happier with the great customer service she provided and genuine tone of interest. After our in-person in counter and review of their previous work my fiance and I knew we had to book them so we did! :) As the date approached they followed-up on the details of the wedding and even provided us with suggestions/reminders on what to avoid and what to do. For example (to do), ask the officiant to step aside for the first kiss. Another example (not to do), for Bride's hair, to be mindful of hair not covering the side of the face, especially the angle facing the crowd. Great suggestions/reminders, right? On May 21, 2016 my now husband and I were blessed with having this incredible team film our special day. They arrived on time to our hotel where I was getting ready. All of their staff was friendly and welcoming I specifically appreciated one of the staff members who spoke Spanish to facilitate communication wth my mother & mother-in-law who don't speak English. During the portrait session, I liked how all videographers made suggestions to our photographer and worked well with her (as you may have heard, at times, videographers and photographers clash heads) not Boffo Video. They were awesome and represented themselves well! They definitely went above and beyond on this day. Post the wedding day, Paul and Stella continue to be attentive and exceed all of our expectations. We couldn't be happier with our short video. Here is the link vimeo.com/168272192 - to our amorous wedding clip. In addition, they keep us updated on the progress of our full wedding video. We enjoy and will continue to enjoy watching our wedding video and sharing it with others for this whole life time. With deep appreciation, Louis & Cynthia Ramos read more

Working with Stella at Boffo not only helped us have the most wonderful wedding experience, but the memories will be forever preserved in the awesome work of art that they produced as our wedding video. We had the pleasure of working with Zean, Chris, and Sergio on the day of our wedding, and let me tell you, they were one good looking bunch. All flattery aside they were an amazing team. Having previously shot at our venue, they knew more about the finer details than we did. We developed a great relationship with them right away as we both have fun personalities, and they used that to come up with some fun, creative, and unique personal shots for us. We really can't imagine having a better experience for our wedding, and the results speak for themselves. Boffo is absolutely worth every penny spent, and we highly recommend them to anyone that wants a pleasant, stress-free experience. You know how you meet a couple at a friend's party and you think 'Wow, what great people, they seem like they'd be so fun to hang out with"? That's exactly what I thought at my first meeting with Stella and Paul! Their professionalism came across very well while informing me of their services, prices, and showcasing some of their final products. However, it was their personable demeanors that ultimately made me decide to go with them for our videography services. While my husband wasn't with me at that initial meeting, I knew that if he were, he would be playing along into their humor and great conversation. Once I booked Boffo Video I was pleasantly surprised to see their professionalism and affability continue to the end. The day of our wedding went so smoothly because a) Paul and his team were ninjas and out of sight the whole night (but they captured everything!), b) The guys got along with our bridal party really well. Fun fact: I made a bet with one of the guys (Zean?) who said my husband would be a crier at the ceremony. I won, but felt bad so I ultimately did not take his $20 Once we got our wedding video we were able to modify it to our liking and never once did they seem like this was problematic or an inconvenience. I loved working with Boffo Video and would wholeheartedly recommend them. read more

I'm so happy with our videos!!! Stella was so sweet when we met and she patiently discussed all my options with me. She always responded very promptly to all my e-mails and was very organized. I'm very thankful that she kept track of everything. Paul and Tyler were our videographers on our wedding day! They were awesome! Most of the time I didn't even notice they were there, yet they captured all of the most special moments during our wedding. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing videography for their wedding! read more

I really enjoyed working with Boffo Video. For my wedding, I wanted a videographer but I really didn't have any money left for one. I emailed Stella at Boffo, just to ask about their services and prices. I am so glad that I did! Stella gave me a call and was so friendly, cooperative, and flexible. She worked me with so that I could have the best of both worlds--a videographer and staying as close to my budget as possible. We came up with a package that suited us and Stella gave us the option to upgrade later if we wanted to (and we did!). I love that she had our best interests at heart. Then on the wedding day, Paul and his assistant Zean were friendly and professional. They were there when they needed to be, but also blended in well. They worked well with my photography team and captured all the great moments. Paul put together our highlights video, and I was blown away! I showed my friends and family and they were very impressed by the editing, and commented that they could not imagine any other way it could've been put together--it was perfect. As for the value, we did not expect that we could ever have been able to afford a great videographer. Boffo made it possible. I say, definitely email or give them a call just to discuss your options and you guys will be able to come up with something. Stella is great that way. Thank you Boffo!!!!! Highly, highly recommended!!! read more

