Actually before that we texted a couple times and she answered some questions so I felt good going in. Anyways, I filled in paperwork which was good then went back and got changed. Anna is way cool! Very professional and respectful. And at the same time fun and probably a blast to hang out with. She explained how it would all work and how I could see what was happening and getting cleaned. I liked that. She also gave me great advice on diet and how that affects the digestive tract. So I feel that I can now eat better, chew my food longer and keep my self in better shape between sessions. I felt much better after the session and the discomfort during was very mild, almost none really. I am excited to go back and make this a regular part of my detox routine!

Now, the actual process, the first time I went my sister bought me a 3 series because I was having a lot of digestive issues, not going to the bathroom for 3-4 days at a time, waking up in the middle of the night in pain if I ate too much cheese or dairy, ( I'm not lactose free) and the worst was if i tried to take laxatives or anything to help me go to the bathroom, i would just bloat event more. I even ended up in the ER once for taking a laxative. So i went for the three series and instantly felt relief, but it wasn't until the third session that my energy was fully back, i was even in a better mood, and best of all i lost like 10 pounds and I started going to the bathroom regularly this was last year, and i have not had those issues anymore and have not had trouble going to the bathroom anymore, its wild what taking out backed up poop can do to your body.
