Staff at the check-in window and the Dr were very friendly and helpful. Went through the exam evaluation with the doctor, who seemed to understand my physical disabilities. The exam and waiting room were very clean. The only reason for not all 5 stars is that the waiting room had no water dispenser, so bring your own if you need something to drink while there. I'm not sure where the public restrooms were, but I'm guessing they are in the building somewhere outside the office This is a 3 level building with the parking garage underneath the building. There is an elevator available to get to the 1st and 2nd floors. Otherwise, you would need to climb stairs from the street level/sidewalk if you park on the street.

Prices were pretty reasonable too. They provide all the documentation needed and are able to sign any forms necessary. I would say that they don't do a full thorough physical exam like at a doctor's office, so I wouldn't come here for care necessarily if you have a real health condition. Other than that, staff were very nice and would definitely verify this place as an option for anyone who needs a quick health clearance.

With an appointment, being seen on time is the result, because Quest policy is to provide service to all scheduled appointments prior to servicing walk-ins. Waiting area is sufficient for mobility devices such as wheelchairs , walkers, canes and more. Blood draw area can be a tight squeeze for wheelchairs but the phlebotomists rearrange things to make access. With a scheduled appointment, an experience at Quest has the potential to be optimum. Oh, have insurance card or payment ready at the time of appointment or optionally, input health insurance information under the profile section in the MyQuest system when scheduling appointment. Anything to save time. Time is a priceless commodity.

Staffed well, very thorough and professional. I love sleeping with a fan and they immediately made the accommodation. A little misleading by saying to prepare for a normal nighttime routine, because I was told I couldn't wear my AirPods or watch tv on my phone longer than 20-30min. It didn't feel like I could get comfortable how I normally do at home, but I understand. I was also asked to remove my nose ring and septum, which was not communicated on any of my phone calls. Just a thought to potentially include in preparation conversations since there is a list for prep and hygiene.

This unit had a bright light pointing towards my face that shone brightly at me if the device wasn't completely still and lying on a flat surface. So...I spent two nights trying to sleep with this light in my face so the unit would record an accurate sleep study. The item was to be returned on Monday, when they re-opened. I tried calling to ask what other options were available to get an accurate reading. The phone calls lead me to a voicemail that never returned my calls. I finally drove over to try to speak with someone. When I told the receptionist my issue, she held out her hand to receive the unit, she never responded to my issue, she only said that the office would contact me to let me know if I failed the sleep test. Do you think I had accurate readings? You guessed! Heck no! The report given to my doctor was erroneous and based on flawed data. I called to speak to a manager and all they wanted to talk about was the balance owed at first but promised to follow up. My follow up came a month later as a past due bill!! My advice is to go to a sleep study facility connected to a hospital.
