I was greeted warmly and given an iPad (with a keyboard) to register. The office was lovely and clean. I did not have to wait, which was great because I was pretty sick and feeling awful. I was seen promptly by Orly Matheson. (She is a PA) Orly was knowledgeable and professional but also warm and very kind. It turned out I was suffering from a kidney infection. Orly provided swift care including an antibiotic injection, an injection for pain and a prescription for oral antibiotics. I am 100% sure she saved me from having to go to the hospital. Much to my surprise, I got a phone call that evening from Orly checking in on me to make sure I was not feeling worse--in which case she would have recommended I go to the ER. She also called me on Saturday. I received an unprecedented level of care at Revival Health. Needless to say, this is now my go-to facility for Urgent Care needs for my family and I will also be going to see Orly as my primary care provider.

I called and left a message, days later still no response so I called and spoke to front desk. You can reliably expect to wait 45-60 minutes past your scheduled appointment, with no communication or acknowledgment of the delay. It shows a complete disregard for patients' time and schedules. Communication is equally frustrating. Phone calls are routinely not returned, and when someone does call back, there is almost never any follow-through. You have to call multiple times -- sometimes five or more -- just to get basic tasks handled. Referrals, paperwork, and simple requests that should take minutes turn into week-long follow-up exercises. The clinical care may be fine, but the administrative side of this office is poorly managed and extremely inefficient. Patients should not have to chase a medical office to get routine matters addressed. Until this practice makes serious improvements to its operations and respect for patients' time, I cannot recommend it.

I really did feel like she had my best interest at heart. We redid my blood test, which wasn't any different, and she consulted with Dr. Simkin to make a decision on clearing me. She went above and beyond! I have to say; I have not had good luck with doctors in Florida at all since moving here a year ago. They all seem to only care about money. Then I received a letter stating that she was dropping me as a patient, but that since I had abnormal labs, I should find another provider urgently! I am a professional and could not imagine treating a client this way. The staff is condescending and uncaring both in the waiting room and on the phone (if they answer). Go to Baptist Health instead where they treat patients with care.
