I attend classes five days a week before I start my day. I have lost three pounds and noticed that I am toning up after two weeks. It is nice that instructors demonstrate different variations of exercises depending on individual's skill or strength level. This place is affordable for the classes that are provided and in my opinion the owner could be charging more like other places in the area that do not offer the same quality of services. The Spark Pilates Reformer classes have provided positive results that I've never experienced before. My body is becoming more toned, flexible and strong. Even my husband has been noticing the positive improvements. The Spark Pilates instructors are extremely knowledgeable and very kind. I started with 3 private sessions to learn how to use the reformer. Spark Pilates also offers Barre and Pilates mat classes. As a working professional with a career that requires weekly travel, I average 3 classes a week with excellent results. I would suggest Spark Pilates to my friends and family.
