They have a variety of classes every day of the week and even offer classes for moms and kids! Daytime, evening, and weekend classes gives us so many options that fit our schedules! My favorites are Vinyasa with Sarah, the owner (who is amazing!), Hatha with Robin, Gentle with Violette, and of course Happy Hour Flow with Michelle or Tori!! All of the other teachers are exceptional, too! The space is totally devoted to yoga and features a large main studio and a smaller intimate studio for private and smaller classes. They have several sizes and thicknesses of bolsters as well as blocks, straps, blankets, and sandbags so that you can fully explore the use of props in your practice without having to lug along all your own gear. The studio is clean and aesthetically very zen! The VERY best thing about Red Sun is the spirit of hospitality and community they provide for all who practice there! Nikki has those skills in abundance. During the exercise portion and at various points when meditation is cultivated, I found her words to be heaven sent: extremely helpful in achieving a desired state of mind. Nikkk also seems genuinely happy when she greets students. This facilitates the experience in the nicest way. I think she is living the dream, and am so happy to share the joy of yoga with her as an aspirational example

The instructors I've met are knowledgable and attentive to students' various levels for modifications. After three yoga classes at Sacred Moments, I have found my second home. Knee injuries, healing and physical therapy interrupted my usual physical activity for about 3 years. There is a no phone policy in the yoga room, so it's the perfect hour to disconnect and recharge and get in a good yoga session. There are assigned spots when you book, but if it's not a full class, they can often be flexible and move your spot around to be near a friend. I love it here!

For me, it wasn't the best studio only because of the infrared lights and heater right above my head. I wish I had known this prior to going to the studio because my skin is very sensitive and I left the studio twice with burns on my skin. This is clearly just my experience, as there were a lot of students there who practice regularly that have no problem with the blazing heater and infrared lights. Typically I go to hot yoga but the studio just turns on several heaters so this was new for me. I'm making this review so that people know there will be heating bulbs above your head because it doesn't say that on the website. This is not me complaining this is me educating others before they step into a different type of heated environment.