This review is long overdue and I feel horrible that I procrastinated. I will keep this short and sweet. My wife and I used Boffo Video for our wedding. We interviewed many different videographers before meeting Stella and Paul. After we met with them, my wife and I immediately agreed that we had to use their service. Stella and Paul were exceptionally professional. We were truly impressed with their quality work and professionalism. Our wedding day coincided with Stella's bday, yet he still showed up and worked his butt off to make our dream come true. Paul is like Steven Spielberg of Wedding Videos. Just watch the videos they produced via website. If you're reading this review to hire your videographer, you need to call them now. Give them a shot. You will not regret it!!! read more

D'Arcy and I finally have a minuet to breath .. We want to truly thank Paul and his staff for being an amazing part of our wedding. From our initial meeting to the final video, they are 1st class all the way. Stella made sure that we had what we were looking for. They are amazing videographers - Like a Hollywood Movie.. Boffo Video, made our memories last more tan just a quick night, we have a 1/2 hour film we can watch again and again. Since my mother was unable to attend our wedding, it was super important that we had it documented.. and what an amazing job Paul and crew did, they shot some great angles, and captured the feel and texture of our fantasy event dream wedding.. we were married aboard the Queen Mary (and we owe them a review too) .. Boffo's crew knew how to maneuver around the ship, block and place use so that each and every shot was "dreamy".. The price was very reasonable, and when we saw the finished product, we were blown away - some of the best money we spent at the wedding - period - .. She was not pushy or upselling any of her packages, and was so amazing with just getting to know me as a person and see what fit best for me and my husband. I also met most of the Boffo Video crew on my first day of meeting, and they all have the most amazing and friendliest personalities, which I find really important for a wedding day. During the wedding day, I had Zean and Tyler, and they were hands down, an amazing duo! They were so helpful and sweet! My parents got in a car accident the morning of our wedding, and Zean only knew how to brighten our day and make us smile! We received our highlight video really quickly, and were so impressed on all the moments they were able to capture. I am not kidding when many people tell us that our wedding highlight video is the best they have ever seen! It was so very well done, that I love watching it over and over again. We received our longer home video, and it is beautiful!! It helped capture all the moments of the day that looking back, was practically a blur to me!! My husband and I, are very happy with the professionalism and the quality of work that Boffo Video had shown and made us. They were very helpful with the needs of their customers. It was not hard to work with them because they were very agreeable and friendly people. From the moment they met us, we found ourselves very at-ease working with them. When it comes to the overall personal look for our video, they were very intuitive with the scene choices and the artistic aesthetic that they put together. As an artist myself, I never expected that they had super-exceeded my expectations , as there are videographers out there that are more concerned with the cookie-cutter look, they were really flexible with their artistic creativity. I am sure that in any other cases, they are willing to give a great mile to whatever the customer's need to make sure their video cope with their personalities. Whether it's classical or avant-garde, they have a flare to compromise. Quality of video was really good. They work with a high definition camera and format. Their pricing was really reasonable for the service that they offer. I will recommend this video service not only to my friends, but also to my family :) here is our whimsical wedding highlight :) http://vimeo.com/83927690 read more

