Then when we needed prescriptions filled that were ordered by the hospital, she argued with me about which ones she felt like we needed and only filled the ones she wanted. Not the ones the specialists prescribed. I couldn't get away from Bakhari fast enough and refuse to refer to her as a doctor, because she gives all other doctors a bad name!! She is the absolute worst and I fear for anyone that is forced to use her! I only wish there was more that I could do to shine a light on how bad she really is!! I've been in for a few appointments so far and between the online information and front desk it's been a breeze to check in and proceed to my appointment. Each of my visits to medical professionals have been efficient, friendly, and have been low stress. Even planning appointments (though sometimes it takes some time) has been easy so far. I've been happy visiting this location and seeing the doctors here. One thing to note, the parking can fill up and you'll want to be careful in the lot as it's busy with cars and people.

When I spoke to the people over the phone regarding the billing discrepancy, they treated me like I had made some sort of mistake with my address, despite having no previous problems. I was worried sick it would hurt my credit. Fortunately, the collection was soft so it didn't report. Still, I see it as a completely unnecessary step they took to escalate the situation, when all they needed to do was give me a phone call or send me an email.
