We paid close to $400 for 10 hoodies with the word SUNRISE spelled wrong. Back portrait photo is very pixilated and already fell off on one hoodie. Normally wouldnt care to write a review. But receiving my dads hoodies in THIS quality on the day of his services, sucked. We wore them anyways, took photos in them. Disappointed to say the least. No refund. But they offered to fix the spelling. I just have to ask my family for all the hoodies back & take the day off to drive to San Diego to fix this mistake. Super inconvenient. Wish they'd payed more attention to their job. For a grieving family this is the last thing we want to deal with fixing. We probably won't even go back for the spelling fix. I took the sweater back and and they offered to correct the mistake and asked me to come back in 15 mins. When I returned, I was then given the same sweater back with the additional "s" removed. This left a residue where the "S" was and a large gap between the words. What a cheap fix and waste of $55. Not to mention the poor customer service, with the staff always on their phones its hard to get their attention when you're interested in making a purchase. I wonder how many sales a day they lose due to this. But if you're lucky enough to get someone to help you, best double and triple check the work before you leave because their lack of attention will lead to mistakes that will be poorly corrected. What stood out to me the most however was the service. I've been in contact with Mostafa throughout this job and he gave me a very great deal. He wasn't there when I came by to make the order/pick them up, but I know it's because he's a busy man and is probably needed in other locations. In his stead, I dealt with Abraham and he was super helpful and friendly. When I picked up the jerseys, I was greeted by Nadir and he was just as helpful, and he was very positive and even complimented my logo. Been here 3 times already for custom hoodies and shirts and everything came out great. Adam helped me on two occasions and I am very pleased with his customer service. There was another guy that helped me but I did not get the chance to get his name. He was also nice like Adam but he was very soft spoken. I wish he would be more chatty, in a way where he can give his input about the designs. The reason I am only giving them 4 stars is because the sizing of their shirts are kind of weird. When I was choosing between a small and medium size shirts for the kids size, it seems like the shirts only difference is the width and the length is almost similar. So for my third visit, I just brought my own shirts. (which you guys can do) My suggestion when going to this kiosk is that you come in early. I mean it.... like as soon as they open. On my second visit, close to 11 am on a Friday, I spent some time because the customer ahead of me had 3 shirts printed, and of course they had to create the designs first and stuff. Not only that but there were 2 other customers waiting as well with only one guy working, so for customers who don't have a lot of time and patience, I can see this being a nuisance. It is such a plus that it is inside the mall. (across lens and crafters) With the transactions I had with them, I let them take their time while I shopped around. Amazing place to get custom tee shirts made. Very professional and very passionate about their work. We had shirts made elsewhere which were very poorly done and left us disappointed. We called a few places and no one could make our shirts as soon as we needed them. I remembered I had a shirt made for my son about 2 years ago for his birthday at Customized Teez SD and gave them a call, said they could possibly get our shirts done the same day depending on what we wanted. Went in showed them the shirts we originally had made and they worked with us as best as they could on price and on the design.
