Plus the staff is really nice and they know me by name. That is pretty cool! They have beginner packages that are super affordable. The other packages are flexible and they have enough choices to fit your budget and needs. Give them a try, the first class is free! Seya Wednesday night!

To kick off their grand opening they offered free classes for the entire week. They offer personal training, boxing, yoga, trx, weight loss, and boot camp classes. The gym is very open and the public walking by can see everything that is going on inside. The thought of being a window display for mall walkers terrified me and almost made me turn around before walking in. I am glad I didn't though and gave it a try. The employees were friendly and our trainer teaching the TRX class was welcoming and made us all feel comfortable. After warming up I didn't even notice the people walking by and was too focused on the workout to pay attention to anything else. I am not a fan of going to group classes and often feel like I get a better workout by myself, but the small class sizes (12 people) didn't allow for any slacking off or feeling like you didn't know what was going on. Classes run $15 a class and I will definitely like to be put on display there again :)

If you like a trainer that is authentic, can provide great real life examples of fitness and diet, and genuinely cares about your well being, then Adam at Fitness Revolution is your guy. I also appreciate that Adam is a fitness buff, not a meat head. Our high intensity training sessions kick our butts in the best possible of ways, but never feel "routine." I'm also a fan of Adam's presence on social media, in that he is constantly posting videos of fitness routines, his take on diet, and even his series of videos on how to maintain fitness levels when traveling are soooo helpful.

What an amazing, grass roots type of studio, that truly goes against the large class size culture…read morethat dominates the Pilates scene in the rest of the NE Ohio area. The instructors at this studio are truly incredible - they challenge you but make sure you feel comfortable and able along the way. The equipment is great and having the Cadillac reformers for all class attendees is a huge plus and something you don't see at other studios! They haven't created an "unlimited package" option which some may dislike but I think it helps to make the classes more accessible for attending and I personally love it. They are able to keep their prices reasonable as well which is a rarity in the industry. The best thing about this studio compared to other studios I've attended is that they truly make your time in class "worthwhile" -- and they use the equipment. I never feel like I leave wishing I did more and there isn't much time spent doing things you could do at home on a mat which is truly the point of being in the class and having access to the reformer. Definitely recommend checking this studio out. Monica (owner) and her staff are the best of the best.
