The owner is just as warm and inviting as her studio is. There are a variety of classes to choose from including evening classes for those who aren't able to attend until after work. Benefits of the environment is there are plenty of focal points so as you balance you don't need to stare at a blank wall or uncomfortably in your instructor's eyes. There are bricks, straps and blankets you can borrow. There's ample floor space so you can have your mat just far enough to warrior without worrying about hitting your neighbor while shifting.
