This was kind of a last minute request and Michelle did not hesitate to help us and delivered the arrangements right on time! Even with a rush request she didn't charge extra for the arrangements. Ordered through their website for an important client's birthday. It never indicated that they would be closed for several days. I followed up and found out through their answering service that they were not open. Called them again and they didn't deliver the day they were back in business. Had to cancel as the customer service was not accommodating. Terrible way to run a business. No wonder they have bad reviews. Received my Valentine's delivery yesterday & sent a picture to my husband thanking him. He called me so disappointed telling me what I received in no way reflected what he had ordered on the phone with the florist. He had ordered a dozen roses with a few purple flowers, balloons & a large box of chocolates. I received a vase with 3 pink roses, some purple filler, 3 mauve lilies, a tiny box of chocolates & 2 balloons. It's hard enough working out of town for months on end & not being able to be with your loved ones on holidays & your husband tries to send you a surprise that he's excited about - to hear the major disappointment in his voice brought me to tears. My husband spent 182.00 at this business for Valentine's Day today. He told me they were supposed to be red and pink roses. I only received red. He also paid for a large box of chocolates. I received no chocolates. He called and was told that I could go by the shop and pick up the chocolates. Save your money unless you like to waste it and not receive anything worth that amount of money. Go to HEB. read more

I highly recommend Fancy Flowers for any occasion! After calling several places for a last minute emergency arrangement, Fancy Flowers was the only flower shop that took my order. The flower shop is decorated beautifully with an assortment of plants and flower arrangements. Best part of it all is the great Texas hospitality and a beautiful arrangement. A friend of mine received flowers from her son who is serving in Korea. She was so excited. With in the day the flowers started to die. After further inspection some of the stems were cut small. When she started to pull dead flowers she found them scotched taped to the vase! She is more upset that her son used his hard earned money for the horrible service! Stay away! read more

I would never buy anything in this store. A friend had Fancy Flowers deliver me a small flower arrangement. My friend were from N.C. Fancy Flowers had tried to deliver them to my house but I was not home at the time. So there was a note telling me I could pick up my flowers at the shop. When I arrived I was presented with this flower arrangement that was half dead. The daises were limp and the pink roses had brown all around them. I spoke to the manager which was very rude and not even trying to satisfy me with nothing but every excuse she could make but not willing to freshen the flowers up. All the workers were Mexicans and could barley speak good English. I am 100% dissatisfied. And can you believe they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee. IF YOU WANT A BEAUTIFUL ARRANGMENT PLEASE GO SOME WHERE ELSE. read more

I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional representatives of a business. If you want the bare minimum of customer service, DO NOT USE FANCY FLOWERS. I am completely appalled at the way this business chooses to treat customers. The disdain and sarcasm towards me from whomever I spoke to was thinly veiled at best, all for not being home during a deliver attempt (something completely unintentional on my part). This is the first and last time I will use Fancy Flowers. The flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday for a special occasion. Since I never received a confirmation at the end of the day, I called this morning and was told they were on the truck to be delivered today. No apology for not delivering yesterday and no communication letting us know why. It is now the end of day 2 and no one at the store can confirm if they were delivered or not. When I checked with my parents, they said the arrangement had not been delivered even though they charged my credit card 2 days ago. They have not returned my calls and they don't even have an email to contact them........Update on Day 3 we called this morning and were told that they did not have an order from us even though our credit card was charged and we have an email confirmation from their website. This is completely unacceptable and horrible service. read more

Fancy Flowers staff need a lesson in customer service. I ordered flowers for my Mother via their website, and they called this morning to let me know they wouldn't deliver to a County Road. Didn't matter that it was a paved road, it was still a County Road. Funny that they took my payment anyway, and told me I'd have to go back on line and see what I could do about that. I love "Fancy Flowers"! They have a great selection of flowers and arrangements to choose from. They will also custom design an arrangement for you. I recently purchased my wife a blue hydrangea. She was impressed with the striking blue color and the heartiness of it. After a few days she transplanted it outside and is thrilled how well it is doing. I received flowers from this store recently and after two days I decided to call and find out how long the guarantee was on their flowers because my vase with four roses had completely wilted. The woman who answered the phone sounded nice enough until I asked her if there was any guarantee she got upset. She then asked me why I needed to know. Eventually she told me the "guarantee" was for 24 hours! I have never come across a florists that has a guarantee that short. The H-E-B in town has a guarantee of 3 days! On top of all that my husband spent over $60 on four of their pathetically guaranteed roses. Never ever buying from this store again and I would never recommend them. read more
