The young man who assisted me, was working during my lunch about 12:00ish. He was so nice and courteous, he came outside to investigate my tail light and found the exact light, and even suggested the Mobile Station down the street, who fixed the issue for me, all within my 1 hour lunch time. I really feel he is an asset to your organization and wanted to say how nice he was especially for being so young. The professionalism and courtesy he gave me was much appreciated. Thank you, MJ

At the register, Tatum let me know that a higher quality wiper was on sale for much cheaper than the ones that I had picked out. He also stood out in the freezing wind and put them on my car for me! I checked online and found it at several websites, but shipping costs were required. I decided to check Napa website and was able to reserve the tool online, and picked it up a couple hours later. While at the store I found other items as well. Next time I need auto supplies, I shop Napa in Marlborough first.

8/28/2025, just after 9am…read more Just because a corporation offers a free public service like battery testing, doesn't mean it's going to be an easy thing, or available all the time. Yet when I stepped inside this Hudson, MA Autozone location, I was greeted by a young man, Christopher. When I asked if anyone had time to do a battery health check, he instantly said, "Yes, I can do that right now for you." No boo-boo face, no looking around, no bad body language whatsoever. Within 5 minutes, Christopher had tested my battery, alternator, and starter. All were good. There are many people working in customer service who obviously take no pleasure in helping others. This Autozone employee is the opposite, and the Hudson store and the corporation are lucky to have Christopher as a representative.

Second time going to an O'Reilly's and being told they couldn't help me with changing my headlight…read more The guy helping me seemed nice enough and helped me in buying the headlights I needed but told me he couldn't help install them because he was the only one on floor. It's really disappointing that a service is advertised as being done there but then you get told no they can't do it. Will not be back to an O'Reilly in the future.
