I started going to B-Sculpting May 2020. Immediately I felt like it was a Great Investment for Myself. Mr. Pete and Mrs. Barbara Make you feel like you have just entered into their home. I needed a reduction on my Arms and wanted a Glute lift, and I could see the difference within the second Session, I was more than pleased, and saw a big difference in my clothing. ALL of The Staff are so friendly, and knowledgeable. Seeing them was the Highlight of my Day. I have had a few Surgeries, and I am scarred up pretty bad, They always made me feel comfortable in my Body no (Judgment Zone), and were very encouraging thru out my process. A very bad experience, I agree with Mojitos F. and with D.P who claimed they injured her stomach, the microblading has to be corrected by a someone else, I was afraid to go back to the woman who damage my eyebrows at that place. The body sculpting treatment burn my stomach, I had to go to a clinic in Mexico. I know they will answer me with nasty response. Sooner or later, they will be in court as defendants. Not professional at all! They posted a special on Social Media, I immediately messaged the poster requesting an appointment under the discounted price. The appointment was made and confirmed. When i showed up for my scheduled appointment, they had no record of me anywhere. The person i (thought i was messaging with) set the appointment with, Barbara Finally came out of her office and immediately began to get defensive and had an attitude. I was told a "Tech" was using that phone under her social media account, but no one had any idea who (sorry, but as a business owner myself, i always know who is sitting at the desk as the face of the company, regardless of what time of day it is) No one wanted to take ownership for screwing up my appointment I'll find another salon to do business with, NOT a good way to start a relationship. read more

If I could give 0 star I would. First of all if you buy a group just know you will get sample session not full sessions. I was chocked when I was told that. Also while I was doing the sessions her practice moved to her home and I was not notified about it. She should have asked her clients if they were ok with it or if they need a refund. I was not notified about it and I was not ok with that either. This was during the holidays and my schedule was crazy with travel and a possibility of moving out of states and I told her I could not continue with the sessions. Barbara did not care and was not understandable and did not refund my money no matter what. I bought full sessions and end up getting a sample session and had to call her out on that as well. You have to watch what you are getting because they will promise you something and give you something else. She claim to be understandable but she has no mercy in keeping your money. I came here from a promotional Facebook ad and came in for my consultation and they were very knowledgeable and professional and let me know I needed to return later for the face uplift because I had recently received Botox and they didn't want it to affect the Botox, which I was very grateful for ( I love my Botox) so I am returning today for the uplift and I will post a before and after pic later. read more

I purchased several expensive packages from Bodiac. I had 4 sessions left for my stomach reduction and was injured badly so I was not able to finish the sessions. I am also moving out of Arizona now and won't be able to heal in time to finish up. I requested a refund of the remaining sessions only to be told that I can't get a refund. Just like all theses shady companies do, they tell you that they can be transferred to a friend. On top of all this I had eight sessions on my stomach and absolutely no reduction of fat at anytime. Do not waste your money here! Especially when they can't even refund for very valid reasons. They just steal the money from you. read more

