I've been going to Encinitas colon hydrotherapy for 3 years and it has been so helpful for tending to my gut health (especially helpful after travel!). Kiersten is wonderful and makes the experience easy, comfortable, and extremely supportive. She is very attentive to body signals that ask to adjust the water speed and lightly massages your shins to take your attention off the water flow. She skillfully massages the abdomen to facilitate the cleaning process. I always feel light and clear after sessions. I'm so grateful I decided to try colon hydrotherapy. It sounded really intimidating but it's really not, especially with Kiersten! read more

Had a great experience here! Not something you really want to have to do but once you do it you feel so much better. Yvonne is a doll

Kiersten has been a complete pleasure to partner with in this journey. Very knowledgeable and compassionate, which is a must for such an intimate procedure. It's been a few years since I've done colonic's, and she is the perfect fit for me. In just two visits I have seen a difference! I plan on making this a monthly routine. Her office is in a great part of town, and of course very clean and cosy. read more

I'm one of those people whom have a tough time doing the required pre for a colonoscopy. This time I stuck with clear fluids for a few days and for the 3 days leading up to my colonoscopy, I had colonics with Dona and Kiersten. Best thing I could have done!! I had a very successful colonoscopy yesterday - for the first time - because my colon was clean and it was easy to detect polyps or other problems (I got to watch on the big screen!). Very happy and grateful for the kind and compassionate care of this great team. I think a lot of us need considerably more than the laxatives and prep provided in order for us to have a successful procedure. Yay! read more

This is hands-down the best place I have ever gotten a colonic. I've been seeing Kiersten for years and she's absolutely professional and wonderful. I highly highly recommend her. read more

Dona is wonderful! She immediately put you at ease, which is something you absolutely need when someone is about to insert an object in your butt. She knows exactly what to do to help you retain the water as long as possible in order to get the best results. She also gives you massages to help "things" move along. She is very alert to you and your response, which is essential in this process. I always have meaningful conversations with Dona about spiritual concept, people and ideas, that's just an extra bonus. Dona is compassionate, kind, sweet and very cool. I highly recommend her. read more

I was looking for a new hydrocolonic practice and decided to try this one. Kiersten is wonderful company and great at what she does. I got more release than any of my previous hydrocolonics. The bed was extremely comfortable and she provided a heating pack and vibrating massage ball over my belly which were also amazing! Then she gave me a probiotic at the end. I'm so happy with her excellent service and thoughtfulness. Thank you! read more

Tranquil colon hydrotherapy exists in Encinitas. Have been coming to here for many years, am so grateful I found this place. I had been seeking a hydrotherapist, found some good ones in San Diego but my first session with Dona I knew I found the right place. The most important aspect for me was harmonious energy and this space was so relaxing. Dona is very soothing and calming. I also enjoy seeing Kiersten, she too embodies a similar calming presence that is so important with work like this. Highly recommend. read more

I've been wanting to get this therapy done since a year. Checked out yelp reviews and went to this place and just as suggested Keirsten is amazing and calm and patient and "no judgement " which is so helpful. She was so good massager and with you all throughout the process. Highly recommend this place. Thanks keirsten and Thanks yelpers read more

I had two colonics with Kiersten who is conveniently located in downtown Encinitas. I found her via a Google search and I immediately liked her as soon as I heard her voice. I feel very at home with her which is so important when doing this type of treatment. Her office has a spa like atmosphere, is green friendly and immaculately clean. She uses a closed system machine and the water has a carbon micron filter and is UV purified. She is professional, compassionate, nurturing and very knowledgeable about her craft and detoxing. I greatly appreciate her attention to detail. She massages the legs, belly and sometimes the feet during the session to aid in relaxation and uses a vibrating massage device on your belly as well. At the end of the session, you sit on the toilet to release the residual water and then she gives you a small cup of green juice to drink. I had my first session with her prior to my NYC trip and another one yesterday. I decided to do colonics on a monthly basis going forward for maintenance and detoxing. I did a coffee implant for my second session which she adds to the water at the end as it detoxes the liver and stimulates glutathione production. The acid in the coffee helps to break down the stool too. She also offers chlorophyll implants which I will add in next time. I highly recommend her. I have tried a few other therapists back in NYC and Kiersten is by far the best experience I have had. read more

