I had the computer checked out and the hard drive was fried and could not be salvaged. The only alternative was to get a new computer or a refurbished one. On Friday, I went see Kevin and he showed my some refurbished computers that were within my price range. He took the time to speak with my son, (who is more computer literate than me) and we came to a decision of an HP laptop. It comes with a one years warranty and Kevin offered to have me call him anytime during the weekend if I needed help. He also, put a virus protection application on the laptop free of charge. I was satisfied with my purchase. He was professional and courteous and assisted me as quickly as possible. I definitely will be going back to Turners computer in Newport, NC.

Ever heard the phrase, "service after the sale?" Ask yourself if you can name a company that truly…read moreprovides service after the sale. One answer should be AUDIO INTERIORS in Morehead City, NC. Find their web site at www.audiointeriors.biz. Here is my experience: 10 years (that's TEN years) "after the sale" - or the purchase and installation of my audio system in our new home in Indian Beach, NC we shifted from Time Warner Cable (now Spectrum) to Direct TV. A few things (Zone 2 audio to be specific) weren't working like they used to work. At 11:05AM today I called Danny Dixon of Audio Interiors. Explained my problem. He checked his database of customer names, found me - and said that at 3:30 PM his technicians would be on site. AND THEY WERE!. (Here at the beach, that's not the norm for some contractors). The techs were in and out in half an hour. They identified the configuration issue, added an analog audio cable and were gone. Excellent Service which left me with all of my arms and legs intact and hardly a dent in my wallet. Audio Interiors - highly recommended!

I had several items broken, packing was very subpar, and experienced delivery delays because the crew and truck were "impounded" by law enforcement due to their actions, and I lost money. I believe the owner wanted to do the right thing, but I received mostly untruths. Very sad, very frustrating. Use caution and do due diligence to confirm whether they have proper insurance for their work. Prior to my move, I had recommended them to dear friends who suffered monetary losses far greater than I did. I would never use them again.
