Staff on site; Valentina, Jasmine, Lauren…read more Context: Came here for the 30 minute free class session with Valentina. Review is only for the 30 minutes. Inside: Equipment, storage, vibe, lighting, ambience, everything was extremely clean, well laid out, and easy to navigate. Boxes to put your items before classes are easily laid out. Gear that you might want to buy are plentiful. The Pilates machines themselves are in fantastic condition. Validated through using them during the 30 minutes session. In addition, the TRX and light free weights were clean, no complaints at all. Staff: Valentina tough our 30 minute free session. She was very educational. The class is tailored during everyone - therefore level is basic. If you came in expecting your free session to push - personalized to what you want - that's not what you're going to get. Lower your expectations or understand how these fitness clubs work. That said, they are very open to discussing your goals from Lauren to Jasmine (Front desk). 15/10 for staff. Everyone was super friendly. I tend to ask 21 questions and they answered them all with patience. Class: Note - this is a level for beginners to ensure people know the basics of Pilates. From an educational, machine, and experience standpoint - I really enjoyed the class. Keep in mind : If you're going into Pilates, already years into gymnastics or was an athlete since you were young and trained under coaches, don't expect to know what you will be purchasing if you sign on from the first class. Assess your situation. Is meditation, strength and mental enough? If so maybe Yoga is enough. If weight lifting is your aim but your missing motivation, Pilates can be the middle ground between Yoga and Weight lifting that gets you re-motivated. It all comes down to what you want. Ultimately my wife and I will discuss this and get back to them. Want to thank Club Pilates for hosting these events and for making the logistics so easy. 5 stars experience. 15/10 staff and inside vibe, machinery, everything!!

Being new to the neighborhood, continuing my workout routine was very important to me. I was so…read morehappy to have found this gem only a 5 minute walk away on a very convenient street! There is always ample 2hr street parking w a bunch of accessible markets, shops and restaurants around. The staff is always so welcoming and the classes make me feel so accomplished every day! There is a range of classes and levels depending on how you feel and you are able to book a couple weeks worth of classes at a time! My favorites are with Leeza, Bonnie, Kelly and Claudia. Best part with my passport pass is that I'm allowed to take a class at all participating studios in the country which makes it easy to keep up with my routine while traveling :) Very happy I joined!!!

These classes offer an awesome total-body workout that have really helped to add tone and definition! After only a few classes I could tell my upper body strength had vastly improved, something I often struggle with. Plus the pole dance classes are so much fun and always have great jams :) The trampoline aerobics class is a serious sweat session. If you're looking for a great mix of cardio and strength training, this is your class. Also a good option if you have hip or knee issues as the trampoline helps negate the impact.

I first attended with my friends for a ladies' night and decided to continue. Throughout the years I have attended a few other studios in NJ and decided to stick with Femme Body. I've attended her other classes but in the last 3 months, I've been consistent with Pole Fitness and Pilates and Yoga classes. I have never written a review but I felt I needed for this. Pole fitness is like anything else in life, it does not happen overnight. I want to mention I am 35 years old with no type of flexibility. Attending these classes have given me hope on crossing things out my bucket list I never thought I could do, like a headstand. I'm not there yet but thanks to my Pilates and Yoga class I am one step closer after my third try. I am one of those students that always feel that I am not capable of doing the steps or the swings. Carmen always pushes me to my max because she understands how insecure I can feel. If she didn't push me, I'd probably be exactly where it started. I have no discipline with the gym, but with pole fitness, I never have to debate if I want to go or not. I love the fact each girl has her own pole. I've never felt alone here. If I'm stuck Carmen or any of the other instructors always give me individual attention. All the girls help each other, it does not matter if one is a beginner or advanced. This is one of the biggest reasons why I chose Femme Body.
