I was born and raised in Odessa and am definitely more familiar with some of the other shops over on 8th street lol but I decided to give them a shot because they offered the best deal on a short time frame. (Definitely browse their website as all their designs are gorgeous!) I ordered the Designer's Choice (modest) for a bouquet for Mother's Day and since you're leaving it up to the florist to decide there aren't any picture like the rest of their items but do not be deterred! they did a wonderful job, and even put in a relevant themed vase/container which was a pleasant surprise! I'm very happy with the decision. I wanted to surprise my mom a bit early for Mother's Day since she's also coming to visit me for the actual day and Black Tulip Designs came through and blew me away and she was extremely happy for the gift as well :) Would definitely recommend them if you're looking for a change in scenery with the floral shops in Odessa. I always gave her yellow roses since I was a girl and I wanted to buy some for her in the hopes it would help her remember me. I'm immunocompromised and thus wear a mask when I go out in public. This shop does not approve. I was repeatedly told to speak up and that I couldn't be heard through the mask, which is a lie. I speak loudly and the shop is quiet. The only ambient noise is the refrigeration unit. There was nobody else in the shop. She heard just fine. After a couple minutes of this "I can't hear you" game, the woman flat out told me to take off my mask and made a joke about germ paranoia. I told her I am severeIy immunocompromised and was told by my doctor to wear it in public. She informed me he didn't know what he was talking about. A prime example of the Dunning-Kruger confirmation bias. A foolish woman who knows little about medical issues, but thinks she knows more than physicians who studied medicine for a decade. Disgusting. I left and will never go back.

Website was giving me issues when ordering so I called and spoke to someone and placed the order. Day of delivery my daughter sends me a picture and they were nothing like the website photo. The quality of the strawberries were horrible, they looked like they were made in a rush and for the amount I paid they should've looked professionally made. I called them and explained the situation, I was told they come in different varieties and not what's online. Not once did they mention this when I called and placed the order. She apologized and said she would have more delivered the next day that looked like the picture online. Next day came and no delivery!! I'm not a professional but my strawberries look 100x better

I told them to do some very special because this was a very special occasion. They never showed up, never called or did anything. Very unacceptable. The worst kind of service I've ever experienced in my 62 years of living on this earth.

Never in my life have I ever heard such horrible customer service skills in a business. By the way it was Valentine's day, but the way this lady acted it could have been the Day of Living Hell!
