Great food, fun little arcade in the back. The games need to be fixed but overall was a good time

First time ordering here - i ordered on the phone to go. Lady who answered was Very Friendly and efficient- she went over our order confirming everything- she then told me a total so I could bring enough cash. They only take cash or check but don't worry if you don't carry them they have an ATM machine. Pick up was easy. Plenty of parking. The bbq pork sandwich was tasty. The pizzas are thin crust- We had the pepperoni and cheese which was good but the pizzas with everything- delicious- plenty of cheese and ingredients. Definitely plan on ordering here. read more

A superb family oriented pizza place. Pizza is easily some of the best pizza I've ever had. Staff is very profession and efficient. Strongest possible recommendation! read more

After seeing all of the positive comments about this restaurant, we decided to drive out to Vass and revisit it. What a disaster. The place is filthy. I watched an employee making salads for 'to go' orders and she put her bare hands into the salad compartments to grab lettuce and tomatoes. So gross. An employee came out and sat in the dining room to have a conversation on his phone. He actually was talking about deodorant for women that they can "use between their legs". I'm not kidding. This is the most low rent restaurant in Moore County. Beware. read more

Bob's Pizza - Man on his phone making inappropriate comments. - Pizza Near Me - Vass, North Carolina

Seriously, the pizza could be a winner, however for some reason it only comes out of the oven one way, burnt. I even asked when I ordered it to please not over cook it. Obviously, the cook didn't like that request and cooked it even more. Too bad, because I'd like to support a local business. read more

The pizza is terrible. A frozen pizza from the grocery store and prepared at home is better and cheaper.

This is my favorite pizza in the area! Friendly owners. Great place for a birthday party! It's a bargain too. Thanks y'all! read more

Great Pizza, great price. Delicious tea. If you want some good thin pizza this is the place. We had the Bob's Around The World and still had plenty to take home. Under $20 for pizza and tea and we didn't leave hungry. read more

Excellent thin crust pizza! We have ordered every Friday night for years!! Courteous staff; delicious pizza!!

Great pizza. Wonderfully thin and crispy crust. Service is always friendly, even when they are bogged down. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the parking can be a little dicey at times and they don't take cards. read more

Our pizza was great and we had excellent service. We love this style of pizza! And the salad bar was very fresh.

Excellent thin crust pizza, not much to the place but it hits the spot every time. Has a little arcade in the back that the kids enjoy

Bobs has the absolute BEST pizza I've had from anywhere! I really love its thin crust, 5 Stars for me !

Bob's has a definite local following and it was doing a nice business when I was there. The service was good and very pleasant. Pizza was prepared quickly and the price is great. The pizza itself was kind of blah, okay but not great. read more

It was okay just north the style of pizza I prefer. Service was good. This restaurant is one of those the locals like it kind of place.

Great pizza for a very reasonable price. Very nice staff. While cash only, does have an ATM on site.

Best pizza anywhere - crispy cracker-like crust with lots of topping choices. And prices are amazing!

Excellent pizza at a great price! Highly recommend, Bob 's Special Pizza and cheese with bacon, they were both excellent!

Great service and a really nice home style feel. The staff is always pleasant. The pizza makes me feel like I am back home and having dinner with my Italian neighbors. My wife and I like to visit and make it our date night meal. read more

My first time trying. I thought why not? My rating is not for the food. The food was surprisingly better than it looked. The diner is small, and not much to look at. It seems to be an old diner, with minimal decor and anything inviting about it. I called in my order ahead, and when I arrived I saw a sign at the door that said cash only. Thank goodness I had cash because otherwise I wouldn't have known otherwise. The pizza is not visually appealing and is a big sloppy. I was almost worried it wasn't going to be good. However, the pizza was quite tasty. The sauce isn't super impressive but that was masked by the extra pepperoni I had on my pie. The prices are incredibly cheap so it makes it worth your while. I think for me the lower rating is when i came in and all three employees saw me standing at the counter and stared at me from the open kitchen/ cashier area and no one smiled said hello or anything. Several minutes of standing there, finally the waitress who was in the back and off to the side came and greeted me and handled my service. She was lovely and very nice. The pizza crust is pretty amazing though, and is impressively thin. I do think Sopies or Vic's make an entirely better pie but this is a sort of unique- American diner family owned version of a super thin and decent pie. It's kid friendly for the prices, although there isn't anything I saw in the diner specifically for kids. read more

I love bob's pizza! I always have to have some when I'm at my parents, in southern pines. Plus, you can't beat their gallon of sweet tea for $3. Just a good ol, yummy, family owned business. read more

What a hidden jem on HWY US 1! Stopped by on a Friday at 4 PM, very friendly staff and owners. They're very proud of their restaurant and food and they should be! We ordered a Bob's Special pizza, thin crust with all the toppings and a homemade sauce was absolutely great! Pizza's cooked on stone so the crust is the best! Great fresh salad bar, help yourself. Menu had various subs and sandwiches, perhaps next time. By 5 PM is was getting busy with local traffic, a place the locals go and know about! Highly recommended and great prices, big stars for this simple place. Family oriented and no beer it alcohol served, we were ok with that too. read more

Look I've had pizza in hundreds of different joints around the country and if you like thin crust pizza it absolutely doesn't get better than Bob's. Grew up here, and Bob doesn't toss the dough any longer but someone who worked with him does. Continuity at its finest a long standing business that still does it as good as ever. Full of families and diners every time they are open so call ahead for take-out, plus they don't take bank cards. read more

Service is friendly and prompt and amazing family oriented. Will never get tired of this pizza! The kids have fun with the games as well.

Literally been going here for 30+ years. Pizza is average, but the experience is great. Family friendly with lots of games and pool tables to entertain kids while you wait on the pizza. Original art work covers the walls and Bob's collection of toy cars fills display cases all over the restaurant. This place was a trendy spot before trendy spots were even a thing. There's nothing like it. Great place to hold a child's birthday party with private party room and their Christmas decorations rival the mpvie Christmas vacation any day! read more

By far the worst pizza establishment I have EVER been to. It's old, dirty, Gerry rigged and is VERY out dated! The pizza was terrible the crust was too thin, sauce was too garlicky and the cheese what just too cheesy those three elements that make up a great pie never congealed it was terrible. We will NOT be going back. I may have been something in it's day but today it's very junkie and extremely out dated. I needs a total face lift inside and out and the pizza could use allot of attention as well considering it's what Bob is advertising! read more

Love this thin crusted pizza. Family atmosphere. Super staff.

The food was mediocre and service was terrible- the people working the counter seemed like you were bothering them, as a first and one time customer- I wouldn't consider this place to be the flavor of NC, unless NC leaves a bad taste in your mouth... I'd take Dominos in the future over this highway side slophouse read more
