Margret is on top of my list after great hour session last week. I have chronic shoulder/neck tension and often let it go until I start getting headaches. I also see a Chiro which compliments massage. Her usual $55/hour rate very reasonable but I seek good deep trigger point muscle work more than a low price. Margret combines both low cost and great skill. For first timers the building was a bit hard to find with no number on it that I saw - the key is its a two story office at the NW corner of 15th/Bethany Home Road, I had to circle around missing it or finding the entrance at first. On the 2nd floor the suite numbers are not in logical order. I was probably the upteenth person to have to ask in 230-A where 230 was. Further the other way and around the corner as I recall. The 230-A lady said they get lots of lost folks come in. Sometimes she is real busy but I made an appt via her website at 3AM for 4PM (I am a very late night person). She had 9 appts back to back the day before but some days very light. However, be sure and get a confirmation as somehow it web scheduler later set up another appt at the same time but I had the confirmation he didn't. This probably rarely happens. Once you find her and have a confirmed appt it is very much worth it for her obvious extensive training and skills. I plan to see her on a regular basis.

I have been to all manner of massage/massage therapists, as well as other pain management modalities. With that level of experience I can assure you that Sarah is a top-notch provider. She has a background in Nursing, so has a really in-depth knowledge of body mechanics that gives her a greater understanding of what she is working with (your body) than I believe most massage therapists have. Beyond her mechanical knowledge, she also has a well honed intuition. Mechanics can be taught...intuition on the other hand is something you either have or you don't. My pain/issues are ever fluctuating, just when you think my body is going to zig, it zags. No two sessions are ever the same with me. Sarah handles this as though it is the most normal thing in the world and is able to asses and adjust without skipping a beat. She listens to what you say, and does everything in her power to help you heal. I will (and do) go out of my way to get an appointment with her!