In searching for a videographer, we stumbled upon Boffo Video. Not only was Boffo close to our home, they were also very affordable that we couldn't believe if they were real! So we called to schedule an appointment, and they easily accommodated us to fit our schedule. Please keep in mind that my fiance and I were planning a wedding in just a few months, and things got really stressful sometimes. However, the staff at Boffo were so friendly, and they never rushed or pressured us in any way. In fact, they gave us great advice, and they even helped us look for other vendors! On the day of our wedding, Zean and Stella came out to shoot the video. They were never once intruding in our wedding, or in the way at any time! Whenever something fun or eventful was happening, they were there to capture the moment! Also they were all smiles and looked genuinely excited to be part of our wedding day. Once we got our wedding video highlights, we fell in love. We still watch our wedding video from time to time because we enjoy it so much. At first, we were not going to get a wedding videographer because we heard from our friends that they never even watched their video more than a handful of times. We thought about cutting video out to save some money if we weren't going to watch it anyways! However, we bet our friends didn't have a great video like we do from Boffo Video because we still watch it! Our video brings back smiles and the emotions of the day for us. Many of our friends have given us compliments on our video and said it looked like a movie trailer or something very well done. Moreover, the communication between Stella, at Boffo, was exceptional! She was always giving us updates on how things were going, and she always returned our emails within the day if not within the hour! Boffo Video is still one of our favorite vendors from the wedding, and they are actually the only ones we still communicate with! After getting our full video, there were a few things we wanted edited and sure enough the staff at Boffo made sure they did what we wanted to make us happy with our video. We really appreciate them for really caring about what we needed! Thank you again for making us happy and bringing our wedding day to life! Boffo, Boffo, Boffo ! I can't even begin to explain how happy we were with EVERYTHING !!!!! I got married June of last year 2012 and let me tell you that my experience with them from beginning to end was smooth and I knew we were in good hands and wouldn't have to worry about a thing. When we went in, my husband and I were introduced to one of the videographers Zean, and both Paul and Zean showed us the work they did and we were truly excited because we knew our video would be amazing ! Paul was very professional and his way of communicating back in forth with me, before and after my wedding, was on point. The day of my wedding both Zean and Hendy were so easy to work, everything went smooth. They are so cool and even when there was last minute changes between the church and the reception , they didn't fuss and just went with it. They captured every special moment in such a breathtaking way. Less then 2-3 weeks after the wedding we received the video highlights and I cried !! I was truly amazed! At that point Bea was communicating with me and she was so cool and very fast at responding with any questions or changes I wanted. Our full video was in my hands within weeks and it was just as good as our highlight video, I was so excited to share it with our family. At first my husband and I were hesitant in hiring a videographer only because we thought that pictures were most important. Let me tell you that I am so glad that we didn't go without it. Boffo is not like any ordinary videographers we have inquired about. Their work is so fun, creative, and detailed. I am so glad we decided to go with Them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone ! Best investment ever. Up until this day I can watch my highlight over and over again and when my kids and my husband hear the music, the come running to watch it with me, we all absolutely LOVE iT !!!! Thank you so much Paul, Bea, Zean, Hendy and the rest of the amazing crew who made it all happen !!! read more

Boffo Video - Our amazing videography team! - Videographers Near Me - Irvine, California

I have watched the Boffo team work quite hard at several events over the last few years and am impressed with their friendliness, teamwork and their ability to work well with small and large groups of people. I have additionally witnessed them work beyond their contract so they could complete a wedding story video. Taking a look through the extensive portfolio available on their website, the final product is quite modern and beautiful! Bravo to this company! read more

Boffo Video - My wife and I with the Boffo Video Crew! Paul, Maita, and Tyler. Two thumbs up! - Videographers Near Me - Irvine, California

There are almost no words to express how amazing Boffo Video is. I was the bride who knew exactly what she wanted for her wedding and for some reason, I didn't think I needed a videographer. About a week before our wedding, I saw a friends wedding video and cried, thinking how upset I was that I didn't have a videographer. So I took to yelp... I found them on Sunday night and emailed them, they contacted me on Monday to let me know they had Zean available and on Tuesday (4 days before my wedding!!!) I booked Boffo. The office is easy to find, it's obviously a small company being ran by people who really care. When I walked in on Tuesday, they were editing away and Paul let me sit and watch a video from another couples wedding. I was sold! I booked them right on the spot. They asked a ton of questions about our day, who we were as a couple and told us to pick about 10 songs for the highlights and wedding video. From that point on, I didn't give it a second thought, I knew that I could trust Boffo with my wedding day. On the day of our wedding, Zean arrived on time with a 2nd videographer, both dressed appropriately for the day. They got right to work but they always seemed to be "in the background." None of my guests or bridal party ever once complained that they felt like they were being followed and I loved the attention :) They blended into the background during our ceremony and were always around for the best parts of our reception. Anytime I felt something important was happening, I would look around and see Zean. Cut to about a month or so later, we received our highlights video. One of the most beautiful videos I've seen. They aren't your typical "wedding video", it's a production and an art to them. They very clearly care about their work and it shows in the video. Just last weekend, we received our full video. Just when I thought things couldn't get better, they did. Such an amazing piece of work that brought tears to my eyes (and several family members) Their work isn't the kind of video that bores people to death when they watch it, my family loved it. More importantly, my husband and I love it. I'm so glad that I made the decision to book Boffo at the last minute. They were worth every penny spent, but for what it's worth, their prices are much better than companies putting together videos that look like they were made in 1983. I would recommend Boffo Video, Paul and Zean to anyone getting married, in fact, the next time a friend gets engaged they will be the first vendor I recommend. Thank you Boffo Video for capturing our wedding day the exact way we remembered it and also including little details that we missed! Our highlights video: http://vimeo.com/47337646 read more

