It doesn't take five people to unload a trailer of tires and then let people skip you, just like that I guess I'll pay someone to rotate my tires. I think I am getting my tires somewhere else now. Very frustrating 3 weeks this has been.

I been coming here for years and they basically ruined me ever coming back here. I have spent money on 2 trailers, 2 trucks, RV. I absolutely will never be shopping here again. After speaking with the manager finally made things right/better. It really shouldn't have taken that though. When road force is high on an initial tire it should have been sent back.

I ended up calling Rusty's as a referral from my Body shop manager. I do not regret the call. Not only did they save me a few hundred dollars for install, it was done in a few hours. Everyone there were courteous and talkative with customers, telling us/them every detail of work and cost, which is great. No surprises. Then just had a front end problem which was an emergency.
