Wow, nothing like first class treatment at a body shop! After being involved in a rear end accident, I went through the process of contacting the insurance company of the individual that caused the accident. They recommended another body shop that would have taken an additional 3 days from the day of the accident. I thought, do I have to go to the recommended body shop, or can I go to just any body shop? After talking with my niece, she was recommended Body Tech by her insurance agent, and she explained that she had a wonderful experience. So I decided to give them a call. Renae answered the phone and said they didn't have anything open until 3 days later. So to my dismay, I explained my situation and before I knew it, she said to come in and they would squeeze me in! I met her, and she is very nice and very helpful! I thanked her, as I was still pretty shook up from the accident. At that time I met Tom Koch, a very professional, and kind man. He explained very thoroughly what was going to be done with the car, with the estimate, getting a rental and when it would be done. He really eased my mind about this whole process. I met Roger, another very nice and professional man, that was available when I had forgotten something in the trunk of my car, he was available, during his lunch break, to allow me to go to the shop and pick it up. Tom also made himself available, during his lunch break, to accommodate me. The Body Tech team that I met, went above and beyond for me, and I really appreciate that so much. If ten were the max, I'd go with 15! I've rarely had such an absolutely pleasant experience as having my VW Golf repaired by BodyTech in Ventura. Cause for apprehension was plentiful due to circumstances surrounding my need to be there and have the car returned to its "Factory" condition, but I actually never felt anything but confident that I would experience what I was expecting -- and I certainly did receive much more than was expected. In 1993, I purchased a new Mercedes 190 2.6 Sportline. Until recently, my automobile had never required any bodywork. While parked, my Mercedes was struck by another vehicle, damaging the driver's front fender, hood and headlight/wiper assembly. My insurance agent introduced me to Tom Koch and Bodytech. I am very pleased with the result! Tom's appraisal of my automobile was extremely accurate and certainly competitive with other appraisals I had previously received. Had the best experience ever for having to turn my car over and leave it to have it repaired . 1st. They were super nice and so very Thorough with what had to be done. Next when they should have it done by,or call if it's going to take longer. When it was time to go and pick it up I dropped off my car At the rentals and enterprise took me to pick up my car at body Tech And again they were so super nice so polite the mechanic was super nice but receptionists was awesome and when Thomas took me out to my car he showed me everything that they did step-by-step and they had washed my car completely and it looked like brand new! In the past month I've had two vehicles that were in car accidents. My 2016 Silverardo work truck and my wife 2016 ford explorer. Body Tech really impressed me. Not once but twice! I got right in for the estimate, the work was completed in the time frames promised and their customer service is why I didn't even bother getting a second bid on the 2nd vehicle. Mike Pizano and the staff at Bodytech provided top notch service when I brought in my 2017 Honda Civic after it had been T-boned in a parking lot. This was one of the body shops my insurance company recommended. I got estimates at several other places before going to Bodytech, but after talking with Mike and seeing the professionalism, courtesy, and prompt service, I knew this was the place. He even talked to my insurance provider about how the damage was greater than they appraised, and then took the time to show and explain to me the extent of the damage. Congratulations to your 30th anniversary! here's why body tech gets five stars. The car's right front end and 3/4 of the side demolished it was end of the ride. I had it dropped off at body tech knowing they are a reputable garage and happy to hear it was repairable. I would recommend BodyTech Collision to everyone I know. They did a beautiful job on my car! I had damaged the front bumper and side of my car really bad. BodyTech made my car look brand new, I couldn't believe it was the same car when I picked it up. Compared to other body shops Ive been too they did a really awesome job. Bodytech did repair on my 2003 Honda Civic after a collision. I was very pleased with the completed necessary repairs! I was not disappointed in any way with the service and work performed. Body tech is the best. The team of Tom, Danielle and their staff did an excellent job of fixing our right rear fender. The rear end right was smashed and dented, Tail light cover broken. I went to Bodytech for an estimate today, expecting to be out of pocket several hundred dollars for bumper repair after an incident with my garage door frame. Instead, Tom quickly determined the damage to be superficial and had one of his crew remove the paint from the garage and polish the bumper for an almost good-as-new result!
