Raisa's Tuesday evening is more upbeat and higher energy (she also adjusts to what the majority is looking for that day). Loved the sound bath healing that Raisa did. She has such a calming yet energetic presence. So restorative and peaceful. Surprised the one negative review- but one thing to keep in mind is that they do have a start time and may lock the door for safety once the class starts. There's a bell at the street entrance if you need it. It's a small studio so they don't use a front desk person- you buy your ticket online and the instructor greets you. I've never had a problem with the set up

I just joined a week ago…read more In the short amount of time I've been practicing, my muscle strength and hamstring flexibility have increased. I feel calmer. And it's a special space for me: an oasis, where I can rest my weary mind and heart for awhile. I look forward to each class session. I am challenged by both my teacher and myself. I have had classes with just about every instructor by now, and I like them all. I have yet to feel judged, looked down upon, or pushed beyond my safe limits by anyone; Revolution Yoga is a safe haven for me to comfortably explore my boundaries and work to grow beyond them. I look forward to being a member here for as long as my finances and living situation allow. What a gem this place is, and how lucky I am to have it nearby.

Most of the places I went were repetitious, boring and not productive but Pilates In Style has been an incredible find. Maryellen Greco, the owner, is dedicated and incredibly attentive to her clients positioning and individual needs. Every workout is different but I always have to readjust my rearview mirror when I get into the car after a session because I am sitting so much taller.