Boffo Video was hired by the bride and groom, but as the wedding planner, I was asked to check out their work. I think their videos are very cute and sweet (like them!) and I liked that each video really showcased the personality and style of the couple. I coordinated with them before the wedding and on the day of to make sure everyone was on the same page. Both Paul and Stella were very professional and easy to work with. They were very unobtrusive in their filming and were always ready for the next shot. You can tell they've done a lot of weddings because they planned ahead, work together really well, and also let me know what they were going to do or need. I haven't seen the finished product yet, but look forward to seeing how the video comes together, and of course, to work with them again in the future! Thanks so much! read more

Boffo- simply incredible team. Being a wedding planner, i think the most important vendor a couple should consider is getting a videographer. Not just a regular videography company but the BEST! I could never be happier with our highlights and our full wedding video. I cry everytime i've watched it. Even friends of our friends cry just by watching it. They were all professional and we feel comfortable working with the team. They have brought out the best emotions we have ever felt during the day. We will always treasure the captured moments and we will always look back and think about making one of the best decision we have made in our lives. Good thing they got all the details and moments that we can play as long as we live thank you BOFFO for everything! read more

It's been a year since my wedding and I really should've written this sooner. Paul, Stella, and the whole Boffo team did an amazing job on my wedding video. They were very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Paul did our love story video and he was very fun to work with. My husband and I decided not to take engagement photos but we wanted to have some pictures to showcase in our wedding. Paul helped us out and took some photos for us during our video session. I was a little bumped out when Paul couldn't do our wedding due to a conflict, but Zean and Tyler turned out to be amazing too! We got our highlight video pretty fast and I love every minute of it. When I got the first draft of the long video, there were some changes I wanted to make (parts not due to Boffo's fault, but because I had a tea ceremony in Chinese and I wanted to cut out some conversation). Stella really listened to every little concerns I had and helped me fix the video until I was completely satisfied with it. Frankly, they had already received their full payment and could've easily drop the ball like alot of my other vendors did after they got hired/paid. But Boffo didn't. They were very patient with me and that's why they are so good and professional at what they do. Oh if you go do a consultation at their cute little office, ask them to show you their own wedding video - it made me cry! read more

A M A Z I N G!!! We absolutely loved our experience with Boffo Video. Working with Stella and Paul was one of the best decisions we made. Our wedding planner found them for us and we are so grateful for them! We actually did not meet with them prior to the wedding because of busy schedules on our part but Stella was amazing at communication via email with me. I visited their website and loved everything I saw, I had no doubt they would be great. Paul and his assistant were rockstars the day of the wedding. They were sooo good we didn't even notice they were there. Paul captured every breath taking moment of our special day. We love love love our highlights video! We feel like we're reliving our wedding day and everyone we show it to gushes about how good it is. If you are on the fence about hiring a videographer DON'T! Hire Boffo, I promise it will be make your wedding that much better. They worked with our budget and we could not be happier with them. Thank you Stella and Paul for everything! read more

We didn't think we could have a wedding videographer due to our budget, but Boffo made it happen for us! Not only were they reasonably priced, they were a joy to work with and had excellent customer service. When we met Stella, Paul, Zean and Tyler, we knew that we would be in good hands. You could tell that they loved what they did and that they loved each other. :) They were such a fun, cute and bubbly bunch. Stella did a great job addressing all our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. On the wedding day, Paul, Zean and Tyler were very professional. They were early and spent time reviewing the venue and notes I had provided them. They were able to capture all the key moments and did so with ninja-like skills. They made it a point to not interfere with any of the wedding festivities, and sometimes I didn't even notice they were there. The best thing was that we received our highlight video 5 days after our wedding! After so many months of planning, the day just went by so fast. It felt like a blur. We were so happy to be able to relive our wedding so quickly after, and the video was beyond our expectations. We were surprised how well put together it was in such a short period of time. It was a 3-4 minute cinematic video that captured all the key moments of the day. It was just short/long enough to be able to share with our friends and family. The team continued to be very patient and accommodating after the wedding as we went through a few rounds of edits on the full length video. We are very happy with Boffo and definitely recommend them! read more

