At age 68, I was told that I might get some recovery but nerves recover at a millimeter a month and what I get in 6 -12 months might be all there is. It is now 10 months post accident and 8 months after starting at Fyzical upon the advice of a good friend. Three times a week I'm going and I've worked with 7 different therapists, each one friendly but professional, working WITH me to recover what we can. While I am nowhere near complete recovery, there is measurable and usable progress with some elbow bending and claw hand grasping. The staff here do not work miracles BUT, if YOU TRY they will be there with you all of the way!

For someone just taking a blind leap, I couldn't be happier with my choice. Right after I started my sessions my husband had an acute injury to his back and the surgeon wanted him to try therapy before he considered surgery which he did not want to do. He knew about PT Solutions through me and so he too signed up. I am a nurse practitioner and my husband is an RN. We have a fair amount of experience with physical therapy modalities and can certainly recognize competency in the staff. The therapist, Diana is very knowledgeable and we felt at ease with her immediately. There was a student there being mentored by Diane so she was in teaching mode and having two sets of eyes and input was doubly instructive. I finished my therapy before my husband and I was thoroughly instructed on home exercises and informed I could come back in for "fine tuning" at any time. My husband finished today. He has had chronic back pain for years and since faithfully doing his exercises he has had a remarkable recovery. We both will continue our home exercises because we certainly have seen the benefit. I cannot recommend PT Solutions enough. The clinic is spacious, clean and attractive. Diane is excellent. If PT is in your future, please consider this clinic. You will not regret your decision.

I have had a 34+ year career as an R.N. in multiple settings, including rehab/nsg. settings like Wright's. I routinely was responsible medication administration for sixty residents (and 1 time 120!) . The nurse/resident ratio here is less than half of the norm and consequently are able to see changes in residents and intervene before the small issues become big. As far as the "slacker staff" not being 'properly supervised', it's actually the opposite...PLUS, there is a 'Resident's Council ' in place and residents are free to voice any concerns related to their care with the assurance of both confidentiality AND follow up! Who was bitten several times sleeping on her 11-7 shift in the small kitchen and other employees addressed this problem and trapped bed bugs in zip lock baggies given to administration, no action taken to rid bed bugs, black ants, cockroaches etc. especially bed bugs. An employee bringing in bed bugs the past year is still employed. Gross!Dirty, old, run down facility with SERIOUS plumbing problems Resindents personal laundry sent to Oak Manor CONSTANTLY gets lost, never found. Daily, CNAs in cars or on phone sitting in building. No attention to residents, ask rm 18. The therapists pay attention to each patient so the wait between exercises is minimal. They tweak the exercises to be challenging, but not too much. They listen to how you are feeling throughout. From the front desk staff to the therapists, I have found everyone to be very caring. I actually caught those women talking to mother after i left and mother feeding them at All Children speech a line of the B.S. and A therapist by the name of heather telling her that mother shouldn't worry because she has her back in separation issues among us because there they claim being overly personal is part of there program of approval and they start spouting about working with social security insurance providers etc.. Yeah the don't mess with us B.S. and don't do much to help but break a measuring stick for what kids don't know all day. Here at lamperts they fired a therapist i did like and worked well with i thought that wasn't overly personal.. So i'm like Yes! it's a good one! You know after the bitchy ones with the catty attitude at All Children's. But no they fired her with no notice to her patience not giving any time to the issue basically told her to go home with no regard for children which should be there first priority! By the way she's normally eating and dropping crumbs on the floor in front of you or not at the desk at all. And when you call this place it's a woman at another line that can't ever help with anything and knows nothing and asks if she can help. You gotta be careful with places like this in the medical or therapy field though because being mostly women they can get nippy if they don't get there popper attention or smiles or pleases and thank you's So a 2.5 is what i give them from what i know if it gets better ill let you know. Most of the therapists though i would say are good from what i can see so far. In to the above review i have re evaluated my opinion for the mean time because the change in therapist has seemingly given my son more of a positive result even though the above was unprofessional in my opinion. I am giving this place 3.5 stars now because i am currently enjoying the gradual progress my son is making but i will be back most likely in the future for another rating review hopefully the trend continues and things get better. My grandfather was left with minimal use of his left side. Many physicians had told us that they didn't expect a full rehab and that we should look at a nursing home. He had the absolute best care by nurses, doctors, and therapy. After a stay at Encompass, my grandfather was able to return home. He is still living well and has regained his independence. If you have a family member that has suffered any severe debilitation, Encompass should be your first thought for their rehab!

She is professional, helps him feel comfortable, and is able to get him to follow instructions. She makes a consistent effort to feed, clean, and exercise with him, and includes both mental and physical activities. She is self‑motivated, hardworking, and needs only minimal guidance to meet our needs. She is truly an asset to BrightStar. Our other regular caregiver is Honesty, and we are very happy with her as well. She has worked hard to gain my dad's trust, which makes it much easier for her to help him. She is great with all aspects of the job: she cleans, cooks, does laundry, and communicates well. We've seen her improve over time, and both my wife, Kathleen Sloan, and I are very satisfied with her service. We hope to have her as a regular caregiver in the future.

I am reviews on my father's caregivers: Honesty Pugh works 1-2 shifts a week since Feb 2026. While she's young, she is very mature for her age and listens to feedback. She has gained the trust of my father. She has a special way about her that is calming. She's able to get him to walk and or sit outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. She has learned his "tells" so it makes it easier for her. She cleans his room, fills his drink tumblers and ensures he eats. She's never afraid to ask questions. Crystal Antonio-Vega is another caregiver working 2 shifts a week. She too started this past spring. She was amazing from the minute she walked in the door. She gets to work until its done. She is so conscientious and diligent with cleaning his room, laundry, having him exercise, and making sure he has good hygene. She also does an excellent job of keeping him engaged during the day so he will sleep better. Ayrianna Doughtry's demeanor is calm, pleasant, and caring. There were a number of people who recommended Zen and we were very pleased with our services. Zen is located on Gulf Blvd just .25 miles from where we were staying so we walked to it. Cute little studio with lots of cute items to shop while you wait. The person at the desk is super sweet and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when I called on Monday and was able to get us all in the same week. I booked for a full one hour with Rebecca and the girls each had 30 minutes with Caroline. The atmosphere in the rooms is very relaxing, the only issue was that you could hear the talking and commotion in the hallway and lobby area. That was a little distracting but that could have been the room I was in. I asked for a deep tissue massage and Rebecca did that. Wow, she really worked some muscle knots out. I almost fell asleep. I would definitely go back to her when I am in town next time. The girls both said their massages were good, just short. I just appreciated being able to get all of us in on that short of notice.
