He is always helping me modify my lifts and giving me better and different ways to hit my favorite muscle groups in which give me progress that I NEED. Vinny's always smiling, making sure that the facility is spotless and that members have everything they need for a great workout experience. One of the standout features of The New Fit Club is Ryan Diaz, one of the best trainers in Vegas. Ryan has helped numerous people in my life improve their health and quality of life by showing them that the gym is meant for everyone, not just bodybuilders. His personalized approach and dedication to his clients' success make him an invaluable asset to the gym. I really appreciate the thoughtful touches, like the infrared sauna, nice showers, toiletries for women, hair ties, and the locker system. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a nice gym environment. There are a couple of male employees who are always kind, friendly, and welcoming. They talk to me, acknowledge me, and make the experience feel positive. However, my experience with some of the female staff has been the opposite. They often come across as rude, or unwelcoming. When I walk in, they typically do not say hello unless I say hello first. I genuinely love the gym itself and think the facility is beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Early morning or night hours usually mean less people, afternoon hours can sometimes be busy and mean you'll have to adjust your workout based on what equipment is available. They keep it dark and low lit in the gym which I enjoy so I am less focused on my aesthetics or other people and more focused on getting in my workout and feeling accomplished. Overall, it's a good option if you're looking for a boutique gym, that is never overly crowded.

I was a bit grossed out by the "cleanliness" and the idea of lying down on the floor to stretch where people walk around in their shoes (there's so much nasty stuff from walking around outside!!). I was also under the impression/told this class was for all levels of fitness, but it seemed like it really didn't matter if we (the entire group) were literally of all different ages and levels of fitness or physique. I thought there would be more individual guidance for the movements we needed to do, but we were pretty much told (after the coach quickly explained each station), to go pick a station and get started. I wasn't sure if the positions I was standing in and sitting/squatting down in were correct or not. There's no way to see my reflection or have anyone who had experience tell me. One of the movements was to squat down while having one leg forward and across diagonally, so the knee is bent and at an angle, sort of like a curtsy position. I feel that because of that movement and not being told if I'm doing it correctly or not, I messed up my knee where I felt some sudden pain behind and around my knee area a couple days later. My vein specialist/doctor did an ultrasound on it today and saw that there's fluid in my knee that wasn't ever there before, and because of that it put pressure on another vein and caused it to "pop". He said it was probably due to straining and if the knee was twisted or at an angle. He mentioned that specifically before I ever said anything about trying out new exercises! Even despite my injury, my rating would probably be the same...the music was SO loud it was hurting my ears a bit, and I really did not want to be listening to club music. There's other music to work out to besides EDM. This just unfortunately and definitely was not what I was expecting based off of the business info and reviews I read up on.

Only downside is that they have very limited hours.

During my trial run of ClassPass, I decided to check out F45 Training for one of their classes. Saw…read morea class called Medusa -- high volume, resistance based endurance and thought why not?! I also dragged my husband with me for the class so we can both work it! It was our very first time at F45 so when we got there, the instructor checked us in, had us sign waivers, and gave us a small tour of the facility. The facility is pretty small and looked like it was built just for these types of classes. She did mention that Medusa may not be the best class to attend as a first timer cause it can get quite chaotic but that didn't really bother us. The class consisted of 9 different stations and all of them had some type of weight incorporated into it. You can go as light or as heavy as you decide & with any class, you can go as hard as your body will allow you to. It actually reminded me of a HIIT workout but with weights. You do 60 seconds on and then 15-20 seconds off. I believe you do about 3-4 rounds of that. I'm not sure if there's a rep count that you're supposed to hit but I didn't really pay attention to that. The stations that we did were: Bench press Lunges Dumbbell push ups/rows/shoulder press Front loaded squats Kettlebell swings Russian twists Deadlifts Burpee box jumps Plate snatch (?) After three stations, you'll hit cardio with your partner/team. You'll be there for a total of 4 minutes so you can switch off with other people to hit that goal. The three cardio stations were rowing, cycling, and the skierg. With this type of class, you definitely have to pace yourself. You can't go all out in the first few station or you won't have enough to last you the rest of the class. I personally really loved the class. I love HIIT workouts and I love it even more when there is weight involved. I was sweating and breathing heavy throughout! My husband died a bit since he went a little bit too much on the weight to start so he was falling apart by the end of it haha. I did have a TFCC injury so I did end up modifying the front loaded squats to regular squats. If you need to modify, do it! Don't get injured or push your injury. Since we're used to working out, we knew how to modify but if you need any modification ideas, be sure to ask the instructor! The instructor was great. She checked up on us very often just to make sure we're OK esp since we were new. Since I already have a gym membership, I don't need a full membership. I'm not sure about what packages they have or how much each class costs. I forgot to ask at the end of the class but I definitely will go back when I can!

