One thing I was worried about was when Linda asked if walking on my back would be ok? And I was scared due to the surgery I had in my lower back but I was willing as always to try anything to see if I get any relief. So here it is 24 hours later, I'm in no pain, I have no bruising my mobility is by far better and I'm doing chores.