Attention GROUPON clients....Make sure you buy the groupon before scheduling your appointment and you will need to tell them you will use the groupon for the first appointment/treatment. If you call before buying the groupon, they will tell you to buy it there but they don't tell you that you will pay for the first treatment and then you can buy the groupon to start it at the next appointment OR they will offer you a custom treatment "based on your needs", which is 10X compared to the groupon. Keep in mind that you will always need a better treatment. The esthetician and receptionist were really nice but the owner was rude and didn't want to admit what the did was misleading. 4/6 The owner just relied to my message for the second time and changed her entire message to me. She is probably confusing me with another client. I never agreed to 3 treatments for $99. I was only interested in the Groupon for 6 treatments, that is all mentioned in the phone call and no 3 modalities was mentioned. I didn't know there was 3 modalities in 1 treatment until after the treatment was done. She said something about posting in square, I don't even know what that is. I'm sure she is confusing me with someone else. Anyway, I think the front desk was nice and probably forgot to mention the 3 modalities up front for $99 before buying the coupon or that's how they make their money. She said she waived a cancelation fee? I never made another appointment, therefore, never cancelled anything. Again, she is confusing me! The esthetician was friendly and informative while doing the procedures. My only concern was that I was never told that I would try all 3 modalities for $99 before buying the Groupon. Im sure they have good services but it's just how they didn't informed me up front. I recommend buying it before going in and telling them you only want the Groupon service, no other services. I had a facial, body treatment, and face/neck treatment at Bodiac Sculpting. Not only did I get great results specifically for my skin/facial concerns but I was very relaxed and had a great time. All of the stuff was friendly and took very good care of me. Mileya did my facial and I felt like she customized it really well for me and made me very relaxed and peaceful the whole time. I was only able to do one body treatment while I was in town and I still managed to lose 3 inches from my abdomen! *Don't waste your time or money* I recieved four thermal treatments on my face and neck, plus an additional ultrasounic treatment on the same area at Bodiac Sculpting starting in June 2019. During my first appointment, the technician wanted to upsell me for almost $800 of additional treatments. I said that I wanted to finish my current series of treatments and see the results first before I purchased more. Well, I'm so glad I did not invest! I finished my final treatment over 8 weeks ago, and I will confirm that I have not seen any results on my face and neck whatsoever after five treatments and eight weeks of healing. Zero. Nada. Zilch. Not one fine line looks better, my skin is not smoother, the skin around my neck has not improved, none of my skin has tightened at all, no pores have been diminished even a little - I mean, absolutely ZERO results. I was scheduling a 3 service package appointment unsure of whether or not I would keep the upgraded package or stick with the one service that came with the groupon, which I let them know. My appointment was set for 3, the gal at the front asked if we could switch it for 2:45 because we might go over their closing time if I did keep the full package. I said that was fine and we switched it for 2:45, and I promised to be prompt with letting them know if I decided not to keep it. Although I could have called them the day before the appointment, I made sure to call them a week out to let them know I would not be keeping the full package so they could book an appointment after me if they needed. Day of my appointment I was running about 5 minutes late and I called them to let them know. They said that they had booked another full package directly after me (in the time slot they initially told me was too close to closing time) and since they were already going to be staying 45 minutes past their close time they would either cut my services short, or they would charge me $50 to reschedule. Then when I showed up the gal spent a couple minutes on the phone with the next client giving them directions, cutting further into my apparently minuscule appointment window. After getting off the phone she informed me my options were to receive shortened services or reschedule with a hefty fee. I understand I was running a little late, but come on, it takes me 40 minutes to drive out there. It's not my fault you overbooked yourselves, you can't give me 5 minutes of your time when you were part of the reason I was late, and you wouldn't have had opportunity to take that last big appointment had I not been as flexible and upfront as possible. I felt like a second class customer, which happens sometimes when you get the groupons. Still a bummer. I left and went to the gym instead. read more

I then purchased a package of 10 body sculpting treatments and am going on my 3rd session now. Barb mentioned it'll be closer to 10 treatments for my specific area I'm working on, so I'll come back and update the review when that is complete in Sept. Extremely friendly staff that is very welcoming and very good deals on bundling products to get exactly what you're looking for. Bodiac sculpting is great. Currently, covid is a thing and they are taking obvious precautions that make you feel really comfortable right when you walk in (disinfected pens clearly labeled, masks and gloves worn by all and expected for clients). The woman at the front desk was kind and welcoming. I found out about Bodiac after my husband purchased a Groupon for their massage back in Feb, and then went back in May for their body sculpting services. At his first appointment he'd been given some info on other packages that may fit his needs/wants which he decided to go with, and has been happy with so far! The owners (Barbara who is super sweet) was kind enough to do a facial giveaway, and I was excited to try it, as I've never had one but have been wanting to get into a regime. Mileya an esthetician there did my facial and wow! It was so relaxing (and I don't relax easily) and I felt comfortable asking questions. She is knowledgeable, gentle, and gives you info as she goes along that I'd hoped to get, but might not have asked about! A LOT goes into their facial, which was surprising to me in a really good way. I could probably get a facial every single day. I've scheduled to return for another facial as well as their HD facial. Do not trust this establishment. I purchased a package of 4 treatments from groupon. My first appointment was with the owner Barbara. She spent a lot of time with me and offered an additional treatment at no charge so I could see the results. My service was very nice and relaxing and my skin felt amazing. Barbara tried to sell me the additional service with the package I already purchased for an additional $95. per treatment. I agreed to purchase the next treatment only. When I checked out, I was charged for the next treatment in 2 weeks, so I paid it and left. The next treatment was given by her husband and I didn't feel that I received the same additional service that I paid for. Barbara said I did. When I checked out, I was charged again another $95.00. Basically she did not stand by her word that she threw in the additional treatment (that I did not request) the first time. She had an attitude and I didn't want to make a scene so I paid it. I scheduled the remaining sessions and did not get the additional service. The night before my last treatment, I was informed that I didn't have any sessions left and I would be charged the next day for my appointment. They just really don't have their act together and are very pushy about up-charging. I will never return. read more
