I always bring a razor with me and the person doing my treatment will tell me if I missed a spot so I can get it. I started going here after getting a Groupon. When I found out that I could get the same low prices without having to get the Groupon. This place is highly effective and a bargain. I've been out as a queer/lesbian woman with all of the staff members had. Everyone has been really positive. During my last treatment, I had a great conversation about trans issues with one of the staff members. She told me that trans women come in to get treatments and asked me a couple of questions about trans issues after I encouraged her to do so. After my reduction surgery, I was left with horrendous scarring, nerve damage, a quarter sized hole in my right breast, and uneven nipples. The first time my breasts were seen by another medical professional, they said "oh my god, you poor thing". Shirley has absolutely awful bedside manner, never listened to me, and never took the time to answer any of my questions. When my incision opened up, she told me it was fine and that I should just put hydrogen peroxide on it twice a day. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.