I train clients at this state of the art facility who are serious about their health and fitness goals. This gym has everything for beginners all the way up to professional athletes. It has a lot of equipment you won't see at most gyms, such as giant tires, astroturf and sleds. It's also great for people who don't like crowds. Often there may only be another trainer and their client. read more

I thought I was lucky to find a Power House Gym. I wanted to train everyday while on vacation and show my son what a real gym looks like. On top of paying guest fees for two people for 4 days, I had intentions of buying him at least $300 of merchandise as well. It literally took me 30 minutes to drive from my Air BnB to that gym. The moron at the front desk took his sweet time having a personal conversation with someone and when he finally decided to pay me and my son any attention, he simply told me to scan the QR code and then kept on with his conversation. I don't know if he was one of the owners or not, but this type of customer service is just poor. I came with the intention of spending a lot of money in that business but after dealing with that I just refuse.

My sessions at vip fitness are really motivating because they challenge me physically but they also make sure I understand how the program is moving forward with a long term progression. It's not just going in to sweat buckets. It's a program designed to get my strength, cardio, balance, coordination, body awareness, mental focus, and more all at its best. The deal was 18 months for the price of 12, with full payment required upfront. It sounded like a great offer, so I agreed and paid in full. Right after the call, I received the membership agreement by email--but it only showed 12 months, not 18 as promised. I immediately tried to call Jack, but couldn't reach him. When he responded the next day via text, he said the manager at the time, Chris Ortega, would take care of it. He explained that the extra 6 months wouldn't appear on the contract because it was a special promotion, but assured me it would be added. I trusted that explanation. About 6 months later, another employee approached me about a new promotion. I declined, assuming I still had plenty of time left on my membership. That's when I was told my contract was only for 12 months. By then, both Jack and Chris were no longer with the gym. I spoke with the current manager, who told me he could only honor what was written in the contract and couldn't do anything about what was promised by previous staff. While I understand his position, it doesn't change the fact that I paid based on a deal that was never honored. Overall, this experience felt misleading and disappointing. I recommend getting everything clearly written in your contract before making any upfront payments.

The workouts are challenging, effective, and I always leave feeling like I accomplished something. I've definitely noticed a difference in how my body feels. Another bonus is the café next door--it has great healthy food and delicious shakes, which is perfect after a workout. Everyone on the team is friendly and welcoming, and the owner is genuinely kind and cares about creating a positive environment. I'm really happy I found this community and look forward to every visit. If you're looking for a supportive place to work out, I definitely recommend checking it out.

As someone looking for a new women only fitness community after having my baby, I was hoping to find a welcoming and supportive environment. Unfortunately, my first visit was the complete opposite. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled consultation. When I walked in, not a single person welcomed or greeted me. I stood at the front for a few minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me, and when no one did, I sat down on the couch. At 10:00 a.m., I spoke with the Pilates instructor as she was telling her student sitting on the couch to head into class. I told her I was there for a consultation, and she simply replied, "she'll be with you." Directing it to the lady in the back room with another client. The Pilates instructor never asked what kind of consultation I was there for, whether I was a new client, or if I needed to complete any paperwork. I continued waiting for nearly 15 minutes without anyone checking on me. During that time, I watched another employee walk by carrying a clipboard and head to the back without greeting me or asking if I needed help. I wasn't expecting anything extravagant, just a simple "Welcome! We'll be with you shortly." Instead, I felt completely invisible. I was only acknowledged after I stood up at 10:15am and started looking through the flyers at the front desk to get the nutritionist attention in the backroom. I left feeling discriminated against. I know I still have a few pounds to lose after having my baby, and I couldn't help but feel like I wasn't treated with the same warmth or respect as others. Whether that was intentional or not, that was how the experience made me feel, and it was incredibly discouraging. To make matters worse, when I finally spoke with the nutritionist at 10:15am , the only thing she said was, "You missed your class. You can reschedule." There was no effort to ask why I hadn't gone into class or whether anyone had checked me in. As a first-time client, I wasn't comfortable walking into a class without first being checked in or told where to go. Again I have never been to this establishment and I was hoping to get a tour of the place. A women gym should be a place where women of all fitness levels feel welcomed, encouraged, and supported. Sadly, that wasn't my experience here. I'll be taking my business elsewhere to a women gym with a more welcoming and inclusive community where every women regardless of where they are on their fitness journey, is acknowledged and treated with kindness. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, mine couldn't have been more disappointing. They only responded with there's was some confusion with your appointment . How can there be a confusion when you send several messages reminding me of my appointment time. Also doesn't the coach know she had a first time client appointment in her calendar. So disappointing.
