Very good prices and great professionalism. I will take all of my custom printing to these professional individuals. They have done an incredible job on my team jerseys and our shooting T-shirts. Very fast turn around time and very reasonable prices. They are the best and I recommend them to anyone looking for custom printing on anything you can think of. read more

I took a shirt to get embroidery done on it sells person said it will be ready in 3 days called 3 days later and he said come on Tuesday that's over a week I showed up to pick up the shirt and nothing was done to it HORRIBLE service I got my refund back what a waste of time read more

We paid close to $400 for 10 hoodies with the word SUNRISE spelled wrong. Back portrait photo is very pixilated and already fell off on one hoodie. Normally wouldnt care to write a review. But receiving my dads hoodies in THIS quality on the day of his services, sucked. We wore them anyways, took photos in them. Disappointed to say the least. No refund. But they offered to fix the spelling. I just have to ask my family for all the hoodies back & take the day off to drive to San Diego to fix this mistake. Super inconvenient. Wish they'd payed more attention to their job. For a grieving family this is the last thing we want to deal with fixing. We probably won't even go back for the spelling fix. I purchased this sweater as a birthday gift. It contained a typo in the writing "Gracies's Mom" instead of Gracie's Mom". I took the sweater back and and they offered to correct the mistake and asked me to come back in 15 mins. When I returned, I was then given the same sweater back with the additional "s" removed. This left a residue where the "S" was and a large gap between the words. What a cheap fix and waste of $55. Not to mention the poor customer service, with the staff always on their phones its hard to get their attention when you're interested in making a purchase. I wonder how many sales a day they lose due to this. But if you're lucky enough to get someone to help you, best double and triple check the work before you leave because their lack of attention will lead to mistakes that will be poorly corrected. I won't be returning. read more

I've had a lot of shirts and jerseys done over the years and these guys are the best I've ever done business with. The quality is great and it was all done fast. What stood out to me the most however was the service. I've been in contact with Mostafa throughout this job and he gave me a very great deal. He wasn't there when I came by to make the order/pick them up, but I know it's because he's a busy man and is probably needed in other locations. In his stead, I dealt with Abraham and he was super helpful and friendly. When I picked up the jerseys, I was greeted by Nadir and he was just as helpful, and he was very positive and even complimented my logo. Like I said, I've been to a lot of printing shops in SD, and there was always some type of an issue: high prices, bad quality, or rude employees. But these guys were great and I had absolutely no problem. I will most definitely come back to have more stuff done. read more

Been here 3 times already for custom hoodies and shirts and everything came out great. Adam helped me on two occasions and I am very pleased with his customer service. There was another guy that helped me but I did not get the chance to get his name. He was also nice like Adam but he was very soft spoken. I wish he would be more chatty, in a way where he can give his input about the designs. The reason I am only giving them 4 stars is because the sizing of their shirts are kind of weird. When I was choosing between a small and medium size shirts for the kids size, it seems like the shirts only difference is the width and the length is almost similar. So for my third visit, I just brought my own shirts. (which you guys can do) My suggestion when going to this kiosk is that you come in early. I mean it.... like as soon as they open. On my second visit, close to 11 am on a Friday, I spent some time because the customer ahead of me had 3 shirts printed, and of course they had to create the designs first and stuff. Not only that but there were 2 other customers waiting as well with only one guy working, so for customers who don't have a lot of time and patience, I can see this being a nuisance. It is such a plus that it is inside the mall. (across lens and crafters) With the transactions I had with them, I let them take their time while I shopped around. I highly recommend this place and would definitely be back. read more

ADAMwow we are so thankful for your awesome service! We came to the mall on a busy Saturday and he helped us tremendously with class and professionalism! I recently made a large order for my organization's conference and I couldn't be happier with the results! We received lots of compliments on the volunteer shirts and the quality of the design was nice. The customer service was amazing, they were so helpful when it came to helping me create my vision of the shirts. They were also very quick in their response time and the making of the shirts, which I very much appreciate. I will definitely come here again for any t-shirt printing needs. read more

Got a large order of shirts made here for my conference this past Saturday, and Mustapha was extremely helpful and understanding (and super punctual) throughout the whole process, as well as offering to price match with another business. I'll definitely be sharing this company with any others who might be interested in having shirts made, and coming back for future projects! read more

I was looking for a shop that can make shirts for my car club and this place went above and beyond. I ordered 25 shirts and they were all made exactl to how I wanted it. Excellent quality and super fast manufacturing. Most shops quoted me that it would take days, but this took less than a day... a few hours actually. The owners and employees are all very kind and helpful. If you have any questions they're more than happy to help. Overall I love the products and service. This will be my go to place for shirts. read more

If you are looking for amazing customer service and high quality printing, this is the place to go! I got in touch with Mustapha about a week before placing a large order of tees for a charity organization I am associated with. He was incredibly efficient about responding to my emails, which I appreciated, since I had a made my inquiry rather last minute. Not only that, I really appreciated his attention to detail. He asked questions about my designs that I would not have considered, and he was very precise with his mock-ups and estimates. Also, while I ordered a total of 4 different designs, 47 shirts and 3 jackets to get printed, everything was completed within a few business days, which was PERFECT for such a last minute decision! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their clothing personalized! Thank you Mustapha for your amazing customer service! read more

My friends and I thought it would be a great idea to get T-shirts made for our friend's bachelor party, the only problem was that it was super last minute and not too many printing companies would let you use your own custom picture and have it ready in a day or two, we needed 18 shirts made and had 48 hours before our flight. We contacted Customized Teez SD and got in touch with Mustapha, he was so friendly and easy to work with as he was able to put our ideas on a shirt exactly the way we wanted them. Not just the fact that he got the shirts done in time, he also provided us with the best price. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. 5 stars and more. read more

Amazing place to get custom tee shirts made. Very professional and very passionate about their work. We had shirts made elsewhere which were very poorly done and left us disappointed. We called a few places and no one could make our shirts as soon as we needed them. I remembered I had a shirt made for my son about 2 years ago for his birthday at Customized Teez SD and gave them a call, said they could possibly get our shirts done the same day depending on what we wanted. Went in showed them the shirts we originally had made and they worked with us as best as they could on price and on the design. These shirts mean a lot to us because we had them made for my uncle who just passed. Not only did the shirts come out amazing, they stayed over time to get the shirts (all 15) done the same day. We didn't mind going back at 9:30 pm to pick them up. We are so grateful and thankful for these guys. Can't wait to do business with them again. read more
