Having struggled with constipation most of my life, I decided to try a series of three. At first I was skeptical, but I quickly realized it takes time for the body to truly let go. What starts on the surface deepens over time, and by the sixth session I felt lighter, freer, and more energized than I have in years. Not to be too graphic, but I released not only years of physical buildup, but also a deep emotional release. We really do hold so much in our gut, and I could feel decades of "holding on" finally letting go. Sabine is gentle, committed, and deeply knowledgeable. She knows well how to maintain the line of professionalism while still having excellent bedside manners. She is also reasonably flexible with scheduling. Jennifer has a way of tailoring my appointment to how I am feeling every time I come in. In my intake call with her, she asked me why I was interested in doing colonics. I personally suffer from digestion issues, but her questions told me that she had this innate need to help those with GI issues (amongst other health issues) and not just someone who wanted a colonic as part of a fad. My first colonic was very daunting, but Jennifer's calm and caring demeanor made it a positive experience, and she continues to facilitate a comfortable atmosphere in every appointment. Not only was I lighter, my stomach wasn't bloated like usual and I felt a ton more energy and clear head. I ended up buying a package with Donna. Ive been suffering from stomach issues for about 10 years and after going to so many doctors and tests, they were only interested in prescribing medicine. I wanted a more holistic route so I decided to give this place a shot. After an initial phone call with Donna to schedule, I was still skeptical. Donna was a little short on the phone as she only talked about scheduling and getting me on the books - however, once I walked through her door, Donna was the sweetest, most welcoming human being there is. She took her time to sit down and get to know me, shared her personal stories and was soooo patience with me. She took her time to make me feel comfortable and I was never rushed. Matter of fact, I felt bad that she was so patience allowing me to ask all type of questions. That alone made me feel so comfortable. Then we the procedure started, Donna was amazing in just speaking to me through the whole process, literally holding my hand and massage my stomach to allow the work to be done. I've seen such a huge impact this had on my health and will be back to see Donna monthly.
