It took me nearly 3 weeks to get my first appointment with them. A year later I had to get something else checked out and they were booked for 2 weeks. I get its not their fault but it would be nice to have more appointments available. All 3 - ish ( I lost track) times that I been they have been fully staffed at the front desk, I been greated and welcomed in. The front staff has answered all my questions and were professional in handling my paperwork. The techs that had help me were very caring and showed empathy towards me. The facility inside was clean and organized. Whenever I go in they are always patient with me when I ask a ton of questions. These last few months have been a new experience for me. Friendly and knowledgeable people working here made my visits easier. First time I came here it was hard to find the front door haha. Pull into the parking lot and you will see the big double doors with sings to all the offices they have there. Dont go by the numbers on the smaller doors on the side of the building haha. I usually always get morning appointments so I get there when it is not crowded. The parking lot can get a little busy but there is parking there trust me.

Also, I'm sure it's pertinent informative but it only took like 10 minutes. - Appointment was a breeze. The girl at the front desk was friendly. Amy, the technician, simply wonderful & so kind. I was terrified, had never seen a doctor, and did not know what to expect. I was an anxious, confused mess. That all I changed when I arrived at my appointment. Makeba has this calming aura around her and she genuinely cares about people, there's no question. The moment she placed the probe on my belly and my baby appeared on that giant screen, I fell in love. I kept asking stupid questions "Are they okay? Are they happy?" while choking back tears and she patiently reassured me of my fluid levels, taking measurements, etc. She didn't need to go above and beyond, but she did because of her caring nature. I went for my second visit at 26w with my SO. We legit drove all the way from Waxahachie, passing MANY ultrasound clinics we could have went to just to go to this one. The machines are far better than other places, and for the lowest price you can find. Seriously, these machines are like the Teslas of ultrasounds. Makeba was incredibly kind and wonderful, that's no surprise. She is seriously talented with that probe. She showed me baby's feet and said "oh look she's kicking!" and I immediately felt kicks. Later that day, I got a notification to my phone and there was a 26 photo album of 4d photos, along with a video of my baby smiling and opening her mouth/eyes. I paid for 4 photos in b&w, you did not need to do all that Makeba you are too kind! I watch that video every single day and smile. My father had heart surgery the day before, and he said that sweet video almost had them wheeling him back in the operating room! lol I'd vote for Makeba for president, just saying.

Bad experience from check in to exam/mammogram. I can only…read morecompare to the previous mammograms with Solis Mammogram Place. First, I waited over an hour. They called 3 or 4 people ahead of me, that arrived after me. Finally, I went up to the desk and asked them was my appointment wrong? That I had waited over an hour, and then they rushed me to the back. I went straight to the room where they do the mammogram X-rays and was told to take my shirt and bra off there!! Not a dressing room (very very weird.) then the technician comes in and says which breast and I said both and she said, are you sure you want both of them? I'm like,well, that was what my doctor ordered. She seemed really short at first maybe because she was stressed out because she was so busy. But then, she got a little friendlier. The wildest thing is I had to put my shirt and bra in my purse and go into a closet with a locker and a bench and wait in there. My husband told me he did not work 30 years to get excellent insurance to for me to go to a John Peter Smith- like facility. In all honesty, I would never recommend this place. And I never want to go back. Maybe it is only in comparison to what I have experienced before. Maybe some people never know the difference. Our insurance had changed in January and my new doctor recommended this place. So now she knows - not again, thank you.

Everyone had that just got out of bed look. A man wearing a hoodie with only his face showing, directed me to follow him. The man's eyes gave me the impression that he was sick. I became very nervous. The man leads me down the hall, then out the back door. What the fuck! We walked to the unsecured parking lot to a shipping container where the MRI machine was. I had to partially undress in this unsecured container. This man put me in this 1980's MRI machine with no instruction on what he was about to do. The machine was so noisy that you had to wear earmuffs. It was totally scary. I powered through and finished, because I couldn't reschedule. I ask for a business card. The office did not have any. I will never go to that MRI office again. This place was ghetto and needs a new standard. I give this place a thumbs down.

I went to Mansfield where the tech ultrasounded and kept asking Does this hurt? I never saw or spoke to the radiologist on duty. I just got a message from the cloaks lady. Radiologist said you're fine, come back in 12 months. And a letter saying the same thing. Ten months later I found the lump, had a mastectomy and chemo and require radiation. My Oncologist in Fort Worth said - I've seen the ultrasound, you should have been biopsied IMMEDIATELY. Why did they send you home? At the very least they should have had you back in a month. God intervened to save me!
