When I brought my complaint to the store manager's attention, he offered generous compensation or entire replacement (even with different brands)! While we waited for the replacements, they let us keep the furniture until replacements arrived and then donated the substandard ones to a charity. The store manager, Jim Stricker, worked exceptionally hard to make sure we were fully satisfied. This level of customer care is something you do not find often.
