Highly recommended!

Masseuses have used their elbows on me before but never their knees. By the time I got home, I had developed a bruise on each shoulder blade. The one of my left shoulder blade was worse - it went from a deep purple bruise to a quarter-size wound. I initially thought the masseuse ruptured a blood vessel but now I think my skin was rubbed raw against my bone. I am never going here again and would not recommend this place to others.

However on the day of, I texted her a few hours before to confirm the appointment. Her exact response read: "No, cancel appointment." I was surprised at her nonchalant and unapologetic response. It was even more unprofessional that she didn't reach out to me to tell me that the appointment was cancelled, I had to reach out to her first and find out last minute. When I conveyed this inconvenience to her, she didn't even respond to my message! Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and will not even consider booking an appointment with her in the future.

One of the worst spa experiences I've ever had and it ruined the day before my birthday…read more I booked a full body massage with a head massage. When I arrived, I was immediately hit with loud construction noise next door and vacuuming happening inside the spa. How do you schedule appointments knowing there will be construction and cleaning staff making noise during client sessions? It's not just unprofessional, it's disrespectful. When I asked the receptionist if the noise would stop once I was in the massage room, she assured me it would - she lied. The massage room was filled with nonstop banging, vacuuming, and noise for the entire appointment. I seriously considered walking out but stayed, which was a huge mistake. The massage was beyond terrible, no technique, no pressure, just someone slathering oil over my body with no care or skill. The head massage was even worse: my hair was drenched in oil without any warning. They used so much oil I was practically dripping. Instead of properly wiping off the oil with a steam towel, the therapist told me to wipe off the oil myself using the thin paper wrap around my body. I left feeling greasy, uncomfortable, and utterly disrespected. When it was time to pay, I was charged and then asked if I wanted to tip. I've never left a service without tipping - until now. I felt completely robbed of my money and time. This spa is a complete joke. Horrible communication, a chaotic and unprofessional environment, terrible massage skills, and zero concern for customer comfort or satisfaction. I will never return! And their glowing 4.8-star rating? TOTAL FRAUD After reading multiple negative reviews, it's clear they're deleting bad feedback or manipulating ratings to fool customers. If you want a genuine, relaxing spa experience, avoid this place at all costs!!!

It wasn't like any other hot-stone massage i received before. This one was actually a combination of swedish, shiatsu, SE Asia and reflexology "highlighted" with hot stones. I didn't need to tell Jessie, my therapist, about the tension in my shoulders. She found it and got rid of all the knots. She spent a considerable amount of time and pressure on my shoulders. The massage was very thorough and very relaxing. The only negative point I have is that the massage rooms aren't "real rooms". They're three walls (not completely to the ceiling and the 4th wall is a curtain. Because of this, you can hear a lot of outside noise which may distract you from fully relaxing. She worked on my entire body and even found areas that I didn't know I had issues with! By the time I woke up the next morning, ALL my soreness was gone and I felt spry and ready for the competition. I even ended up finishing 5th overall in my division for my first time competing! I give all the credit to Steph for getting me ready, and not in pain, for the competition. I loved her massage so much that we've already established that I'll be going the day before any competition I do from now on cuz you definitely can't mess with a good luck charm!