First time ever doing hydrotherapy after hearing about it from a good friend of mine. I did quite a bit of research, learned about pros and cons and decided to give it a try. The therapy was handled by Kiersten who was absolutely fantastic. She explained what will happen during the next 45 minutes in great detail, and made me comfortable. She went through the potential body reactions I may be feeling and what these body reactions could potentially be telling me. I would recommend Kierstan to anyone. She is professional, gentle, shares quite a lot of information and asks any questions you might have. I will definitely be back. Thanks Kiersten. read more

I had a colonic today, and well they aren't very comfortable--let'st just face it. But, you want to have a colonic---and want to feel comfortable....Donna is a good start. I went there after a quick search on the internet...I read reviews on yelp that said she was nice and good---and I took a gamble letting her put a tube---you know where! I will go back to her for another colonic. She's considerate. Her space is clean and cozy and smells good. She massages your legs and stomach during the colonic. It can be uncomfortable and she's very respectful of when you need space or to slow down, etc. She's attentive. Again, a colonic is not like going to Disney Land. But, I recommend her if you're looking for one. read more

Dona is a kind, caring professional therapist who works at whatever level that you're comfortable with. She'll put you at ease as soon as you meet her. She's fun, compassionate, supportive and knowledgeable. She's created a gentle environment in which to have hydrotherapy sessions. Its very easy to find-- located on the same block as the SRF temple on 2nd Street in Encinitas near Swami's. Even if your work is stressful and consume a fast food diet- and then feel guilty- you owe it to yourself to try out a session with Dona. - First timers...DON'T be nervous.- Do things that are good for you Regular sessions are a great way to cleanse and remove toxins to help maintain a healthy lifestyle-- the results are all positive on so many levels. read more

I never thought I'd be saying this about a colonic but because Dona is such a lovely person to be around she makes the whole experience almost enjoyable. I've been to other places and trust me I didn't come out telling everyone they should go do this. But this time I did. I was able to relax enough with Donna to get the full benefit of a colonic and there are many benefits. I highly recommend her! read more

As a business owner and pioneer in the health movement who runs detox retreats and cleanses celebrities I must say that Donna is the ultimate professional! Ive been going to Donna for colon hydrotherapy for almost three years now and you cannot find a better therapist! Her ability to calm anyone and prepare them for their colonic is un matched. Her office is impeccably clean and incredibly inviting! One of the words I would use to describe Donna is gentle. She is gentle with her words and Un like other therapist she does not work your abdomen like a rubber tire. She really knows how to perfectly massage the body in a gentle calming manner that allows the body to release and let go. Donna's Yelp reviews proceed her reputation! She is the best in the business! I'm extremely picky about my colonics and after getting them for 15 years I can be! I would recommend Donna to anyone! Andrea L Cox read more

This was my second colon hydrotherapy session ever and first with Dona, so I had an idea of what to expect. It is still an unpleasant feeling, but Dona made me feel quite relaxed and comfortable. As a yogi and massage therapist, my breathing practices were also quite useful. Dona has such a beautiful little space to work her magic. It turns out we many many mutual friends and share many of the same philosophies on healing and "letting go." I am more committed now than ever to cleansing my body, especially my colon so that I can better absorb the nutrients that my body needs and more efficiently release waste. I walked out feeling refreshed and lighter! Thanks Dona, I'll be back soon! read more

LOVE these women! Experts at what they do, so knowledgable. I always go away learning something new. I finally got my husband to go. He only saw Dona for a while until he met Kiersten at one of my sessions. He loves Kiersten too! They are both just as great. They are so much alike. You would think they were sisters. We live in Arizona, but spend a lot of time in Encinitas. We always schedule our appointments for colonics here when in town. This was my first colonic hydrotherapy session ever, and I can't express how grateful I am that I chose to see Dona for it.
