In the beginning, the owner was great, but then began to respond very slow, sometimes at odd hours of the night, and now flat out ignoring my messages. I had to book an impromptu flight to pick up the vehicle because the dealer insisted I couldn't have a check cut for the vehicle to be shipped included in the total amount of the sale. This is something I've done both in state and out of state before. When I finally agreed to pay for shipping separately he failed to respond to status updates of the paperwork for almost two days yet had already cashed my check. He told me I can't have the vehicle picked up until the paperwork is done. This is a mom/pop kind of dealership and is not busy at all, so there is no excuse for dragging his feet once the paperwork was returned. Paperwork process. Wasting time and money. I'm getting charged a substantial doc fee yet he isn't processing DMV paperwork, and mails purchase orders and other pertinent documents via USPS. NOT FedEx or UPS overnight. What the hell did I pay for? I didn't even need a purchase order for my credit union yet he insisted. Vehicle condition. I have screenshots of the vehicle's listing which indicate "Excellent Condition". Bullshit. Upon picking up the vehicle I immediately noticed the coolant was low, battery was shot, the alignment is off, and there is a tire pressure monitor error on the dashboard. The vehicle would not even start after driving it to put gas in it 1 mile away. Speaking of gas, I've NEVER purchased a car from a dealer that didn't have at LEAST a quarter tank of gas. The car was literately left on fumes for buyer delivery. The car's listing also stated new spark plugs and coil packs and a recent oil change. That was a lie. The car suffered TWO misfires in separate cylinders while on the drive back home. I immediately inspected the spark plugs and coil packs. Of the six coil packs only ONE had been changed, and on top of that it's not even the same brand as the others. You do NOT mix coil packs in a BMW. I immediately replaced the spark plugs and every single one I took out looked very old. I don't trust the oil was actually changed and will be draining it and sending a sample out to Blackstone Labatories. An additional inspection found the front shocks and wheel bearings are also bad. Again... this vehicle was listed as excellent condition. I'd say fair condition at best. You always know a dealer is hiding something when a car engine bay is completely spotless. Since this was an "as is" sale there is no warranty, but I am considering suing for false representation/fraud to recover money I now have to put into a battery, oil, spark plugs, coil packs, shocks, wheel bearings, alignment, tire pressure sensors etc. I would strongly recommend you do NOT purchase a vehicle from this lot unless you are mechanically inclined or have a pre-purchase inspection done.

At the same time, the quality of the cars I saw left something to be desired (things like chipped paint, warning lights and broken buttons on the dash, loose, wiggly seats). I was told the work done on the vehicles is all handled in-house by their mechanics. However, their policy for warranty is one month only at time of purchase, there is no option to extend that warranty at all. This made me uncomfortable, as, to me, a longer warranty would have shown that they put more trust in their work. T.L.D.R. Respectful staff, no negotiation hassle, but be mindful of vehicle quality.

On the entrance you have to sign the long agreement and when asked "what for" I didn't get the answer. It looks more like a scam than the service of junk yard with old car parts. When you refuse to buy it, they ask you to leave the part in the container inside the shop. So you pay $3 to get in, dig the part and if you are not satisfy with the price you leave it with them. They don't pay you back for your time and effort. They will sell it to the next client, probably for the same price as new online. This place changed dramatically only over last few years. Never going to use their service again. It's a scam and I wish this place will disappear from the map.

We wanted to get a Toyota just before the tariffs would hit. He amazed us with finding us a top-of-the-line Corolla for a really good (cash) price at another dealer. He talked us through the car's features, has let us know we can ask other questions as they arise. He also helped us with advice and working with a local company to buy our old car. I hope we never need to buy another car, but if we do need to, Ferguson is where we're going.

The failed to deliver vehicle or honor the verbal and written phone message and begin spinning new and contradictory stories every time they spoke as to why they could not honor the sale. In other words, I believe they pulled the same scam and offered to sell the vehicle to another party at a higher price. Am in the process of filling formal complaints with their regulatory agencies. Would be interested if others have similar stories. Perhaps combined legal action against them ?

The officers talked to a neighboring business and they have never heard of this place. They tried to sell me a 1970 Chevy Chevelle SS that has been fully restored for $23,200, including shipping. You are unlikely to get a rusty roller with no engine for that, let alone a fully restored one with a 502" big block. It's not even remotely believable. DO NOT wire these guys any money, you will never see it again.

They assured me it would be reliable as that was the only reason I was getting a car but after only having the vehicle for 4 days, the check engine light came on. When I called they said they would pay half which actually ended up being me paying 100 dollars more than half which was ok at the time because I was grateful they helped in a way. Still very frustrating. Now it has been a few more weeks, haven't had the car for a month, haven't even used the full tank of gas, and I had to take it back to the shop again with an extra 300 dollars cost. In total I've spent close to 1 thousand dollars on fixing this car out of pocket on what was supposed to be a reliable car. Didn't bother contacting them again because the last time I did, they were stressing I brought the car "as is" and this is very upsetting for me, especially since I work 12 hour night shifts and had to stay up bringing the car in the shop twice when I should've been sleeping for work. I'm writing this because I don't want someone to make the same mistake I did and at least bring someone of your own to look at the car you want before purchase.
