The guy there didn't believe my car was even running since it was so quiet and asked THREE times to be sure the car was on! You are all magicians! (Obviously we passed inspection easily.) Thanks so much! Additionally, Katie was a delight to deal with, and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. Your process of estimation is so helpful, since you categorize things by priority so that I can take care of my car and plan for the financial impact well in advance. The pricing always is fair, and they do what they can to minimize costs. It's wonderful to have a mechanic that I can trust, who's grounded in integrity.

May 2024 - Service requested was a long list of repairs that were supposed to be completed. I took my car in for the repairs and after 2 weeks the car still wasn't completed. They tried to complete it before closing on a Friday evening but... on the way home the car died. The shop refused to tow it back to fix it - the manager said "too bad". I'm left paying more than $8,000 dollars for a car that isn't completed?!? That's not the way a business should treat their customers - in my opinion. I can't recommend Accurate Auto to anyone that I know after this poor response to not completing the job. Originally it was due to my engine light being on but that issue seems to have fixed itself. So I wanted Shay to do a diagnostic to determine why my Ford Escape battery was draining overnight. He seemed to be stuck on the engine light issue and when I tried to shift to the matter of the power drain the conversation went sideways and he became hostile. He cancelled my appointment, said he now had no openings for Friday and would call me back when he had an opening. If I had any doubt of his ability to service my vehicle I would never have made an appointment in the first place.