Boffo Video was one of my most favorite, helpful, sweetest, understanding vendors. Throughout this whole process Paul was extremely attentive, understanding, helpful, and amazing in his talents. He not only did our wedding but edited our slideshow video we wanted to play at the wedding. It's a video I'll cherish forever and he did an incredible job of it! Him and his team on the day of were so calm, peaceful, respectful of the photographers and staying out of their way and caught EVERYTHING! We had so many details and special touches at the wedding, and Boffo made sure to cover it all. Paul is genuine, funny, a true friend, and working with him was a blessing, truly. Received our wedding highlights video and it covered everything I wanted it to, and in beautiful ways. Thank you so much Boffo for catching all these amazing moments and highlighting them in ways I couldn't imagine. Love you guys. read more

This team was DEFINITELY my favorite wedding vendor! I say this not just because my husband and I absolutely LOVED our wedding highlights video, but because they were so incredibly sweet and fun to work with! From the initial skype meeting I had with Stella I knew that we had made the right decision. Then at the "final" meeting where we got to meet our lead videographer Zean, we knew we had the perfect team on our wedding day! Stella is super professional and prompt with her responses.. even when I asked her the silliest questions :) Zean (and team) is super amazing and made us feel so comfortable and the entire day just flew by! I am honestly sad that I will never get to work directly with them again.. but am excited to recommend them to family and friend! Boffo, thank you so much for being there for us on our special day! You guys are truly the best! read more

To be completely honest, my husband and I didn't budget for a videographer from the start so anyone that we researched to film our wedding felt way out of budget. But after watching all the videos that Boffo had made, we felt we had to reach out to them, and we are SO glad that we did! From the beginning, Stella was amazing with her quick responses. We looked at countless videos from other companies but none of them compared to what we found in Boffo. They did such an amazing job on our Same Day Edit. Our friends and family said it was so beautiful and some of our guests who couldn't attend the ceremony even said it made them tear up. :*) The way it was put together stirs up so much emotion, it truly feels like they captured really special moments. Stella and Paul are such a wonderful couple!! We met Paul when he, Zean and Jovanah filmed our engagement shoot. They were such a fun team to work with, super easy to talk to, had great vision and tried so hard to get beautiful shots with us and my fussy dog but they did it! We missed Zean and Jovanah at our wedding but we were ecstatic to have Paul as our lead. :D He was so enthusiastic! It helped me relax throughout the day to know he and his team felt sure they had great footage. Paul, Chris, Christian, and Jeremy were all AWESOME on our wedding day. My husband said Jeremy looked like he was in "the zone" all day and after seeing his amazing job on our same day edit, we totally understand why. They're all such hard-working people, it's obvious that they love their job which also shows in their work. These talented group of people were more than just our videographers for the day. They're all so personable, professional and overall great people to be with (we miss them already!). At our final consultation with Paul and Stella, hearing them get so excited about the details of our wedding reminded us through the stress of wedding planning that we should relax, it's actually going to be fun! When researching whether we should hire a videographer, we heard people say they haven't watched (or didn't think they would watch) their wedding video after their wedding which made us hesitant to continue considering a videographer. Now post-wedding, reflecting with the blur of everything that happened on our wedding day, my husband and I are SOOO thankful and happy that Boffo were there to capture these moments for us to cherish forever. We're so happy to have met them. We truly can't thank them enough for everything they've done for us and we're so excited to see our final video :) Thanks Boffo!!! read more

Boffo Video - Thanks Boffo!!! :D - Videographers Near Me - Irvine, California

From the moment we stepped through their doors to meet for the first time, my fiancee (at the time) and I felt comfortable. It wasn't long until we all started laughing and tensions (if any) were non-existent. These are simple acts that we look for during our interview process with all our vendors. Simple, yet, some vendors fail to realize the value of making their client(s) feel at ease and not so uptight on the business side. Boffo was able to get on a personal level with us without being intrusive. They showed us their work with previous videos and we both were drawn to their creativity, style, and direction. It's not your standard wedding video of the 90's anymore and these guys aren't afraid to try new things. They're young, professional, and energetic; a great combination that helps to capture everything and even more. The pricing is great as well. In retrospect, I wish we would have found these guys earlier than we did so we could have taken advantage of the other packages to have more time to shoot additional footage prior to our wedding. Now that my wife and I are married, we're trying to figure out ways and future events to hire these guys again. We loved working them. It was fantastic, to say the very least. read more
