Absolutely disgusting experience. My friends and I came in excited to get our belly buttons pierced and from the second we walked in the cashier had the nastiest attitude imaginable. He was rude, disrespectful, and constantly making faces anytime we asked simple questions, like we were somehow bothering him for doing his job. He made my friends feel stupid and uncomfortable the entire time. While we were waiting, he was openly gossiping with another customer and started making comments about us, including remarks about us being "white girls". Completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and honestly pathetic behavior from someone working in customer service. And somehow it got even worse. When the piercer asked him for paper towels, instead of handing them over like a normal person, he literally threw them on the floor and expected my friend to pick them up. The level of disrespect was unreal. I have genuinely never experienced service this horrible in my life. The environment was immature and incredibly unprofessional. I went to Body 360 for help after the post on my conch piercing had fallen out. My piercing was only a few weeks old, and I knew there was a risk of the hole closing, so I kept my earring in to help keep it open. When I went back to have it checked, the piercer said the hole was still open but had shrunk a bit and that she would need a taper to get the jewelry through. Unfortunately, instead of guiding the taper and post through the original hole, she ended up creating a new hole without warning right next to the original one. I'm not even sure how this happened, but I left extremely disappointed with the service. What should have been a simple fix turned into a painful new piercing. read more

Went in last night to purchase some new body jewelry and when we walked in, no one greeted my fiancé, daughter, and I. The worker behind the counter just stared at us. We ended up spending a little over $34 for new jewelry. Woke up this morning to an extra $7 charge from Body 360! We only purchased jewelry. We did not get a service and no one helped me swap out my old jewelry for the new. I went to look on their website to see if they mention anything about a tip and only found their facebook page (which I do not have). So from what I WAS able to see, they are having a jewelry sale on 3/13. (Two days after we went in). They could have mentioned their upcoming sale just to have good customer service etiquette or to spread the word. The money we spent is not an issue but an upcoming sale would have been nice to know about, we may have gone and spent way more then! Still not sure why a 20% tip was added for me only purchasing jewelry. Because the worker had to come around the counter and unlock a case?.... if the customer service is great or even good, then a tip is deserved! Not just for someone unlocking a case and then staring at you like an idiot. All in all, unprofessional, not friendly! I have a piercing that was done professionally 7 years ago. Ive had that earring with no pain no discolor anything for those 7 years. I swapped it out for a earring from there it made my ear very sore and green. the hole is now black from the fake costume earring they replaced it with . never again ! read more

The piercer that pierced my sons ears was a nice guy he did very well with making sure my son was comfortable and ready before he proceeded to pierce his ears the only thing I didn't like is that their jewelry for babies and whoever aren't real they're very cheap stainless steel earrings w the pointy back which hurts them because it's long maybe if they put money into their jewelry people would come back because this is the last time I'd ever come here . read more

I took my daughter here for her little gauges she wanted. They were so sweet, calming, and very skilled. They were gentle and communicative with my teen and they healed perfectly. In addition my dad then went for body piercings, and even though they had a hiccup with a needle getting stuck, she stayed calm, worked it out and it all went great after that. Definitely had a super positive experience, and would highly recommend. We haven't checked out the new spot yet, but we will soon!! read more

I went here about a week and a half ago and regret going now. I had a naval piercing done which I had done in the past but it closed up due to me taking out for pregnancy. Anyways, I ended up getting a super bad infection and was religious cleaning the ring so don't know how that exactly happened. Never had this happen ever and was wondering how clean the clamp or ring was that was used for this piercing. I went back in the shop to be told it just looks irritated and if I put alcohol on it to not do it a lot only about 3 times a week. That night I didn't put any alcohol on it and woke up with puss oozing out of it. Took that crap out and went straight to the alcohol which made more come out and it was the worse pain ever. Now I'm on a very strong antibiotic and need to put a warm compress down on it three times a day. I will not be going back seeing this is the second piercing from that place and they both got infected read more

DO NOT GO HERE FOR NIPPLE PIERCINGS! I should have known it wouldn't be good when I heard the price was only $20 a nipple; you get what you pay for. Though the initial greetings in the shop we nice, it went down hill from there. The female piercer seemed rushed and ended up piercing my left nipple through my Areola and my right nipple slanted. I literally had to go to another shop to have them re-examined. The new shop changed the rods that were put in because the rods 360 used have the "male end" on the rod when it should be on the ball of the rod. I took out my piercings out three days after getting them done to have them heal so I can get them re-done correctly at a different shop! Very upset! Also don't buy their homemade saline/salt solution mixture! It contains tea tree which can dry out your nipples too much and irritate the skin- I recommend H2Ocean read more

So emily is a rock star and I love her! I for my cartilage pierced and wanted a hoop like most places to. For the tall guy to tell me that "we don't do that". First of all, the client is suppose to love their piercings. Since this piercing. I have had NOTHING but issues. They put a ring in my ear that another shop looked at, that was a 22G. I WANTED A 16G hoop. So now I have to gage my cartilage that I've been having issues with for over a year. Emily pierced my daith and put a hoop in. And that piercing is Amazing. I usually don't like to come out of my comfort zone especially when I really do enjoy my normal place at Midwest Vapery, but decided to give body360 a try just to delve into something different. Short story, I definitely will not be coming back to this place again. Longer story, I walk in and the two I encounter are both on phones and don't even acknowledge me, I don't need any words but just some eye contact, head nod, hell throw in a smile, would go a long way to make customers feel at ease. I browse around looking at different products for what felt like the longest 15 minutes of my life and finally I just had to ask for assistance. I kid you not, for every question, I was given one word answers. You have any experience with this mod? No. Ever try this juice? Yeah.... care to elaborate? lol is what I wanted to say but this kid didn't seem like he enjoyed his job very much so I just left it alone for the sake of getting a poor answer. Wanted to about a new piercing for myself that I was interested in but kind of seemed pointless after that. As far as products, hands down Midwest has better quality, well worth it for me to stick with a place that actually cares about the customer and about the job they seem to enjoy.
