It's nice that it's so packed with variety I guess, but no one ever knows where anything specifically is when I'm asking them, and it seems like it's not very thoughtfully curated by whoever is ordering everything (some things are obviously the "good" brand of things, while others seem like they came from the Oriental Trading Company catalog.) Seems like it's designed just for browsing and impulse-buying of Le Creuset teacups rather than to service people at home actually experimenting with and (trying to!) make creative food on the reg for their families. I went next door to Woodbelly Pizza to grab a bite while my knife was sharpened. It was recommended by Rocket Leathercraft, good choice. When I returned I was just in time to see my previously EXTREMELY dull knife being tested.
