Complete scam of a company. I had a wonderful meeting with the sales associate in our office in…read moreDecember of 2021. He said they have uniformed trained guards that can do a patrol with a patrol car nightly at randomized times and that at each patrol, the guard will hit designated zones and will be gps tracked so we can see the guard is actually patrolling. I was told we would have the ability to log in to a profile page to submit notes that the guard would be able to see when he scans this QR code sticker placed in the zoned check points across the property. I was told the guard would write tickets for non-permitted cars, and would tow cars. I was told I'd receive daily reports with notes. I was told the guard would lock up the facilities within 30-40 minutes of our set lock up time and it was explained that it's impossible to have lock up at exactly 10 pm daily due to the guards having to hit other properties. This was reasonable. I expected lock up by 10:30-45 pm at the latest for our pool, gym, library, and 2 laundry rooms. We also had an agreement to have our 3rd stop later on Saturday nights, Sunday mornings to unlock our facilities since the office is closed on Sundays and no on-site staff would be working to do the unlocks. We committed quickly to lock in a price that was no longer going to be offered in January of 2022. We had two walkthroughs, one with a supervisor to whom I personally pointed out areas that needed security due to prior incidents, we specifically placed QR stickers across the property for the "Silvertrac" system they use and he took these detailed notes of what I wanted the guard to look for. The last walk-through was on the first day of service. That same supervisor showed up with a well-dressed security guard in long sleeve collared shirt with a utility belt, almost looking like a real police officer. We walked the grounds with this guard, so he'd get to know the property. We were told he'd be our guard. What really happened: That online profile never got set up for us until I asked to cancel service in late March. Our rep, Glenn, made up an excuse about how he was out sick for a surgery for a month and had just gotten back in the office to see all my complaining emails and voicemails and that he had thought his account was being taken care of by another co-worker in his absence. That still didn't account for the lack of help in January and February. Also, he told a similar story to my boss with our L.A. account a few weeks prior when my boss was trying to cancel services, except that time it was his wife who was sick. True or not, it shouldn't matter. He finally came and set up our online profile. It didn't allow me to edit any notes for the designated zones as promised. I pointed that out and was told I was supposed to call dispatch and dispatch would take down my notes to give to the guard instead. Not very convenient. The gps tracking of the guard isn't live feedback the client can see. I pointed that out, and was told that the pictures the guards take are geotagged and time stamped and that's how they are "gps tracked". These photos have often been blurry, and have never included all the zones where I had placed the QR stickers. Every night there is a picture of the office, the hallway outside the office, the main laundry room door, the hallway by the pool and sometimes this parking lot by the tennis court; all these places are within a minute walking distance of each other near the front of the property. There are QR stickers at every bike rack, our storage units, and all three mailbox areas and there has NEVER been a geo tagged time-stamped photo of any of those zones, not once. Some patrols have been only 3 minutes long and this lack of diversity in the pictures explains why. The well-dressed guard was for night one only apparently! We soon got a guard in a baggy ill-fitted short sleeve uniform who wore a blue bandana around his head and sometimes a padres hoodie over the uniform. Not very professional looking. The lock-ups were consistently closer to midnight than 10:30pm. The Sunday unlocks ended up being the guard locking up at say 11:45 pm and then coming back an hour and a half later to unlock the laundry room, swing the door open and turn the lights on! So, on a couple of occasions tenants who have early morning jobs noticed the laundry room being open at 3am and decided to do laundry. The noise of which woke up the tenants who live next door to the laundry room. When not unlocked, we paid our gardener OT to come unlock the premises on his day off! The guard consistently would either lock up the gym but leave the lights on, or turn the lights off but forget to lock up the gym. More recently in our 6th and 7th months of service, it's been lights on all night and no lock up at all. Skipped 14 patrols so far in July, skipped 17 in June, 11 in May, and 58 in April! DEMANDED REFUNDS.

The finished result looks even better than I expected. Shannon even helped me set up an Alexa routine so I can say "movie night" and the lights automatically adjust. We hired this electrician for several items during our move-in, including outlet work, lighting,…read moreand ethernet/WAP setup. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was lack of care for our home. No drop cloths were used, debris was left throughout the house, and cleanup was minimal. An outdoor trash can was brought inside and rolled across hardwood floors. Upstairs, dust and debris were left on carpet, in closets, and on bathroom floors. The job sites were consistently left messy at the end of each day. There were also multiple incomplete or questionable aspects of the work. The ethernet line in the bonus room was charged as a full install ($650), but the line was already present--this was only acknowledged after I raised it, and the explanation given was that the charge was for "testing." The WAP was not properly connected, and some outlets were left unfinished/dangling. For chandelier installs, drywall screws were used in base plates, which is not appropriate for final installation. Scheduling and communication were also problematic. On the day work was supposed to be completed (which required me to rearrange my work schedule, which he knew), the appointment was canceled that morning. A new availability was offered that conflicted with my schedule, despite that same day previously being unavailable. When I requested a partial refund for incomplete work, the response was that additional unbilled items offset the charges. That was not discussed in advance, and does not address the core concerns regarding workmanship, cleanliness, and professionalism. We ultimately hired another electrician to complete and correct the work so we could move in on time. While the cost itself was not the primary issue, the lack of attention to detail, respect for the home, and follow-through made this a poor experience overall. This was not the first time I remodeled a home, so I understand the unexpected, but given the overall experience being extremely substandard, I would not recommend this electrician.
