Dropped the car off on 4/10/2026 after making an appointment but did not follow the process all the way. Ivey was great and explained everything. Of course, insurance covered it, although, I had to shell out $1000 deductible. Was worth it. It took Caliber around 4 days to repair the damage like new. Plus the car looked clean. They text you all the way through the process from start to finish. Very professional. Honestly, I would like to not do this again but I would recommend them if you find you need repairs do to an accident or a minor mishap.

I wouldn't trust these folks to air my tires up, much less do any kind of body work on my car. My…read moreinsurance company required me to use this "company" to estimate the damages to my vehicle. I had an appointment at 1pm with Buster Renfroe. I arrived shortly before 1pm. I was told by the receptionist that Buster was still at lunch, and should be back at anytime. 30 minutes pass, and he's still a no show. The receptionist ask another employee to take pictures of my car, and Buster would write up the estimate and email it to me. I received a call from Buster a few hours later wanting my email address. I explained my frustrations with him missing the appointment. I used MY entire lunch break waiting around on this required insurance appointment with HIM to have my vehicle fixed. He became very combative with me. We exchanged a few choice words. He ending the call by stating "he didn't care if I had my car fix there or not, I could go across the street to another shop." *** Beware*** Don't waste your time with this place, because they could careless about wasting yours!!

If I could give them a -5 stars review I would. I was hit on my brand new car less than a month…read moreafter I got it. The damage was extensive plus two airbags went off. They gave me an estimate and said the damage would have to be more than 75% of the value for the insurance to total the car. The initial estimate was about 50% so I had to tell them to repair my car. It took them 2 months, I kept checking and they were always telling me stories about not getting parts and then had to send the car to Hyundai to get the airbags programmed and supposedly this other place took a long time. I told them my car rental coverage was going to run out and they said they would pick up the bill if the car wasn't ready. I picked up my car the day my rental coverage ended and when I went to charge my phone I noticed neither of the two power adapters was working. I took the car back and continued to drive the same rental I had been planning to return on that day. It took them 12 days to give me the car back and the power outlets hadn't been fixed. He blamed the Hyundai place for not fixing them and sending the car back even though the outlets weren't still working. He said there was nothing he could do and he couldn't keep paying a tow truck to send the car to Hyundai. So I had to take the car to another Hyundai place and of course they found out that the problem is definitely related to the accident, therefore is not covered under the warranty. I also found out that the total repair cost paid to C&S was over $12,000 which is more than 75% of the value of the car. I think C&S gave a low initial estimate so they could get the job instead of having the car totaled. And of course he didn't want to pay for the rental car on the additional days he had the car, so I had a bill of almost $300. They are very nice people and that fooled me into thinking that they were honest and reliable but it's been one disappointment after another.
