Courtney was so easy to talk to and her follow up emails were awesome because she laid out every single thing we discussed. She had just been diagnosed by her pediatrician as having a chronic cough that was an involuntary "tic." I suspected that her gastro-intestinal problems were related even though the Ped. Dr. did not. I had observed that she was reacting badly to certain foods and I believed that there were more foods bothering her than I was aware of. Karen was not only very knowledgeable and professional, but also kind and caring as well. She was very quick to respond to all calls and emails. She answered all of our questions thoroughly. She was even very considerate to come and meet us at her office location that was closer to us and followed up to check on how she was doing. She was delightful to work with and her office(s) are enjoyable to visit. They have a spa like atmosphere. I found the ALCAT info to be very helpful for her. After about one month of being on the new diet, my daughter's "tics" have dramatically improved. She has also been learning some deep breathing techniques, along with the diet, in order to control them which has helped a bit as well.
