Last year (May 2025), I purchased 46 T-shirts for my kindergarten End of the Year Celebration. I ordered 24 youth shirts and 22 adult shirts. The design turned out better than I expected and my student's families were very happy. The shirt was meant to be worn once but I have seen many of my former students wear them multiple times throughout this school year. I've worn and washed my shirt several times and it is still in great condition. I ordered Dark Heather T-Shirts with White Imprint Color. I also ordered one Safety Pink with White Imprint Color which I haven't worn or washed. I saved it as a sample shirt for this school year. I plan on making another order for this year's End of the Year Celebration. This year, I am giving my students' families the option of purchasing BLACK or Safety PINK. Our classroom mascots are Bunnies, and our classroom colors are pink, black, and white. My students last year begged me to order pink shirts, but I had already ordered the grey. I'm not much for writing negative reviews, but unfortunately I was a bit disheartened by their service. I purchased a shirt recently at the Sun and Sea Festival, the service at the vendor booth was very friendly and ready to help. Unfortunately, after one wear, the shirt started coming apart at the seams. I reached out through a message over a week ago, with this concern along with prospective business for my own brand, since they came highly recommended. I have yet to receive a response. I called a few days later, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and a young man answered. I explained my concern and requested if there was any way that they could fix it. I don't think he was the owner because he didn't seem too assertive or professional with his answers. I wasn't looking for a refund. He said there wasn't anything he could do because it was worn and that I could try sewing it or hiring someone else to do it. I've been sewing for years and can definitely fix it myself, but that wasn't the point for me. I don't see the need to pay more money in order to fix the poor quality after such a short period of time. read more

I ordered a custom polo shirt through my work. I didn't do a thorough check of my shirt before I washed it. When putting it on I noticed a hole. I immediately returned it, but I was denied an exchange or return. Buyer beware, check your product before accepting your order and definitely before washing it as directed before first use. Now I'm out $20 for a shirt that has a hole in the middle of the chest. I hope that our company reconsiders their business account with Boca Rio for poor customer service and not standing behind their product. read more
